We woke up to a plumbing emergency (leaking water heater) on a Sunday morning. We called several plumbers who were not willing to work on Sunday, but when I called Kretz Plumbing, Mike was here within an hour. He explained the problem and gave us a reasonable quote right away. They also offered a financing option which was very helpful. I cant say enough good things about the friendly, professional service they provided. Conner and his partner were very professional and efficient. I was able to get a professional and competitive quote for running a natural gas line from the meter to our back patio within 10 minutes. Then once we agreed to the scope of work, they started working right away. When additional supplies were needed, another team came by to bring what was needed and assist. The work did not stop until it was done, and Conner checked in with me multiple times throughout the day to ensure the final product met our needs. By dinner time, we were ready to hook up our natural gas grills and start grilling. I highly recommend Kretz Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They are very professional, hard working, and competitively priced for great quality work.

Kretz Plumbing was efficient and professional.During my repair their crew was kind, respectful, patient with my ignorant questions and kept me informed of the price of each step of the repair so I could approve it before they continued.I had two plumbing contractors give bids and Kretz Plumbing was significantly lower.Kretz Plumbing came out the same day I called and even worked overtime in order to complete my repair. Amazingly enough, the overtime was not reflected in my invoice.Kretz Plumbing is a great company! I would definitely recommend.

Woke up at 4:30 in the morning and walked into a bathroom with a layer of water along the floor and counters. We thought we had a frozen/burst pipe. We called 4 other plumbing services after the fact, who claimed to be 24 hours, and Mike was the only one who called me back. Colby and his team were on the scene quickly and went through the whole process and where the problem was, and answered all of my questions. Thankfully we didnt have any significant damage. My husband reached out to Kretz Plumbing to see when we could schedule someone to come out and take a look at things for us. Within 2 hours of his initial contact, not only was a plumber at our house, they completed their work in a few hours. Ours was a big messy job and both Mike and Shane went above and beyond to make sure our lines were repaired as quickly as possible., working in the cold pouring rain. We could not use any water, flush toilets, etc until this line was repaired. In addition, they were friendly and courteous and made us feel important. I will recommend Kretz to everyone I know.
