I just purchased a GENERAC stand-by Generator from Bright-Gen, Inc.The entire process was seamless from start to finish.I met with George (the owner), he did an onsite inspection and provided a quote.I approved it over the weekend. They started on Monday, worked Tuesday and came back on Thursday when the Inspector was available and to finish up.I received a text prior to them coming telling me when they were going to arrive and what they were going to do. They were on time and I did not have one (1) issue the entire time.I am very pleased with my purchase!Thank you George, Chaise, Tac & Jeremiah!Great job!

George and his crew made the buying experience painless. After getting the generator connected to the house, we experienced a code with the generator. Chaise, the installer responded quickly to address the issue. He even called me on a Saturday after installation and informed me that the code issue had not been corrected and that he was at my residence to fix the issue. To me, that is excellent customer service. In addition to great customer service, the total installation cost came in less than quoted. I would recommend George to anyone wishing to purchase a whole house generator. Thank you so much.

Mr. Blevens came highly recommended by Generac and rightfully so. We talked to George about needing a generator & 1 week after our generator was installed. Others were telling us it would be 6 months as the generators were on back order.He is very personable, efficient & honest. 4 months after installation he popped in to check on our generator & install the Wi-Fi extender. The generator had apparently shut off. He told us this, got it restarted & restarted our annual maintenance agreement. He did not have to do this. I haven’t seen this kind of excellent customer service in a long time. Thank you & I will be recommending him to everyone.

William was our electrician . He was awesome. Knowledgeable, fast and a very friendly man. We WILL be using this company again and will request him. We called yesterday late afternoon and he was here at 7am this morning! Everyone else had at least a 2 week waiting period. Hiller said 2 months because they didnt consider it a priority! I text Brite/Gen after my power went off and my generac started up in the middle of the night and sounded different than the biweekly exercise. They came out this morning, checked the unit and explained that exercise mode has a quiet mode and that was the difference.Great job!

AC went out after hours and they responded right away. We had someone at our house within the hour and the problem was resolved soon after. He was very friendly and talked through all of the issues as he worked. Highly recommend.

Brite Electric did the electrical work when we replaced our 120 gallon hot water heater with an “instant hot” hot water heater. It was pretty involved but they did a beautiful job and my son no longer uses all the hot water!We, then, had them move and replace/repair some switches and put in a new breaker box. George is really smart about stuff we didn’t even know that we needed to know!They did such a great job that we called on them again when we had an issue with our dishwasher in our condo. My husband and son (who are actually pretty smart and good at fixing stuff) couldn’t figure out the issue. It literally took Brite 10 seconds to figure it out!We will never use anyone else for our electrical needs.
