My first contact with Comfort Control was with their intake desk.The woman I spoke with was so nice and was able to arrange an appointment the next day. My technician was David and he was great. He was prompt and courteous. He went straight work on a gas log fireplace, cleaned it and repaired it on the first visit. How lucky for us that we reached out to Comfort Control. Ill continue to recommend David and his company for excellent service.

Larry was our tech and he was professional and dedicated to customer care and satisfaction. During his initial visit he took time to gather all the details for the job to ensure he was the right person for the job. The resulting estimate was very reasonable. After the generator installation was complete, he went the extra mile and returned to give us a tutorial for operating it. I have already recommended Comfort control to my neighbor who has a similar project to complete.

Experienced, helpful and wonderful to work with!!!!This is an amazing company with 1st class service. They work on both of my houses which have included maintaining my air conditioning/ heating units, installing a brand new generator, replacing/upgrading my electrical panel and many more things.Excellent service from initial quote to job completion. Larry and Dave are very knowledgeable in the products and services they provide. The work was done to my complete satisfaction and the technicians were very pleasant and took the time to answer my questions and explain the procress. Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Comfort Control was recently called to fix an electrical problem that we were having. When I called the company, we set up an appointment that was convenient to me. The repairman arrived within the two hour window! He explained why he would be doing to find the problem. He quickly found the problem and fixed it, then showed me what and where the problem was. Ive been with Comfort Control for about 5 years now and for me its been a wonderful relationship. From the installation of my new heat pump/AC back in 2014 to my bi-annual check up visits. My tech for the last couple of years has been Dave and hes very professional and efficient and a real nice guy. After each check up when I get the ok from him... I know that my heating or ac will be fine that season. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Comfort Control of Virginia for your next service needs. The week of Christmas, I contacted various businesses to no avail of getting an appointment. Comfort Control of Virginia was the only business that came out to service my fireplace the next day and the service price was reasonable. The technician David was awesome! Not only did he service my fireplace, he also provided guidance on how to maintain it, which I desperately needed. David provided top-notch service and didnt try to force me into a service agreement like so many other companies that I have hired in the past. In fact, I was so pleased with the experience, I inquired about further services for my HVAC system. I just completed a service agreement with another local company, but they do not service the fireplace. Ive decided to transfer my business to Comfort Control of Virginia where its a one stop shop for my fireplace and HVAC system. Thank you David for providing excellent customer! I look forward to working with this company in 2021.

I purchased my home in Stafford a couple years ago and had not had the air conditioner serviced since my move in. The house is approximately 10 years old, and I noticed last summer the AC wasn’t cooling the house as well as it did the year before. I contacted Comfort Control to have them service my AC this spring. David, a Technician for CC, tested the first unit and determined it was fine. He tested the other unit and quickly determined that the coolant was so low there had to be a leak. After his explanation of the pros and cons of refilling the coolant and having it leak out, I decided to replace the unit. Additionally, David spotted where my water heater was rusting from the inside out. I decided to replace it as well. Fortunately, CC was offering interest free financing for 36 months on the units. David explained everything involved in the removal of the old units and installation of the new ones. On the day of the installation, David and a fellow Technician completed the work without a hitch. What I thought was going to be an all day job took about 4.5 hours. They took all the old stuff along with the packing for the new units. You would have never known they were there except for how quickly the water got hot. Based on this experience, I would recommend Comfort Control and David to other home owners.

Most recently, a day ago, installed a brand new HVAC system. Every time the owner or one of the techs has come to my home they have been professional, informative, punctual, polite, respectful of my home, and reasonably priced. Quality at a fair price. Very reliable and efficient service and maintenance. Weve been customers for several years, opting for patch jobs on our 7 year old contractor grade system. Wed finally had enough, so we asked Comfort Control to handle our complete dual-zone LP HVAC replacement. The transition to a new, updated system was seamless and only took a couple of days to complete.

Great Company! A different HVAC company had informed me that my coil was bad and I had no option other than to replace my entire 7 year old system. I called Comfort Control of VA for a second opinion. They were able to send a technician the same day and replaced my coil within 48 hrs. System is running great.

Cannot recommend higher. Larry is an obvious professional who is a master in his industry. In my new-to-me home, a circuit breaker had recently began to trip each time I turned on the hallway light. I thought I could fix it myself. I replaced the breaker, then the light switches, even dropped the light fixture. Didnt electrocute myself, but the breaker was still popping. I dug through the internet and found Comfort Control. The office manager was professional, and scheduled an appointment the very next day. Larry introduced himself, asked questions, and made sure he understood my concern. He explained what he would need to do, and what the cost would be. He found the cause, and fixed the issue in a flash. Im glad I called, and grateful for his assistance.

We recently decided to replace our HVAC system and went with Comfort Control of Virginia. They are our go to company for our yearly maintenance of our HVAC system. They came out to our house to take all of the measurements to see which system was right for our home. Once this was done we scheduled the appointment for the installation of the new system. Comfort Control of Virginia arrived on the day of installation on time and made sure most of the larger parts of the system arrived a day before the install. The entire installation took one day and the system is running beautifully. They took pride in their work and cleaned up after so it looked as if they were never here working. Comfort Control of Virginia did a superior job on our new HVAC and we are very happy. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for maintenance on an existing system or if you are going to replace the HVAC system you have now.

We called Comfort Control about a year ago to have our gas fireplace replaced. We were, and are still happy with our new fireplace! Dave was skilled and efficient with the installation. Since then we have called Comfort Control for an air conditioner problem, some electrical work, and even a hot water heater replacement! They are always prompt, knowledge, experienced and professional. We have been so happy with their work, we purchased a service agreement, so they will now check and service our heating/air conditioning units, fireplace, and hot water heater in the Spring and Fall to make sure everything is working properly. We highly recommend Comfort Control!
