    The technicians were very courteous and very experienced in their trade. I had a few plumbers attempt to fix my problems, they didn’t. These technicians pinpointed the real issue and went about the business of resolving the problem in a very efficient and professional manner! I signed up for the monthly membership.     I messaged them with what I thought was an issue I had with my water heater expecting them to set up a service call the next day after they opened. Instead, even though it was past 7pm at night, they not only replied, they sent me a video and photos showing me everything I needed to know. They will be my only call for future plumbing needs!

    Great company! We had them do the bathroom plumbing on our shop and we could not be happier with the quality of work they provided. They are the best plumbing company I have ever used and will definitely be my go-to company in the future!     KB Plumbing is amazing. They have done a lot of work for me. They are my go to Plumbers. Unlike a lot of other plumbers their day doesn’t always end at 5 PM. Today I had a leak under my sink so I called KB Plumbing and they came out at 7:30 PM. Now it works great and the price was fair and the customer service is amazing. Brody was my technician today and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend using KB Plumbing .

    Great business. They installed a new water line (from the street)and a septic pump and ran the lines (roughly about 5-600ft of water and drain lines) for our garage bathroom. They started at around 9am and had it all done in about 5-6 hours, and they even took the time to install our toilet! They had to navigate our fiber optic cable, electric lines and sprinkler system and did it flawlessly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Local Forney company. The BEST!

    Nice, respectful, knowledgable and meticulous. Chris cared enough to make sure that the new gas line was as minimally invasive as possible, because we knew some of the sheetrock would have to be removed in order to do the work. I appreciated him taking that extra time to save me some money!

    Chris did a great job. I just feel like the price was a bit high on the job. I saw several companies advertise the drain clean out at $100 or $150 plus the diagnostic fee . He did a great job but felt it was $100 - $150 too much. I wanted to to go with local company in Forney which I thought would give a better price or deal. Thank you. Scott.
