I can’t say enough good things about Impressive Electric. Scheduling was so easy and the estimate they gave me (which was free by the way) was more than reasonable for the three Ring Security Cameras I had installed. You won’t find a better price for such services in the Cincinnati area.I’m a firm believer you should support small businesses but support your Veteran owned businesses before a corporate organization. These guys worked hard and didn’t stop until it was right. They were prompt, showed up ready to work, super courteous and kind, and got the job done. I am the homeowner and took on the role of general contractor for our kitchen, bay, and family room remodel. Matt and his crews did all of my rough and final electrical. I can only speak to the success of the project as it pertains to Matt as the leader. He is meticulous in getting details correct, quick in diagnosing issues, and a solid communicator with both me and his crew. He responded promptly to my calls and was fair and conscientious. The office scheduling team also provided easy and accurate scheduling. If you have Matt as your lead on the project you will be very satisfied.

I called for an electrical issue/and possibility of a phone quote. Gal answering phone was sooooo helpful; she called tech & called me right back with an estimate. I was able to book appt that afternoon. Jeff arrived. Got right to work and then gave us tips to keep our outside lights/fan working longer since they are always in the elements. Looked at an outside light before leaving and got it working in a few moments. Invoice was below quote much to our delight. Impressive Electrics was definitely impressive. We’ll keep their number handy for all electric problems in the future. 👍

We were having electrical issues in the house and were unsure of the reason. After contacting another business and being told it would be three weeks before anyone could even come and take a look, I contacted Impressive Electric!Spoke with Josh and described our issues and concerns. He stated that they might be able to get someone out that same day and he asked if he could call me back. Not a problem for me as I appreciated him taking the time to help out!After a few minutes Josh called back and advised that their Master Electrician would be able to come out today and at least take a look. He explained that he was on another job, but would be out within a couple of hours.Fast forward to Woody’s arrival. He initially checked the out connections and found no issues. I then explained to him the issues we were having and directed him my electrical panel. Within minutes he located the issue… an old main breaker that was damaged and the apparent culprit!Woody then went over our options and explained that the old breaker was not longer made and difficult to find, however, he made several attempts to find one. With negative results, he stated that the other option was to replace the panel and we asked him.m for an estimate. He gave us the price and said we were welcome to get estimates from other companies.When asked when he would be able to get us scheduled we were told he could take care of the job today due to the natural of the issue and again asked if we wanted to get another estimate. The price was reasonable and we felt that for safety purposes the job needed to be completed sooner than later.He made a quick call to Josh and his supplier to obtain the appropriate materials and went straight to work. He had the old panel pulled and was ready to go when Josh arrived with all the new materials required.Woody again jumped right in and started the new install. Within a few hours the new box was in and wiring was complete. He was very thorough and even made sure breakers were labeled and double checked prior to completion of the job.Also, during his final check he discovered that the previous installer had improperly wired the hot water tank and corrected that issue!!Impressive Electric lives up to their name and I would highly recommend them for ANY electrical need you may have. They are true professionals and are very straight forward! Thanks to their entire team and job Well Done!!

Matt was great. They installed new Line in my Garage for my Gen3 Universal TESLA Car Charger from my existing Junction box in basement. Its been a month now and it is working fine as expected.I would recommend them, here 1 star short only because I end up doing configuration for my TESLA charger by creating my own professional account and then later enabling it on my consumer account which should have been done or guided by the team here.

I previously had an issue that was not caused by their installation, but by a faulty circuit breaker from the manufacturer that caused a small electrical fire. When they heard about this, they immediately reached out, and the owner came out and inspected it. He did whatever he needed to in order to make it right, which in this case was replacing my ENTIRE circuit breaker with a new one without any question and extremely quickly with no cost to me, which honors their warranty (maybe even surpasses it).Not only did they do this, but they came out fast, were extremely professional, and truly championed me as a customer. They left the breaker in better shape than when it started by fixing wiring that did not meet code (not their doing, was the homebuilders doing), and labeling all the wires. All of this was them going out of their way to do me right, and I truly appreciate it.This is truly indicative of a good customer experience, and I will be using them again for any of my electrical needs. The only thing I regret was not calling them first before I tried to rectify the problem myself :P

For an insurance inspection, I needed a new circuit breaker box, some upgraded electrical outlets and reattachment of a dangling outside wire. When I called Impressive Electric, they came out the same day and gave me a free estimate. Since I have a polycarbonate roof over my deck which wont hold enough weight to stand on, he said I would have to have some of those panels removed so he could get a ladder up against the house to fix that wire. I told him I would have my son come over on the weekend to do that.Two days later he called and said his client for that morning rescheduled and he had some free time so he would come over and remove those panels for me for free so they could complete the work. How nice is that!!Their estimate for all the work was less than an estimate I had gotten for just putting in a new circuit breaker box. From the time I first called until all the work was completed was only 3 days. They were very polite and friendly and even took time to make friends with my dog. They cleaned up really well afterwards.I you need electrical work done, I highly recommend this company.

We got a second opinion and gave them the list of repairs that we were told needed to be made and asked for their opinions. Turns out that a lot of it was useless items to drive up the price. These guys came in and knocked the work out in a respectable amount of time. They even came back the next day when I couldn’t figure out how to install the doorbell to help me. Super happy with this company.

I hope I captured the names correctly. Matt, Joseph, and Josh were outstanding. Josh and Woody handled the initial walkthrough and estimate. We had all kinds of needs from new electrical outlets and switches, installation of ceiling lights, and most importantly the replacement of a panel to keep us safe. Their team arrived on time for the install and worked tirelessly until the job was finished. The estimate was close to the final result and they made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. They even went through and fully labeled the panel, capped off an unused outlet, and installed our ring video doorbell for us. We had a breaker shorting out that immediately tripped upon resetting it. Technician problem solved the issue by turning off everything on the circuit (light switches, things plugged in, etc) and within ten minutes had identified the problem. A switch in a metal box had a positive (hot) screw touching it causing it to ground out. He fixed it in minutes and charged a fair price.
