    We loved Mighty Hand! They finished our entire basement (from bare concrete to rooms, floors, paint, etc) in about 2 months. Noah was our construction manager and was more responsive, available and willing to work with us than any contractor weve ever worked with! And we felt comfortable with and enjoyed all the guys who came out to work. Were eager to use them again!They said they probably wouldnt be the cheapest quote, and they were about 10-20% more expensive than the cheapest quote we got, but they handled everything with no hassle for us (permits, issues with plumbing, problems with a door that came in damaged).     I hired Mighty Hand to flip my rental property, which needed a significant amount of work done. They came into the project with a clear vision and went out of their way to ensure that it would be profitable and beneficial for me, putting their own bottom line second. Their character was complemented by excellent workmanship - the effort and attention to detail that went into every piece of work they did was so apparent, and (as cliche as it sounds) when they were done it was hard to believe it was even the same house. I wouldnt hesitate to trust them with future work of any magnitude, and would wholeheartedly recommend Mighty Hand to anyone considering their services.

    Mighty Hand completed a full kitchen remodel for us including removing two walls, building an island, custom cabinets, granite countertops and appliance installation. Communication between myself and the GC was always good, the project was finished mostly on time, there was always a timely response to any mistakes that needed to resolved, we received good ideas about how to really make the space work as we wanted and we are very pleased with the overall result. Look how beautiful it turned out!

    Mighty Hand Construction (MHC) completed our home addition and we could not be happier! From start to finish their diligence, expertise, and communication was beyond exemplary! To begin, we met with a pre-construction manager who listened to our vision and overall goals for the project, while being realistic and completely upfront about the scope of work and cost. During this pre-construction phase, we had numerous discussions where MHC provided the opportunity for us to explore various design scenarios and trade-offs. Once we had finalized the general scope of work, MHC provided a detailed (itemized) list of all costs. Their pricing is extremely transparent and they truly endeavor to stay on-budget. However, with any large construction project there will, inevitably, be some unforeseen costs. When these arose, MHC maintained an open communication regarding these costs, clearly discussed the circumstances, and addressed opportunities for other areas of cost savings. Similarly, when issues arose with our project, and with any construction project they certainly will, MHC could not have been more diligent with remedying the issue. For example, due to weather, we really needed an expedited completion of certain aspects of our project. MHC doubled their crew and worked overtime, at no additional expense, to get the work done! And, both during and after the weather-related issue, the owner reached-out, kept an open communication, and personally visited the site to meet with us to ensure we were satisfied with how they addressed this issue and if there was anything else they could do. Overall, we could not be happier with our project and highly recommend MHC! Thank you MHC and we look forward to working with you in the future!

    In the Fall of 2020 our Family property of 47 years was caught up in the Cameron Peak Fire. We came back to a devastating loss. This was a beautiful place where my parents live in retirement and has deep family roots. Mighty Hand as been working with us to literally rebuild out of the ashes.We selected Mighty Hand first for their integrity. The high quality of character that they define as the key element of their business is a cornerstone when dealing with this level of investment. This foundation builds solid process. We coordinated with a solid architect for building a unique mountain home and working out how to recreate a place where our family will gather from across America.Mighty Hand put Ryan in charge of this project. This man’s depth of character, organization and durability has brought us through. These years have seen unprecedented challenges in supply chain, resource constraints, and an amazingly volatile market. Yet Mighty Hand has been solid navigating through these challenges.     Mighty Hand Construction was our general contractor for a main floor update. We cant say enough about how good they are! Design professionals helped design the changes with innovative options. Everyone at Mighty Hand is courteous, on time, professional, take the time to explain processes, have a high caliber of employees and subcontractors and provide an exceptional quality of work. Nathan, our project manager, was outstanding! He walked us through the whole process, communicated well by phone, email, text, and was at the worksite on a regular basis. If there was an issue that we brought up he would come over right away to explain or resolve. He also listened to our wants and needs and found solutions that were cost conscious.

    We just had a great experience with Mighty Hand Construction. We did a major renovation of our house (with a new kitchen, a new master bath, new paint and carpet throughout, and a new finished basement), and we were pleased and impressed throughout the process. The owners took the time to personally oversee the project, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The workers they employ are great too (which is important, when you have workers in your house every day during a major project). Ive been in town for over 30 years, have owned dozens of residential and commercial properties, and have worked with many contractors over the years. Mighty Hand is simply the very best I have ever worked with.

    Mighty Hand Construction was awesome! We had our house under contract to be sold and we were hit with a hail storm. The closing was in 3 weeks and Logan at Mighty hand construction worked with the insurance and got our roof replaced the next week as well as new gutters and windows. They were prompt, honest, and everything that you could want in a contractor. I highly recommend them for all your construction needs.

    We hired Mighty Hand to finish our basement and could not be more pleased! Noah Hutchison was our main point of contact, though each of their employees and trades people were a pleasure to work with. As with any home improvement project, there were unforeseen bumps in along the road.     The Mighty Hand Construction (MHC) owners and construction crew are top-notch professionals. In our first contact with the owners, we knew immediately we would hire them. They asked questions about the type of construction (for us, it was an engineered SIPs wall and roofing system--no one in our area had experience with these), completion timeline, budget, location (Laramie, WY), and given the location, if we had heavy equipment available for their use, as transporting such from Colorado to Wyoming would financially for us, be a non-starter.They asked us to send the architects plans/shop drawings and to meet with them and their construction crew in Fort Collins, where we discussed the build and expectations on both sides, but also got to know one another on a more personal level.MHC is a Christian firm, and owner/ employee demeanor, relationships with one another and customers, and of course expertise are the basis for success. Other construction firms we had contacted impatiently told us to send the plans and they would forward a bid; those bids reflected little understanding of the build process for a SIPS system, and no trust or understanding between other home builders and us was established.On the job itself, none of the construction crew wasted ANY time, and they operated like a well-integrated machine--like each knew what the other needed and was always at the ready to provide it. The plans were very detailed and highly complex, and altho the crew had no experience with plans like these, they not only read and understood them as if it were second nature to them, but they worked quickly and competently to finish the build. Moreover, to our amazement, they also identified errors in truss fabrication, subsequently engineering field modifications/ solutions that enabled completing the build on time and within budget (i.e., we did not have to order replacement parts, and MHC did not increase what its price for the work).The crews left their families in Fort Collins to stay in Laramie for an extended period and worked some unusual hours to compensate for some exceptionally windy days when work was not possible--this was above and beyond the call.We thought it was also particularly thoughtful that the crew took time at the end of their lunch one day to pray over and bless our house, not something that perhaps everyone cares about, but we appreciated that kindness and felt it reflected how much their faith undergirds their professional lives.All in all, MHC is a different kind of home builder. They all are polite, professional, help each other and show great regard for their co-workers. They require little guidance once they have reviewed home plans; they can identify where plans and fabrication are out of synch, and can engineer fixes on the fly. We would unhesitatingly hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have a home built.

    My wife passed, and when my heart was ready, Mighty Hand coordinated the restoration and sale of my home. This company operates from the Heart, and made a painful situation easy..... the men and women who operate this company do so in a kind and ethical manner.That being said, the quality of their work, attention to detail of project scope, materials, design and color coordination.... I have hired several contractors.... none has brought to the table what Mighty Hand does.I plan on partnering with them on my new home, because that is how working with a Mighty Hand is like... a mutually beneficial partnership.And that is the best sort of business.

    A year after having our cabinets installed, our trash pullout rails in our island started catching and one day it would no longer close at all. We contacted Mighty Hand and they were so gracious to order us a new part and then sent Jeremy Brown to do the fix. Jeremy did a fantastic job replacing parts and went the extra mile to do everything he could to make sure we wouldnt have that issue come up again. Thank you so very much, Mighty Hand Construction (and Jeremy), for all you have done for us and even coming to help us fix something a year after our remodel!!

Fortunately, MHC came back and made the project right by reinstalling the flooring and trim at no additional cost. We are thankful for MHCs willingness to make the whole project right in the end.

    We had Mighty Hand Contruction (MHC) do a main floor remodel. This included removing a non-load bearing wall, completely moving and repositioning the kitchen in the kitchen remodel stage, all new flooring throughout the main floor, and a replacement of the fireplace. Through it all MHC did an amazing job. With any job of this scope, there are bound to be unforseen challenges, and this was no different. MHC was nimble and responsive, and were able to adjust as various challenges came up. We never felt they tried to sell us on higher end upgrades to increase the project cost. In fact, they were amenable to a number of cuts due to budget over-runs. We bid the project in October 2021 and broke ground in May 2022. During that time, inflation of materials and labor went crazy. Through it all, MHC felt like a partner rather than a contractor. Their integrity and willingness and ability to stay on budget really assured us that we had chosen the right company. Would definitely recommend MHC and feel lucky to have found them when we did!

    These folks are the best. Great crew of very polite and professional group. We had them do several different tasks in our newly moved into home and they did every task with a smile and politeness.     We had Mighty Hand Construction out to help evaluate a wall that we wanted removed as part of a DIY kitchen remodel. Jacob who came out was very professional and listened to my concerns about the wall. After discussing we mutually determined that the project was not a right fit for the company however Jacob took the time to connect us with individuals who could address the concerns we had talked about. He went above and beyond with his follow up to ensure the professionals he connected me with reached out and addressed my concerns.
