Finally they sent someone out after calling twice.The gentleman name is Tom. He explained to me what happened. When they put the furnace in with the water thing, the guy never told me about the water filter needing to b changed only about the furnace filter. Needless to say it was bad. I wish the warranty would hv covered all but it didnt. Loescher, please make sure your men tell everything. The 5 stars is actually for Tom. He was great. He made sure he answered all my questions and showed me what to do. Thank you Tom.

The ignition failed recently, but Loescher has emergency service and responded promptly, fixed it immediately. I didnt hear exactly the cost, but it was under $300.It was really close to Thanksgiving when it broke. My elderly father needs to be kept warm.Edit: checked and we got prompt service ON Thanksgiving Day.

Last winter my furnace went on the fritz. I called and left a voicemail. I received a call back ASAP. He was very polite, professional, on time and trouble shot my issue within a reasonable time frame. Great customer service in that aspect. Five Stars for that. One star for the following: As it turned out, I needed a part as the part got ordered then installed within a timely manner. All paid for as we went with a reimbursement from the furnace manufacturer for the part. However the reimbursement took in the neighborhood of nearly three months when it shouldve been within 30 days. Additionally I was told the part was a a different price (more) than what I got reimbursed. Update: I just received a statement from their company online service company (in which has a different name) stating I owe them at least three months after the fact. I called yesterday morning, left a detailed message with the accounting/billing department with my name and phone number and have yet to receive a return call. My bill has been and was fully paid when the workplis the part lwas completed each trip with paid statement receipts. Either theyve been hacked, their accounting software is trying to pull a fast one or theres some monkey business going on in the office. Be advised: I will not be negotiated with when it comes to my credit. Additionally during the process of communications with the office, they kept dropping the ball especially with the new staff. Do not send me another bill. Send a receipt PAID IN FULL with an apology. UPDATE 6/15/23: Bill from accounting just called and unfortunately doesnt know how the software triggered the issue. However is zeroing it out as we speak AdditionallyBill ihas sent a zero balance statment. Thanks Bill!

Our furnace went out and as soon as they knew this they contacted me early morning and had someone here within 15 minutes. The service person, Dave, did a wonderful job, got our furnace fixed, heat going and also explained everything he was doing so I understood. Our furnace does need to be replaced since its 45 years old and were definitely going with Loescher. I fully trust them. Plus our furnace was put in by Loescher 45 years ago so it did last a long time. So I believe the new one will last just as good. Give them a call. You wont regret it!!

Our old air conditioner gave up the ghost on the hottest day of the year so far. We called at 4 pm, had service tech at our house within 15 minutes, he diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me options along with a cost breakdown and pluses and minuses of each option. We ended up getting a new air conditioner which they had in stock and installed by noon the following day! Mind you this was a Saturday. Loeshers went above and beyond in all facets. No one better I believe in the area.4 months later. Well, furnace didn’t want to work. Called Loeshers. Yet again, they had a tech out to us within an hour. The tech, Scott, diagnosed the issue and repaired it in 45 minutes. Explained everything and was absolutely great! Can’t do any better than Loeshers for all your heating and air needs.

When I called in a state of emergency, I was quickly put into contact with the appropriate parties to setup the installation of a new furnace. I was aware there was another installation setup before mine, so I was quite surprised to see the truck pull up first thing in the morning, less than 24 hours after our initial call! I’m extremely thankful for the fast and courteous service provided.

Very professional and quick. I would give 5 stars but we had one issue in the past (charged for a part we didnt actually get took over a month to sort out)Furnace finally took its last dying breath early this february. Within 5 hours we had a crew coming over to install a new one and take the old one away. Work is well done and has a 10 year parts/labor.Also a tip we got $200 off with a coupon they put it occasionally.. Definitely worth it.oh and lastly I had to go into their office to pay my bill and they have a cat in there that seems like it has some problems. Complete side note but it did bite me and it also had feces all over its rear.

We are very grateful for the excellent service we received from Loescher HVAC. After having our air conditioning go out unexpectedly in the evening, I filled out their online form that evening requesting service for the following day. I received a call first thing in the morning scheduling a visit. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and and did a great job explaining the problem and our options. We ended up choosing to have the unit replaced and that happened the very next day. We were so happy to sleep in comfort that evening.

Our project started of rather bumpy do to a former employee. However Jay came in and made everything right, with out delay. He was upfront and had great ideas for a difficult project, never trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Then enough can not be said about Zack. From the moment he stepped into our house he was professional and polite. He always kept us informed and he work was top notch. Some of the best duct work I have ever seen. It was like artwork, and it was clear he took pride in his work. We will definitely contract Loescher again as long as Jay and Zack are on the project.

I contacted several local residential stand-by generator dealers for quotes. All were fairly competitively priced. I chose to go with Loeshure’s Honeywell/Generac not only because of the product reputation but the responsiveness of salesman Tom Setterstrom. Mr. Setterstrom was professional and friendly and that made me feel I was important to their business.On the day of install, I was advised the installers would be at my home at 7am. They were on time, conducted themselves very professional and worked very hard until the job was completed at 5pm. They cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile. Most contractors only do minimal work and usually take the easy was out, NOT this crew. They listened to my suggestions and again, went the extra mile.I would absolutely recommend Loeshure’s to a friend. They did not leave until the unit was tested and met my approval.

Just had our furnace replaced and these guys made a stressful situation for any homeowner, seem very easy. They were very professional from start to finish. As someone who work in sales, I had a great appreciate for how straight forward and up front they were. They told me what was wrong, why and how it happens, and what my options are. I never left like I was being sold something extra that I didnt need. They had it done in one day and cleaned up after themselves very well. We recently had the new Iwave installed on our furnace. We heard that it was like breathing fresh air. Let me tell you THEY ARE NOT KIDDING! My husband and I noticed an immediate difference! I suffer from asthma and my husband has COPD. We are breathing easier and using less rescue inhalers and nebulizer treatments. Now we even noticed a difference in places that don’t have the Iwave installed! THE IWAVE IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT!

It has been challenging to find companies to return a call to a customer for service these days. We called Loescher HVAC from Freeport for a quote on a Saturday to install a completely new HVAC system in our home.Not only did we receive a call back the same day a follow up visit occurred to review our project the following Saturday. We received a written quote on Monday and the work began within 10 days.We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Jay and his team for our project. We went from the noisy window A-C units and electric heat to a high efficiency propane furnace and a York condensing unit to cool our home.We were impressed with how knowledgeable Jay was with the type of systems Loescher offered to customers along with his satisfaction with the company he worked for. We had such a great experience and have recommended them to our neighbors for their installs.
