On the hottest day of the year, our A/C was not working well. The company that we have a service contract with was unable to come promptly. I called CW and received friendly customer service. Had excellent experience with office and technician Riley. Although I did not have an emergency situation I was scheduled within the next two days. The service call was on time, where Riley showed very good diagnostic techniques, was a good communicator during the entire appointment, told me his diagnosis and gave me three levels of fixes. When I gave him my selection he got right on the job, repaired our system and did timely die checks. He also pointed out two future needs (vacuum cartridge and hot water heater). While explaining the importance of each, he didnt overplay those issues just to make a quick sale. He put in extra effort when my discount coupon wasnt be accepted in the system. His support in the office fixed the issue and it was accepted within minutes. Very good experience with C&W.

Very grateful to CW Service Pros who responded when I had a slab leak. Devan is the BEST!! I could not be happier with his experience and expertise. He is knowledgeable and communicated well, walking me through the whole process. I would absolutely recommend him!! The entire experience went well, except the billing portion. Work on the project finished on Thanksgiving day. The invoice came on the following day (Black Friday). I was out of town and requested an itemized invoice (required by my insurance adjuster). At 8:09 today (Monday) I received a reply asking for my insurance adjuster info. By lunch I had received 2 calls letting me know that payment in full is required TODAY. My adjuster is reimbursing me so I was able to pay them in full today, but I did not appreciate the phone calls at work insisting that I pay today when the itemized invoice is still not even received. Otherwise a good experience and I dont mind recommending them. They did great work and I am thankful to have my hot water back!

Repeat customer that had some work done with reconstructing the plumbing in our hall bathroom and our annual water heater check.Sam came out on time and took a look at our hall bathroom sink that was slowly draining and rebuilt the plumbing to correct an initial poor build at the time of construction of the house. He stream lined and cleared minor obstructions in the plumbing. Drains like a new sink now!He then performed the yearly draining/inspect of our water heater (that he installed a few years ago). I would highly recommend Elliott AC to anyone. Very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to properly diagnose my issue. The fan assy. on my 17 year old system had failed and he was very forthcoming about all the costs with replacing the part or getting a whole new system. We decided to get a new system and could not be happier. He finished on time and even helped us register our products with the manufacturer and explained the warranty in detail.

We want to recommend Elliots to everyone! Our AC went out on Wednesday. I emailed Elliotts the next morning and requested a service call telling him that our AC wasnt working at all. Even though they were fully booked, he fit us in that day. He called at 8:30 that night to say he was on the way. We were amazed that he was still coming since it was so late.He came and diagnose our unit. It is 22 years old but he said it was repairable.We were so relieved because we had just replaced our upstairs unit 6 months ago.He showed up the next day with the parts and was finished in 30 minutes. When I was paying I found out that the owner himself, Darrell, was whom we had been dealing with. He did the actual repair himself. He was so efficient and friendly. We will only use his company from now on for all our heating and air problems.

Having been taken advantage of by a prior AC repair company, its an understatement to say that I have a low level of trust when dealing with companies. While calling around to get information on AC Repair costs / service calls etc, 3 of the biggest AC companies in the metroplex were unwilling to give me any information (outside of the initial service call cost) over the phone to make me feel comfortable about having them come out. Their response was The technician will have to provide that once he arrives. When I came across Elliotts, the receptionist quickly provided me the information I requested and she scheduled a repair technician to come out later in the day. Mr Elliot came out himself (arrived a few hours early), walked me through every step of what he would do, he took the time to explain his thought process and he did exactly what he said he would do. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me an idea of why it happened and what I could expect in the future. He was very professioinal, and most importantly, his invoice matched expactly what my expectations were based on the information his assistant provided me over the phone. Mr Elliott restored my faith in ACC Technicians and I would highly reccomend them for any AC Work.
