Brandon and Peyton run an excellent business. We had a 26KW backup system installed on our home this week. It was quick, painless and professional. Roe’s installer John went above and beyond, was super knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. I never met Manny, but talked with him during the process - again, phenomenal guy. The turn-key operation they have allows for all aspects of the job (from electricity, to gas/power, excavation) to be done with ease. One day install -Everything was left clean, graded and professional. We are extremely happy with Roe’s and would happily recommend them.

I just moved to the Fredericksburg VA area and Roe’s Abode Installs LLC did my Generac generator install.After deciding to invest in a whole home generator, I went to the Generac website to research my options. The Generac website displayed a list of certified installers in my area and naturally I went with the one that has the most positive reviews and that was Roe’s Abode Installs LLC.The Generac generator is an amazing investment, but most importantly you want to go with a quality installer that is knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about installing Generac generators. Roe’s Abode Install recommended the Generac 24 kW generator. My main concern before install was how the generator and gas line would affect the exterior look of my house, but Roe’s Abode Installs was able to come up with a solution. After I picked out where I would like them to install the generator, they designed and engineered the whole setup to blend into the landscape. The gas line, transfer switch, smart modules, and generator were all installed in a symmetrically pleasing and professional way. They provided a schedule for my install that listed all the dates they would be out and what they would be working on. Their communication was excellent, they outlined a clear install plan and scheduled each step of the process. The process happened exactly as planned, and their follow through was outstanding.

My family needed a whole house generator. We experience outages often each year. We had been using a 5500-watt portable generator for years. It was finally time to upgrade. I didn’t know much about stand-by generators besides the basics so, I did some internet research. I discovered how they work, typical prices, watched videos, read installer reviews and then it was time to get some recommended estimates. We tried three different generator installers. After the estimates, only one company stood out from the rest. We chose Roe’s Abode Installs. It took just a few days for technician Manny to come out and give us a free estimate. He was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. Peyton, with her warm personality and hardworking nature, handled all the paperwork, scheduling and permits, as she promptly kept us updated. Communication was phenomenal. She and others, went out of their way numerous times in various situations. They made sure we were well taken care of. You rarely find that level of care now-a-days from a business. Roe’s Abode even noticed that our house had a Federal Pacific circuit breaker panel and replaced it for us. It was a serious fire hazard that we never knew about. We are grateful for their dedication to safety and their willingness to replace it. We now have peace of mind with the new breaker panel. They even supplied a 320-gallon LP tank, and filled it, as part of the install. For reference, getting a tank of that size was actually a major hassle for the competitors. The entire install took about 3 to 4 weeks which wasn’t bad at all. We went with the 24 Kw Generac Generator (Model 7210-1) with transfer switch and couldn’t be happier. It’s a well-designed and solidly built unit that should last for many years to come. We feel relieved to now have professional quality, reliable backup power. We’ve had outages last as long as two days and let me tell you, the experience is not fun. It can be dangerous, especially for seniors and individuals with health issues or anyone unprepared. If you need a whole house generator, please don’t hesitate to contact Roe’s Abode Installs, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Roe’s Abode Installs for your time, courtesy and a job well done. Would highly recommend Roes Abode Installs. We called multiple electricians in the Fredericksburg area to request a generator quote, but many never called us back. One electrician who did call us back told us that he was too busy to help but recommended Roe. We called the next day and within 48 hours we had received a call back from Roe and scheduled a time for the quote. They provided the quote within the week. We decided to go ahead and move forward with the generator install. Roe had the generators in stock and was able to start the work right away. After the installation, they even followed up with a phone call to ensure that we were happy. That is going above and beyond and the definition of quality customer service.
