    Paul has basically remodeled our whole house! We bought our home in 2011 knowing it needed many updates. The first project we took on was the upstairs bathrooms in 2014. We searched online for a local contractor, interviewed several and decided to go with Artisan. Paul seemed like a good guy and he was competitively priced. He did a wonderful job on our bathrooms so in 2016 we again hired him to help us with our main floor remodel. Once again, he impressed us with his work and we then hired him in 2017 to redo our kitchen. This was the biggest job by far and it went great and turned out so beautiful! Paul is a class act - he is a just an overall good person, hard worker, honest, easy to work with, keeps things on task and does it all with a smile. Next up is our basement remodel and we will definitely be calling Paul with Artisan!(I tried posting our remodel photos in before/after stages but they posted out of sequence. You get the idea though - beautiful work!)

    Reed and David for Artisan did all this work in less than 2 weeks, and Paul the owner of Artisan coordinated all the work and was very professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a quality product done in an efficient and timely manner.

    We have owned our home in southeast Fort Collins for about 35 years. It is a beautiful house, on a very special lot, and we have always strived to keep it upgraded for our comfort and to preserve the value of the property. Therefore, we have done several remodels over the years.Artisan Remodeling & Design recently finished a complete renovation of our kitchen. We are extremely happy with the results, both the quality of the work and the quality of the experience. Paul and Sarah have earned our highest rating for a recommendation.When we started this project, we knew that we wanted the majority of the project to be done while we were out of town. Trust and quality of work were the most important factors in selecting a remodeling company. Paul and Sarah are a husband and wife team that run a local, family owned business. They are wonderful, positive people that guide you through the project. We found them to be excellent problem solvers, and they demonstrated flexibility as various issues surfaced.Sarah is an excellent listener, she is patient, and she helped us create a vision for our new kitchen. She has an excellent design sense, and simplified our choices for cabinets, fixtures, furniture, and flooring. This really accelerated the project. Paul handles all the details of the job, does some of the work, and he has assembled an amazing set of sub-contractors. We were so impressed by these individuals---they were all very skilled, very detail oriented, super clean, and they were simply the nicest people that you could hope to find in your home.Lastly, since we have done several remodels over the years, it is appropriate to make some comparisons. We have always selected companies that we can trust--the highest quality companies with great reputations. These choices typically come with a high price premium.In the case of Artisan, you get a company that you can trust, quality work, and very reasonable prices.     We are so happy we found Paul and Artisan Remodeling. Our new kitchen is beautiful and the entire process from design to completion was incredibly smooth with no hiccups. Paul was able to understand our vision for the project and improve on it in ways we hadn’t considered. Artisan also works with great suppliers so that the finishes always feel top quality. Communication was great and we were always aware of the project status and timelines. On top of all that, they still managed to finish under our original budget. Great experience all around - highly recommend!

    Artisan’s showroom is really impressive, much larger than we expected with a really wide selection. Sarah and Paul had some items pulled for us before we arrived based on our inspiration photos and design survey (which is so much fun!), and the things they chose were spot on! IHaving their guidance as we made our selections made the whole process more enjoyable and less overwhelming. The way the showroom is designed is really fun. It’s open and welcoming. Most showrooms can feel cramped and they can actually leave me feeling a little bit stressed, but Artisan’s showroom has a completely different feel. We did end up choosing many of the items they pulled for us and the remodel itself was remarkably organized. We would highly recommend Artisan!

    Artisan Remodeling & Design is a classy organization. We contacted them to review our kitchen for a remodel. Both Sarah and Paul have a unique niche in their company and they guarantee their work. Our decision to hire them took mere moments.Sarah provides creative, tasteful and “in the know” coaching for the design portion of our kitchen remodel. She has a feel-good presence and is genuinely interested in our likes and dislikes. Sarah offers different concepts of design: bold, classic, neutral, sophisticated, calming, FUN (should I keep going?) and samples of all. Who knew there are so many unique choices that fit our personalities? Sarah consistently kept us updated through phone calls, emails and quickly responded to any questions. Artisan is building a showroom which will provide an ambiance and personal experience with samples of tile, cabinets, lighting and design ideas. They are an upscale company that cares.Paul’s skill level is impressive. He expertly knows what to do in any situation. His calm and comfortable demeanor is so easy to work with. The project manager checks in daily, Paul and Sarah check in at least once a week. Paul has a fantastic relationship with his subcontractors. We had to say goodbye when the job was complete and it was like parting from friends. Their professionalism and experience was superior. Artisan offers three levels of pricing for their products: good, better, best. They are all quality.Both Sarah and Paul have spoken honestly from experience that often a remodel project affects (temporarily) one’s very existence. Thankfully, they provided tools to help us stay levelheaded and hold on to oneself during this WELL WORTH IT experience. We were well taken care of! The results are fit for a magazine.

    This was our first renovation we had ever experienced, and it was exceptional!! Our kitchen turned out beautiful. Im not saying it wasnt stressful, Sarah and Paul had to talk me off the edge a few times, but were always there to motivate me to look at the end product and they were so right! Sarah has a wonderful eye for decor, and Paul has the skill to pull off unique ideas.They worked with our budget and created a beautiful and functional space. Their contractors are top notch, all are trustworthy and exceptional in their field. We always felt like we were in very capable hands. I just cant say enough positive things about Artisan Remodeling & Design.I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is thinking about a remodel.

    We hired Artisan to remodel 3 bathrooms in our home and the finished product was beyond our expectations. The finished bathrooms were of high quality, amazingly beautiful and done exactly to our specifications. Artisan met with us before starting the project and carefully explained our options while listening to our requirements. During the remodeling process they would consult with us and advise us of the progress being made. The most important point is that Artisans final cost came in below their initial estimate. We had originally obtained estimates from other contractors for the same work and their estimates came in three times higher than Artisans. We highly recommend Artisan for any remodeling job you may require. They are trustworthy, highly capable professionals, honest and very skilled. We even went on vacation while they were completing our project and nothing was amiss when we returned. That demonstrates the trust we had in Artisan.

    We interviewed three different contractors for our master bathroom remodel, and we were thoroughly impressed with all of them. Although we did not choose Artisan Remodeling, we felt they were extremely professional, timely, and wouldve been excellent to work with had we not chosen the one we did. We would recommend that others get quotes from Artisan Remodeling when theyre starting the remodel process as well!

    Paul and the Artisan team did a wonderful job on our near-full house remodel which included the entire first floor (kitchen/dining/bath/family rooms), and two additional baths, master and kids. The best aspect of working with Paul was that he was very flexible, adjusting things as needed to make them work best, and taking our many requests to adjust things before installed (and sometimes after installed). We had never been through a remodel let alone one of this size, and we selected Paul because we felt he would involve us throughout the project, which he did very well.He is a very skilled workman - the tile installation is fantastic, as is the wood work. Paul and those he works with are all relaxed and enjoyable to have in your home.We certainly had some bumps along the way (scheduling, proj mgmt, etc.), as any remodel of our size does, and everything has worked out in the end. I have referred Artisan to several friends based on the quality of their work, which is what ultimately matters to us.

    We live in an older home and it was time to replace our deck. A friend had a great experience with Artisan and recommended that we give them a call. We interview several companies but ended up hiring Artisan. Our experience was excellent. The craftsmanship was amazing and it came right on budget. Well be contacting them again when were ready to remodel our kitchen.

    Artisan Remodeling & Design has been my contractor of choice for two bathroom remodels. Both the master bath and the powder room were transformed to become beautiful spaces. Artisan designed using quality materials with upgrades and excellent functionality in mind.What a happy difference: from the old barely adequate baths to fresh, appealing and comfortable!

    We had an issue with our subflooring that the original builder frankly messed up. Artisan was able to review, quote and turn around the repair quickly and came in at a reasonable rate. Were very happy with the work that was done and would reccomend them to you if youre looking for some reliable and quality work done in your home.

    10/30/2014 We highly recommend Paul Bilbro - Artisan Remodeling and Repair. He completed a pergola over our rear deck and installed stacked stone travertine around our fireplace. He pays attention to detail, works hard, is timely and is personable!! Thank you Paul !!

    Artisan Remodeling & Design did an amazing job of designing and installing a full kitchen in our basement. I cant say enough about how professional and easy Sarah and Paul were to work with. They are of the highest integrity and finished according to budget. Everything went smoothly and their employee Reid was wonderful to work with as well. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling job that you might have. They did a beautiful job on our kitchen.

    When we were beginning our search for a bathroom remodeling company, the hardest part was knowing that we would have to let strangers into our home for the duration of the project. It was really important to us to find a company we could trust. When we met Paul, we immediately knew he was trustworthy, and his knowledge of the industry is unrivaled. And he presents it in such a friendly and personable manner so as not to talk down to the customer. We liked that. We hired him on the spot. Then we met Sarah and were really impressed by her design process and how she was able to pinpoint our exact style. When we were presented our renderings, they were so far beyond what we could have created ourselves. The job itself was organized and ran smoothly from start to finish, and we were never left with unanswered questions. Artisan is a rare find. Hire them! You won’t be sorry.

    Sarah and Paul (and the entire team) are amazing. They worked with our ideas and gave us the options that were within our budget, the style we wanted, and gave us great suggestions for the look we wanted for our kitchen and basement remodel. When something unforeseen came up, they were ready with cost effective (but still stylish) solutions and kept everything on schedule. No matter when (or how often) we emailed/called/texted they answered all of our questions and held out hands through the process.
