I live out of state and PJ was great to work with on my rental property in Fort Collins. He fully renovated two bathrooms and replaced carpet with LVP and his prices were competitive. He took on the design work for the bathrooms and worked diligently to get the projects done. It is so nice having someone you can trust to do good work, I’ll definitely be using his services again, thanks PJ!

PJ provided a great service! He did a lot of work at my house. 3 floors, some dry wall repair, a tile shower, and other miscellaneous things. Everything came out great and he was great with communication and seeing the project through. Thanks again!

Patrick did a great job reframing our leaky windows. He gave an initial quote over the phone, which was very helpful. He completed everything in a reasonable time and did a very high quality repair. He cleaned up after himself too!He did a great job on our windows and I don’t anticipate that they will be leaking again any time in the next 20 years.

Patrick Korte just finished a project for me and i will most definitely keep him in mind for future projects. He did tile work in my laundry room, light installs, and created beautiful butcher block style shelving above my washer and dryer. My laundry room got a total face lift and working with him was worth every penny. Quality work and great communication - he was sure to involve me with questions throughout the project to ensure it’s what I wanted. I also appreciated how he cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for remodel help.

PJ did a great job with our bathroom addition. He turned a blank, empty space into our dream bathroom. His bid was competitive but reasonable, and his timeline was accurate. He poured in a shower, tiled the floor and walls, built a corner bench and shower shelves, painted, installed the shower doors, and did some minor electrical work. We love our new bathroom!

What a great experience we have had with PJ. We remodeled a couple of bathrooms in our home. Due to a number of circumstances we ended up with a year long project instead of a month or two. PJ did a fabulous job for a fair price with superb quality. What a great guy to work with. In fact, part of the time extension was due to our adding on multiple items as we got to trust him. Great experience! Highly recommend him to others. In fact, we are not done yet. Thanks PJ!

Korte Carpentry & Remodel does great work, the show up on time and do quality carpentry and plumbing. Whe have had PJ remodel several rooms including flooring and wood work. I can recommend them without hesitation.

P. J. did an awesome job building a deck for our house, then later installing a patio door to our deck. He did the jobs in a timely matter, left our place clean every evening, and was reasonable. I’d highly recommend him

He put a stand up pantry for me. He was busy so he sent me a handyman named Ryan King. He done really good work for me. All my phone numbers got thrown away at Christmas. I would like Ryans number again. I am going to have to have some grab bars soon he said you would have to do that.
