Today the technician David Baker greeted me at the front door with a very warm smile and pleasant personality, and eager to review our needs. Listened very carefully communicated what we said explain the options that we had no pressure whatsoever about doing anything. On top of all of that, not only was he efficient but extremely quiet and installing a toilet into our main bathroom will definitely be using David services in the future. I highly recommend not only Davidbut their company.

AJ was incredible today. He was informative, professional, and friendly. We had some issues with our basement outlets getting overloaded. He took his time to diagnose, and repair the problem. He then spent a few minutes explaining what he did, and why. This is our second experience with Allen Service, and both times have been excellent.

Woke up this morning to a flood of water coming out of our water heater drain on the back porch. Checking the water heater the drain pan was also wet. I called Allen and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Jake was amazing! This was NOT something we were prepared for, and I was worried the cost would be prohibitive. Jake came in and quickly diagnosed that we would need a new water heater due to cracking (above my head but he explained). He then, in a very professional and compassionate manner went through costs with me. He patiently took me through several options to make sure I could afford to have this done. He did NOT try to hard sell or make me afraid to ask questions, even taking the time to see if I bought the parts separately if it would save me money. I appreciate this as in this day and age of increasing costs some service people have a take it or leave it attitude and Jake wanted to make sure we were taken care of and was willing to work with me to find the best option. He replaced the water heater in under 2 hours. Friendly, clean and so kind. I will absolutely use Allen in the future because of the amazing service I received today! Also they have a service plan that covers a ton of stuff and actually puts money in your account to use for a future purchase, that is amazing!

We purchased our furnace from Allen Service two years ago and had an exceptional experience. When an issue arose on Friday night, we requested service. We were promptly contacted this morning, and a technician arrived shortly thereafter. And what peace of mind to know that after investing that amount of money in a furnace, we have the continued level of service for repairs as we did for the purchase.

We were so fortunate to stumble across Allen services when we discovered a problem on Christmas Eve. They informed us of the difference in price between having them come out on Christmas Eve and a regular day. We opted to have them come out the day after Christmas. Trying to get the specific model of new toilets we wanted from the manufacturer proved to be a major challenge over an extended period of time. Our technician, Jesse, was incredibly patient with us and the whole process. Including with, at times, our confusion and changing decisions. Shane Thomas came out to service my old heater. He was very professional and really went above. I have 3 dogs and my heater is in a hard to access crawl space. Thats a bit of extra! He never once acted rushed or put out and took time to answer all my questions. I appreciate all his work and time! Prompt, professional and knowledable; Zach was helpful in discussing proposed future service requirements and made sure our humidifier was properly set up. It was not, which was allowing our house to be rather dry with a low humidity factor. Allen service is my go to place forever. They offer service plans for seasonal checkup and reduced prices for both emergency and replacement part service calls. Allow them to give you free estimates knowing full well of their reputation and quality of workmanship. The three hound dogs approved of Zachs work!

Fast, professional, and honest!Every step of the way Allen Service made me thankful I chose them. My AC went out in the middle of the heat and they sent out a Technician(James) the next morning. James was highly knowledgeable and even gave me a call back later that day because I had questions I had forgotten to ask. The next day a Sales Advisor (Chance) was out first thing in the morning to get me a quote and walk me through options. I have never met with a salesman that felt as honest as Chance, he thoroughly went through each option and told me which actually made sense based on my house design. I did not feel pressured to buy the highest price or even to buy that day, which is why chose to buy from Allen Service. They were able to install the new AC, furnace, and humidifier next day in less than 5 hours. They had 2 guys for the install unfortunately I only remember 1 name but Brandon was incredible! Work was done cleanly, fast, and they were very respectful. Brandon took the time to go through everything I needed to know and made sure I was able to do everything needed to use the new system and maintain it. Based on the employees alone I will only be using Allen Service in the future.

He ran several tests and used the fiber optic camera to inspect the condition of the furnace heat exchanger.Chance did a great job explaining the equipment options and answered all our questions. We decided to go with the midrange model with new thermostat and humidity contol.Brandon was in and out in less than 4 hours installing the new equipment, the day after the original one failed.I am so glad I chose Allen Service abd recommend them to anyone.

We had our first service on our heating and air conditioning units that Allen installed a little over a year ago. I believe your service technician was Jamie Rucker( but that name doesn’t show up on your list of technicians). He also had another technician with him who was apparently under instruction. The bottom line is that we have never had a better more professional inspection of our heating an air conditioning units. These technicians were simply the best! Years ago I was an engineering officer responsible for the heating and air conditioning aboard a 644 foot 34,000 ton U S Navy ship, and I would have been extremely happy to have had these two individuals in my division They were both professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We would be most pleased to have either of these two men do all of our future A/C and heating inspections! Well done!

This morning Allen came to my house to do a yearly inspection of my furnace. This is part of the plan that was provided to me after I purchased a water heater about 6 to 8 months ago. I was very happy to have the inspection since it is getting cold out. I was so fortunate to have Allen assigned to my inspection. He is very communicable, Friendly, honest, everything you would want to have an inspector to perform any type of appliance in your home. ALLEN SERVICES is very lucky to have him be a part of your team and as a supervisor I am sure he is outstanding. I hate to say this and do not mean to be demeaning, but if you have an employee that is not working out, it is not Allen’s lack experience or skills at all. In fact, If the new employee does not work out, they either need to go through Allen’s training again or work for someone else. To put it more friendly, Allen keeps customers coming back. And back again. And again (you get the point ).ALLEN service provides an invaluable service to our Community And there is not a better company that does a better job. Sometimes you have to spend a little bit more to get Better quality, service and results. ALLEN is the place you need to go. I had two excellent experiences with Allen Service the last few days:1) I found a flood in my laundry room coming from my furnace which is located behind doors there. It was 5:30 a.m. Saturday and after I left a message with the answering service, someone called me from Allen Service and promised to send a service technician for the first appointment of the day. Shane arrived and upon careful inspection determined that there was a clogged drain into which the water from the furnace and humidifier drained. He cleared the drain and also explained that there was a filter on the humidifier, which was filthy, and needs to be changed yearly. I had no idea, as I have only been in my new home here for a short time. Shane was terrific, fixed my problem, did a wonderful job cleaning up after himself, and also educated me about my equipment.2) Keith Evans came to give me an estimate for having my duct work cleaned. Again, I received an education on that subject. It turns out that that there are two materials that duct work can be made of and the kind I have requires a negative pressure machine, which Allen Service does not use. He explained that their machine could be used, but it would have a good chance of damaging my flex ducts. He recommended I not use Allen Service for my duct cleaning and gave me the name of someone else he thought had the right machine for me.He also gave me an estimate of what Allen Service would charge for my job so that I would have a benchmark by which to measure estimates I would receive from other companies.Both these men were very professional and informative - they provided excellent service and information. This reflects well on Allen Service, which obviously employs people who do not use shortcuts or recommend service that is subpar or wrong for the work that needs to be performed.

Sales - Chris H. was easy to work with, explained my options and quickly returned text messages I sent him with the answers to my questions.Installation - Justin - lead installer - did a great job installing my new Evolution series HVAC system and customized my existing ventilation system to work perfectly with my new HVAC system. Freddy - asst. installer - was very good at helping Justin get through all the details.Im happy I chose Allen Service and the Evolution series HVAC system.UPDATE: about a month after installation we experienced a record-setting 3-day weekend heat wave. Id noticed my new A/C didnt appear to be keeping up with my settings. I set it for 69° a few hours before bedtime. However, the room temp was 78° after waiting for hours. At 3 a.m. I couldnt take it anymore and called Allen Service. To my surprise my call was answered by a live agent named Jessica. After some discussion I noted she mentioned freezing over. The light bulb went on in my head and she held while I checked the coil box on my furnace. Sure enough there was frost over the pipe leading into the coil box. So, I turned off the A/C circuit breaker, but left the furnace circuit breaker on with the fan running to assist in a quicker thaw. I set an alarm for an hour trying to get some light sleep. Then, I checked the coil connection which had thawed, I turned the A/C breaker back on, waited several minutes for the system to reconnect and respond. I now had cold air coming from my vents! Jessica suggested sending out a tech to examine my system. Thanks Jessica!He arrived early in the afternoon even though they were swamped with other customers having their own cooling issues. The tech, James M., arrived and checked my freon amounts which were perfect. The answer he came up with I believe will prevent any further coil freeze ups. It was subtle. He observed that I had a cold air return immediately adjacent to my main furnace room opening into my basement hallway. So, the cold air upstairs was falling down my stairwell and this cold air was being sucked into the return in my basement making the spillover cold air even more cold which eventually froze the coils. Ive covered that too cold air return for the remainder of the hot weather and will re-open when I begin the heating season. Brilliant James M.!Ive attached a photo below with my personal implementation of James Ms. suggestion. During the winter I use air deflectors on my floor vents on the main floor to keep heat distributed across my floors, but until now theyve had no use in the summer. The photo shows 2 air deflectors I set up facing each other attached to the grill by the deflector magnets. This is effectively covering the cold air return during the summer months at no extra cost.A huge thank you to the Allen Service tech team for standing by both their product and me as their customer when I needed them most.Slept like a contented baby last night!

Last week we had Allen install a whole new system - furance, air conditioner, humidifier, ionizer - and what a big job. Dustin our lead installer and the his team arrived as scheduled first thing in the morning and worked non-stop all day long and it was hot! They were all respectful, professional, consulted with us when there was a question, and stayed until everything had been reviewed and explained to us. We were especially impressed that Dustin took the extra time and effort to re-rout the humidifier ducting from our previous install to make the furance easier to access for future servicing. Very friendly competent technician. I showed him an invoice when Allan Services replaced our hot water heater in 1995. The charge for heater, work, permit, and tax was $ 450. Now replacing an outside spigot is more expensive than installing a new water heater in 1995. This is really amazing. However what is more amazing that at that time they have built a water heater which has last now 29 years and is still working. By the way he told me that now the price is $3,200. Now I know for sure what they mean when they say we made progress.
