Tom Sawyer Construction helped us through an extremely stressful and foreign process. Our home had catastrophic damage and he helped us file properly with our insurance to ensure we received maximum coverage. The work he and his team did was outstanding. Anyone that puts their name on their business is a stand up person and Tom is true to his word and he is a perfectionist with his work. I can’t believe I’m raving about an insurance claim and a new roof but he was that good. Thanks Tom.

Bandera Builders did a great job on the replacement of our standing-seam metal roof. Tom and Alex came out and explained exactly how they planned to remove the old metal roof and install the new one. Standing-seam roofing requires a lot of special metal trim pieces and they knew exactly how to fabricate and install them. The quality of their installation is much better than the original roof.Before and during the process Tom communicated clearly and consistently. The winter weather was challenging so he made sure the roof would not leak after removing the old metal. He also kept me well informed on the installation crews schedule.Unlike some other contractors, Toms focus was on quality first and schedule second. He made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Bandera Builders.

Bandera Builders did a stellar job in replacing our roof and gutters after storm damage. Tom is a reliable professional who worked patiently with our insurance company and mortgage company to make the process easier on us. His competent team completed the job in a timely manner and were very friendly. Bandera Builders went above and beyond what we expected, and we have already hired them again for an additional job. Recently I retained Tom Sawyer and Bandera Builders, LLC to replace two roofs on our ranch near Lexington, Texas. Tom and his employees were more than satisfactory in everything they did for the Triple C Ranch. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. They completed the work on time and at cost (no surprises.) My husband and I are completely happy with the work that was done and would recommend Bandera to anyone who needs roof work.

It was a pleasure working with Tom! A true gentleman. The job at my house involved dismantling an old fireplace and replacing with a new insert and new Culture Stone. All his workers were top notch. Tom is who Ill call whenever I need any remodeling done.Janace
