From my first phone call to the bill after the work was completed it was very easy to deal with Chadwick Electric. They kept me informed about the appointment and the the status of the electrician they sent to our home. Tad was very pleasant and professional and helpful. They effectively use technology (email and texts) to communicate with their Customers which is something I value as much as good work.I can heartily recommend Chadwick Electric!

After purchasing my first home, I needed some minor electrical work done. After the first appointment, I was so pleased with the level of courtesy and professionalism of our technician Blake and Chadwick Home Services as a whole. While investigating one of my concerns, Blake was able to detect a bigger issue with my ceiling fans and quickly notified me. I was able to make a follow-up appointment with ease and the problem was quickly fixed. I would highly recommend working with this company for any of your electrical needs.

Chadwick is our go-to for anything electrical that needs attention in our home. They are honest, dependable, friendly, knowledgeable, straight-forward and fair. Other companies have tried to sell us additional products and services that we dont need. Chadwick does a great job of fixing only whats needed for a reasonable price. If it were possible, wed give them 6 stars!

Had a faulty house main breaker that left our family without power in high 90s degrees heat. Failure occurred late afternoon but Tad responded/arrived on-site within 30 minutes after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to source and install the replacement breaker next morning. Based on our experience we would highly recommend Chadwick Home Services to our friends and family.

Chadwick’s is a great company. I called on a Sunday because my electric stove burned out and I was concerned about safety in the house wiring. I had never used Chadwick’s but he didn’t hesitate to come over to check everything out and was extremely thorough and professional - especially considering he had to come over on a Sunday! I’ll certainly use them again.

Had can lights installed in kitchen, hall and living room and an electric socket moved in the washing room. Their work was great, and they were on time and efficient. The involved me with all the decision of where to put the lights. Before leaving, they made sure that I was satisfied with the work they had done and made sure to let me know about the warranty of their work. The only thing I would have done different is asked for a break down of the the work, installation and supplies. But that is totally on me and not them. Would highly recommend them again and will use them in the future for electrical needs.

Excellent service at a fraction of the cost. Got a quote from Lighten Up to convert a range outlet from 240 to 110, install an outlet in our mud room for a freezer, and install an outlet under our sink for a water filter. Their price? $2300. Chadwicks price? $561. Service was completed quickly and done well.

I had a couple of ceiling fans installed by Chadwick. Blake showed up right on time, and after inspecting the two fan’s existing wiring, he realized that the jobs would take longer than usual. He reached out to Tad Chadwick, who quickly arrived to tackle one of the installations while Blake worked on the first. Excellent customer-first service! The next day, one of the fans developed a clicking sound in its motor, so Blake deinstalled it, took it to Home Depot for a new replacement, and then reinstalled the new motor. Again, superior customer service! These guys do it the way it’s supposed to be done. They have my business going forward.

Walked me through the process and helped me learn more about the configuration of the circuits in my house to help diagnose any future problems (including if my lovely dog chews through a power cable).

I had lost power to several outlets in the garage which was affecting my garage door opener and my outside refrigerator and chest freezer. This of course happened on a Saturday and I had the pleasure of talking with Tad on the phone and within a few minutes he was able to diagnose what had most likely happened and told me how to fix it. It worked!! He literally saved me from paying an emergency fee of $300 to have a technician come to the house. I highly recommend this company and will be calling Chadwick for any future electrical needs! Thank you Tad!!

We wanted to have an outlet installed in our living room floor before new carpet. When we got the price from our contractor we were floored and were going to settle with an extension cord. A neighbor recommended Chadwicks. Chadwicks prices were more than 70% LESS than our contractor was charging!!! Chadwicks was timely, very knowledgeable with connecting the electricity with very little disruption of floor boards or sheetrock. They worked well with the carpet layers, went the extra mile to have another worker come in to complete the job quickly and even charged less than what was quoted! I highly recommend them!
