    I recently had a home battery and automatic transfer switch installed by Chris and Jacob from ARC Electric. The price was reasonable, their communication was excellent, and they did a great job!I want to especially note how impressed I was with the quality of work done and the patience Chris had in answering my questions and all his great advice.If you need any electrical work done, please give them a try!

    Contacted ARC for plumbing and Electric quotes after an inspection. They were very friendly on the phone, helped me understand what needed to be done base on the inspection and easily book the appointment.Brandon installed some new detectors. He was friendly, prompt, and even had shoe covers on when he entered the home. He was very helpful explaining every step and the warranty. Easy payment as well.

    Travis and Tucker were great! The initial assessment was spot on with regard to what I needed and the cost. They have wonderful people skills and extremely knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to contact ARC for future electrical needs. As a matter of fact, I’m surveying my property to find reasons to hire them again! I am sure the other technicians are good, however, I only want yo work with Travis and Tucker.

    Travis came to help to establish a dedicated circuit to our dehumidifier in our crawlspace. He also noted some loose, exposed wires that weren’t code in our crawlspace. We had a home inspector but this was never noted. Travis went above and beyond in his duties and gave us some general recommendations of what to look for in a good home inspector for future reference. 👍 Travis is personable and honest. Would recommend him to any home owner without hesitation.

    This was my first experience with ARC, and I tell you, it wont be my last! What an incredible company!Travis was the most caring, courteous, and considerate service professional I have ever met. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and quickly able to diagnose my problem. He gave me a free estimate for the work to be done, as well as suggestions for potential issues I may want to address in the future. He gave me different options to consider while keeping my budget in mind. Its so rare to find someone with such honesty and integrity these days.I cannot reccomend him highly enough.ARCs customer service was top notch, from start to finish, and I will definitely be using them again for all my electrical as well as plumbing needs.

    Mateo and Jacob were out here today to wire up some retractable awnings we had recently had installed. Dave had done the estimate a couple weeks back. Mateo and Jacob did a great job of thinking through options of what would be the best solution - they didn’t just race ahead with the first idea they thought of. They were pleasant to have out here, they did great job and cleaned up after they were done. I would have no hesitation about having them out to do work again (which has been the case with everyone from ARC who has done work out here).

    Travis and Jacob did an excellent job at our home adding outlets and circuits and installing ceiling fans and light fixtures.     Travis and Alex did extensive electrical work in my home. They installed 6 ceiling fans, 11 light fixtures, under the cabinet lighting , a new outlet in a bathroom and bathroom exhaust fans. Travis and Alex were professional , knowledgeable and very considerate of my home. One of the ceiling fans that was installed had some issues but Travis went above and beyond to get it working smoothly. Travis also made a recommendation on my bathroom fans saving me well over $1,000. I truly appreciated his insight and recommendation.     My SimpliSafe video doorbell was not getting the proper amount of voltage (wired into the house circuit), and stopped working. SimpliSafe offers a third-party installation service but please note: they are NOT electricians! Too much of a risk to use mere installers, so after reading the reviews here, chose Arc. Licensed electrician Tav came to the rescue within a day or two. He was extremely thorough, calming, and well acquainted with the product, much to my relief. He even went into my homes crawl space to double-check a voltage issue. He installed a new replacement SimpliSafe doorbell (and much more securely than the previous one), double-checked all connections at the point of contact, stood by while I successfully connected it to my SimpliSafe system, and all was done within an hour at a very reasonable rate. I wont hesitate to call Arc in future for any electrical issues, and will definitely request Tav!

    Well my experience isnt exactly related to a house call, rather out in public while on a lunch break at McDonalds. I was stuck with a dead battery and parked next to a hispanic employee that refused to help. Brandon overheard and offered his help. After getting the other vehicle moved, Brandon pulled in the spot and proceeded to getting my vehicle charged enough to start. (Not as easy as it may seem because the negative post of my battery isnt exposed.) Happy ending and no several hour wait for AAA. Brandon was very helpful and pleasant so Im sure he is while working on the job as well. Thanks again Brandon!

    Had a great experience with ARC electric to share. They installed procedure lights in a commercial/medical building for me. Their quote was fair and they were able to do the work within 7 days of the initial quote. Furthermore they did not charge for the initial visit for the quote which I find frustrating but are becoming more common.A special shoutout and thanks to Tav and Sam, my install crew. Very professional and they got the job done. All around nice guys!

    Today was our first time using Arc Electric - we received excellent five star service from Mateo and Jacob, they came to my house and did a very professional job at installing the electric for my new inground pool.Approximately 3 days later Travis and Jacob came back to finish the install by hooking up my pool heater. Again they were very professional and wasted no time getting the job done.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for electric work to be done at their house, theyre very professional and do a great job at a fair price!

We were very impressed with the company so when we needed an electrician again, we did not hesitate to call.     We had Arc Electric install a power box and low voltage pass through for our television. The guys were fantastic, quick, and clean (even brought their own vacuum to clean up the drywall shavings). They hooked up everything when they were finished as well.     Nate came to my house to give me an estimate the other day. It was detailed, reasonable and the job was set.     I am very pleased with ARC Electric! I was having trouble with two outlets in my room and a circuit breaker. One of the outlets got very hot and smelled like it was burning and that scared me.ARC Electric came the same day and addressed all of the issues!     My wife contacted ARC to get a quote on adding an outlet above our mantle and mounting our new TV on the wall. I have to say this was some of the best service I have ever experienced.They were all booked for about two weeks so we scheduled a time for them to come by when they had availability.Tav and Colby were great! They called to let us know they were available a little earlier than expected and we told them to come on by. The installation was flawless and the TV looks great on the wall. They were extremely thorough from adding the outlet, to centering the TV and even cleanup after installation. It also helped that they were very friendly and didn’t mind our dog constantly barking at them!100% will be recommending them to anyone and asking for Colby and Tav if we have any future projects!

    We have used ARC several times. We had them install a fan on our front porch, add more switches for said can and light, add an outlet to a closet, move a light switch from inside the house to inside the garage, and replace a breaker that had gone bad. They show up when they say they will (even sometimes early), they communicate well, they do a great job, and the people that have come out to our home have been very respectful. I would definitely recommend them, 100%. And we will continue to be repeat clients.

    Excellent experience with ARC Electric. We had can and wall mount lights installed, old baseboard heaters and associated thermostats removed, gas line bonded, as well as our panel boxes replaced. Scheduling was prompt and very easy to set up. David and Carlos were the electricians and were extremely professional, taking the time to explain and provide options for a few unexpected challenges our older house presented, were on-time, and cleaned up well after the work. Very pleased and highly recommend their work, we will certainly use them again in the future!

    I have had two great experiences using ARC Electric. Rich recently came out to provide an estimate and then to troubleshoot an electromagnetic field that was occurring in my family room when power was used in that room. He arrived early both times but gave the option to stick to my original time. The estimate was fair and the experience was top quality. He was able to locate and fix the issue within 30 minutes. The builders 3 electricians spent 4 hours trying to resolve the problem but could not figure it out.

    Rich and Travis were great! They arrived early and installed a chandelier in a two-story foyer. The chandelier has 15 individual lights that are suspended from it and each one has be manually adjusted. They were incredibly professional and patient, getting it just right. They also cleaned up everything as they left and were very cautious with their two-story ladders. Great experience!

    We had an issue with the kitchen ceiling lights because we were not aware of the lights are controlled by two separate switches. David from ARC Electric not only helped us identified the switch that wasn’t in the right position, but also helped us put back the light switch cover which we opened without charge. He was very polite and professional and made quick work out of finding and repairing my electrical problem and restoring power to my home.     Arc was top notch. We have an outdoor light and the line to the fixture had a short. Arc came out quickly and promptly (right on time), bypassed the short to get the power back to the rest of our house, and then gave us a quote to fix the problem. Nate did our estimate and his right hand man did the work. They allowed me to dig the new tench myself (savings 100s) and also allowed me to add on to the original scope without issue. I have nothing but good things to say about Arc. I would recommend them to anyone in the Raleigh area and will use the again when needed.

    I picked ARC Electric based on their excellent online reviews. Kory and Rich installed 2 Ring floodlights (outdoor) and 6 recessed lights (LED) with a dimmer switch in the ceiling of our living room. They were very professional and meticulous. They discussed options and were very receptive to input provided. They completed the job in a timely (early) and efficient manner without hurrying through tasks. They used shoe covers and tarps to protect the interior of the house and also cleaned up using a vacuum cleaner at the end. We were extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work. For the second job, Kory and Tav installed 4 recessed lights (LED) in the ceiling of the bonus room and a disc ceiling light in the media room. They once again paid attention to detail (measure distances and double-check) and provided options for us to pick in terms of installation. They repurposed the insulation that was inevitably lost in the process and cleaned up as before. We plan to hire them for a third electrical project next month.     The website says FREE (highlighted yellow and everything) electrical safety inspection but after I told them what I needed inspected I was told $129.00. I mean, the electricians were nice and fast but it would have been nice to know about the charge up front. I got no free inspection. Dont be fooled. Who knows if it was worth it. Im no electrician so they can tell me the flux capacitor was broken and I wouldnt know any different. Looks like to me they just unscrewed my recessed lighting looked inside and put it back. The easiest $130 I ever spent. Literally 10 minutes.So if you have an electrical issue that is likely easy, dont call cause its not free as advertised. If you have a real issue be sure to call these guys. Courteous, fast electricians.***EDITArc Electric responded to my review as you can see. Im literally shocked. I havent experienced this level of customer service from any company in a very long time. I have amended my rating from 3 stars to 5.     By far the best experience Ive had with an electrician. Nate installed recessed lights on one occasion and a couple weeks later an entire electrical box. He was great and explained all my options and most importantly made everything easy.

    Whenever there is an electricial problem in my home, Arc Electric will be the first ones I call. They were right on time, courteous, informative and done within an hour.     ARC came out to install 2 ceiling fans and an LED mirror for us. After they were finished with the install they looked at an outlet that they installed a few years back that wasnt working correctly. Chris and Alex not only did they do an amazing job on the install, they replaced the defective outlet that was under warranty. Chris and Alex were very professional and a joy to work with! We will never use anyone else for our electrical or plumbing needs!
