Our main breaker box, the one after the CTEC power pole and prior to coming into the house, failed spectacularly. CTEC was responsive and cut the power to it and Itz got out the same day. Itz replace the breaker box. They communicated well and coordinated with CTEC. Everyone who came to the house or that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. -
