    Woke up this morning to a flood of water coming out of our water heater drain on the back porch. Checking the water heater the drain pan was also wet. I called AAA SERVICE and they had a technician out within 2 hours. Andrei was amazing! This was NOT something we were prepared for, and I was worried the cost would be prohibitive. Andrei came in and quickly diagnosed that we would need a new water heater due to cracking (above my head but he explained). He then, in a very professional and compassionate manner went through costs with me. He patiently took me through several options to make sure I could afford to have this done. He did NOT try to hard sell or make me afraid to ask questions, even taking the time to see if I bought the parts separately if it would save me money. I appreciate this as in this day and age of increasing costs some service people have a take it or leave it attitude and Andrei wanted to make sure we were taken care of and was willing to work with me to find the best option. He replaced the water heater in under 3 hours. Friendly, clean and so kind. I will absolutely use AAA Service in the future because of the amazing service I received today! Also they have a service plan that covers a ton of stuff and actually puts money in your account to use for a future purchase, that is amazing!

    Ive used AAA Service several times in recent months. They do a fantastic job scheduling someone to come out quickly, call when the plumber is 15-40 minutes out, and then the plumber shows up on time. Most recently Andrei put in a new kitchen faucet and disposal for me. He was very good about explaining what he was going to do and what it would cost upfront. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy anything extra. Very pleased with the work.

    Finally, a plumber I can trust! I hired another plumber several months ago for a simple repair. Apparently, that was done incorrectly causing water damage to my dining room wall. Thank goodness I found AAA Service. Andrei quickly identified the problem and did the repair the way it should have been done in the first place. This is the plumbing service I will be using for now on and they are right here in Fort Collins.
