Extremely knowledgeable, really fast, incredibly fair prices, and very polite.Mr. Hancock is certified in all the guitar amp brands that I know of and he sure knows his stuff.Aside from the great work and prices Mr. Hancock is also a wonderful person to talk to. We had some fun conversations in which I learned a lot.I would give more stars if I could and I am definitely recommending him to everyone I know!! -
