I phoned Mr Auer Saturday mid afternoon left a voicemail asking for help with our generator. Thinking I would hear back Monday I was pleasantly surprised to hear from him within the next hour. I explained what was happening and he asked me to read a code of my Generator and that I could text him back with the error code. I did today Sunday once again thinking Monday I would hear from him which was perfectly fine with me. He told me what the code stood for and what I need as well he walked me through how to clear the code.Auer Electric is #1 in my book and I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting a great experienceThank youG. Wow! It is a real pleasure to work with such efficient and professional people. Jerry installed a generator for us and Sandy kept in touch with us about the process. There were come electrical complications, but Jerry handled them quickly and easily. I can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Jerry and Sandy are phenomenal on every level. Jerry is outstanding with both communication and the services he provides. He was a non-stop working machine even in the 100+ degree weather. He coordinated with the electrical company and inspectors and made sure that the time that our electricity was turned off was minimal, which was greatly appreciated! He is just a great guy to talk with too! Sandy answered our many questions and coordinated permits, 811, and everything else to make the entire install hassle-free. I would recommend them and will gladly call them up if we need electrical services again!
