Tim was my service man and he was so amazing. He did such a beautiful job on my kitchen shade and had it done in no time. ACE is a wonderful company. They are great communicators, do excellent work, and even bring up other items they see that may need fixed. For example, they knew we were selling our house so if there was any item we did not have on this list for repair that would not pass the accessor inspection, they would let us know. (But in a very loving way, not in a pushy, trying to get more sales way!). They are very considerate by doing little things such as picking up their trash or waiting on the plumber when a pipe busted in our house. They are very affordable as well and you get much more for your money than you even expect. We have dealt with some very bad contractors in this 18 month journey of fixing up our house, but ACE has been a bright spot that made the overwhelming hurdles of getting the house ready to sale much more manageable.

They finished early, ao the cost was less than the estimate, too. We will definitely call them again if we have other work needing to be done.

After waiting way too long to have a working kitchen and no word back from my contractor on when he would even be back to put in the sink, my very smart friend found Ace Handyman Services online.HALLELUJAH HOLY COW!!The sink was in the next day!!!I regrettably cannot remember and name of the awesome man who came and put in the sink, but he was so kind and had many helpful suggestions, had to do some rewiring for the garbage disposal and just knew what he was doing!THEN!We sprung a leak!.....And we called the office and he came right back and fixed it and explained what happened.The gal that answers the phone was so understanding and apologetic and thanked us for calling them back to let them know of the problem.Within half an hour the same day, He was back and within about 30 to 40 minutes, things were fine.It was definitely a contracting error and nothing our Ace guy did but he corrected it bc it messed up the good job he did....dishwasher hooked up incorrectly....😠We were not charged again.I encourage anyone who wants a fair rate, knowledge, honesty and integrity of work being done and a smiling face arriving to your door, ready to help, to give ACE Handyman Services a call.Theyre great.

One of the most outstanding service experiences that I’ve had in some time. Had received a fence company quote to replace bottom tension cable along my chain link. Reached out to Ace Handyman for a comparison, which came in much lower and immediately scheduled. They were available within three days. Communication prior to the scheduled appointment was perfect. Once arriving onsite and doing further inspection, they determined that the cable, in fact, was in good shape and did not require replacement - the simply replaced/added clips to adequately secure the chain link to the cable. Upshot - awesome work, awesome value, and without a doubt future business.

Also, the management is very responsive and the owner is very committed to customer satisfaction (he even stopped onsite to ensure things were going smoothly). The invoice clearly separates materials, labor, trip costs, etc. which allows the customer to know exactly what they are paying for. I was very pleased with the service received. The handymen who did my job were very thorough and were very tolerant of my many questions on why or how they were planning to complete the next step in the project. They were given a kit to use to create a garage hoist system that had some incomplete directions. The few times when the lead man on the job was struggling with the exact details of the vague instructions, he very methodically reviewed previous steps and figured out the solution on his own. He then explained to me why he was doing the next step ( the one with poor instructions) and proceeded successfully on to complete the project. I would use them again. Final price was slightly higher than what I was originally told, but the need for additional time to complete the job was justified as they neared the end of the project, so it was reasonably determined. Great results!

For over a year, we have been looking for a handyman for our Acton church built in 1871. We got a few to come out and look at our projects, but never got follow up. The day following our contact with ACE Handyman Services-Greenwood, their office was on the phone to us and we had on-site help the next week. Anthony and Robert showed up and stayed for the full day knocking out the list of projects that had been left hanging for too long. They replaced 6 light fixtures, cleaned about 150 feet of gutters, exchanged lights in our sanctuary (again about 30-feet up), braced a sinking spot in the floor, and caulked holes in the wooden frames left by carpenter bees. Bryan stopped by from the office to make sure the craftsmen were safe working so high. They werent shy about telling us if something was outside of their scope of work, but were also helpful giving us the information we needed to contact the appropriate experts, like electricians and roofers, to complete critical repairs. This is truly a professional organization with trained craftsmen. These guys show up to work. They are down-to-earth and helped us develop plans to complete future projects we hadnt even considered, but were obviously needed. They went over what could be executed simultaneously and what needed to be done sequentially -- what they could supply and what we should have waiting for them to save us time and money without them having to run out to purchase it. Needless to say, we are impressed, and ACE has gained a long-term client.
