We had a plumbing issue that seemed no one could help with. I spoke with Chelsea at Absolute Plumbing, and she walked me through all the various options, she was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. Her knowledge put me at ease, and she proceeded to get me scheduled for an afternoon appointment. Within 10 minutes she called back stating she could get a plumber out to me within about 15 minutes if I was available. True to her word Plumber Larry showed up, he too was very polite, professional, and friendly and immediately started assessing the issue, and was able to determine very quickly the issue was not with my property, but a neighbors. Both Chelsea and Larry were God sends and represent the highest standards in professionalism. They are both a credit to Absolute Plumbing, and they will be the only plumbing service I use or recommend to anyone from now! I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing!

Great experience from start to finish. I had heard great things about the company, but this was my first time to need their service: I was happy I knew who to call. I was super impressed with Debra, who took my call and had a team at my house in less than an hour. They were very professional and helpful. I needed a new water heater, and since I live in an older house, it had to be brought up to code for the install. They were great about explaining what needed to be done and why. The work was scheduled around my time frame. Steven and Larry came early for the install, did a fantastic job and explained everything along the way. You cant go wrong with Absolute Plumbing!

Were selling our home and buyer wanted a licensed plumber toinspect for a possible water leak. Steve and Zane were super friendly. I basically gave them all the facts and wanted them to recommend the best repairs to satisfy the buyer. Steve recommended replacing the wax seal and inspect the drain pipeand floor for a possible leak. He found none and quickly and efficiently pulled the toilet, installed the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. Steve and Zane spent less than an hour at our house and I was very impressed with them and the quality of their work.

Why Im giving a 5 star rating:- Customer service: from Debra in the front office to Steven, owner and installer. You will not find a more efficient, professional, easier group of people. Hire with confidence. Steven listened to my desire to replace 2 storage tanked hot water heaters, in the attic, and install a tankless unit. The professionalism displayed was shown when a full inspection was made to ensure a proper installation and trouble free operation could be done. No high pressure sales was made.- Installation: first class, very professional installation. In fact, the city inspector failed the installation due to a condensate drain which he believed was improperly installed. Steven contacted the manager and made the effort to visit the citys plumbing inspection manager with photos and full description of why the inspection should have passed. Manager agreed that his field inspector was wrong. The installation looks as good as the unit operates.One additional star is added for the $2,200.00 federal rebate for the replacement of the 2 inefficient tank gas hot water heaters thanks to Debra and Steven.I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing. Professional, friendly, and expert installation.

I have lived in Flower Mound for over 30 years. I have used Absolute Plumbing for most, if not all of my plumbing needs. I want to express my gratitude and describe my last encounter. I was experiencing difficulty in turning off the waters in my shower. I called absolute Plumbing and they responded. We identified that the manufacture of my shower setup was no longer in business, thus I was most likely going to need to replace some, if not all of the controls and shower heads. The parts were going to cost between $700 and $2000 plus labor. Depending on what we discovered it would need. Steve and Anthony responded and I was so impressed with their professionalism and approach. as they disassembled the water flow knob and Temp control knob, to see what would be needed, they not only got wet, but discovered that the problem valves were repairable. As they worked, we talked and laughed and enjoyed the visit. As I was expecting the worst news, they began putting everything back to see the effect. Unbelievably ,the shower came back to life and worked as new. Instead of the $4000 total bill, that I was expecting, the total cost of the repair was less than $300. They could have taken advantage of me and did the complete replacement, but as I have learned, Absolute Plumbing is more interested in servicing their customers than making extreme Profits.Jim Brockey

We had a fantastic experience with Absolute Plumbing, from the first call right up to the finish. We awoke one morning to the surprise of a dead water heater, thankfully draining out into our driveway. I called Absolute Plumbing in a panic, and they immediately put me on their schedule. Steve was at our house that morning, assessing the situation and making sure that all water and gas was safely turned off, even crawling around through ductwork and attic insulation to find all of our water and gas lines so he could give me all possible options. He went over four possible options for us, explained them in detail (orally and in writing), and even let me get my husband on the phone so he could go over it all with him. In the end, we decided to go with a tankless water heater (down from two big tanks). He wrote up a detailed, reasonable estimate, and was back out very quickly to install. The installation process was great: he was thorough and neat, everything in the attic was cleaned up and out, all of the new piping looks great, and the new tankless water heater is WONDERFUL!

I was headed out of town for the weekend when I noticed a leak from our water heaters dripping into the garage. I called Absolute Plumbing and they immediately dispatched someone who promptly stopped the leak. The expansion tank was leaking and they bypassed it and came back so I could be on my way. Understood that they have a $85 service fee to come out and look at the problem first but didn’t expect to pay almost double for a new washing machine connector box compared to an impromptu estimate from a previous plumber. Unfortunately my spouse didn’t feel like she could turn the gentleman away when he said the the work would be a “long and tedious” job. It took him around 2 hrs. Lesson learned.Update: I contacted Chelsea from customer service and she adjusted the price to a reasonable level after me explaining the previous situation. Good customer service makes all the difference even if they may be a little higher priced than other plumbing services. Thanks again Chelsea.

Very very happy with the service provided. I had a sizeable leak in my front yard that was determined not to be my sprinklers. First Berkeys came out and immediately told me that they would not work on it due to a quest connection that was located by my sprinkler equipment. They proceeded to tell me that connection was not to code and is prone to failing therefore they would not do a spot repair on the leak due to liability and also they couldnt guarantee the repair. I was given a huge quote (little over $8K) to replace the equipment, fix the leak, and install a homeowners cut off etc. Absolute plumbing came out, put air in the system to locate the leak (which Berkeys never did). The leak was actually coming from a water softener pipe that was connected to my main line that had become detached. I no longer have the water softener so they disconnected the pipe and put the main line back together bypassing the old water softener pipe. They did all this in about 2 hrs and my bill was $561. Absolute guys did tell me that in the future the equipment which has the quest connection would probably have to be replaced but they were very honest and didnt try to upcharge me for a lot of things that didnt need to be replaced or fixed at this time. I now have a new forever plumber. BTW Berkeys did come back with a spot repair quote of $1500 after I wouldnt bite the $8K quote. They had first told me that they wouldnt do a spot repair due to the quest connection...hmmmm

I would HIGHLY recommend Absolute Plumbing to any and everyone in need of a plumber in this area. Deborah handles the calls and is always friendly, courteous, and makes you feel a priority with every call. We have been using them since we moved here in 2016. JJ, while no longer with the company, was a true gem. Last year we had a serious water damage issue that they assisted us with in the early stages and helped us to identify the source.This morning Michael came out within 15 minutes of my call. Our ceiling was dripping and we were frantic. It turned out my 3.5 year old daughter had flushed too much toilet paper and overflowed the toilet upstairs. Michael handled the problem swiftly and answered all of my questions. I am so grateful to have found an honest company to rely on.

Absolute plumbing was the only plumber that called us back. (I called 3 plumbers in the area, one plumber I even left multiple messages for). I called after hours and left a message and they called the next morning.She provided an estimate $ for the work I needed.The two young men that came showed up right on time, were very professional and courteous. And they were super quick! Only here for 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and was within the quoted range (on the lower end). We had our garden hose replaced and a sink drain unclogged.I will definitely call them again!

I am quite handy myself, so rarely call companies unless I know it is out of my league. This company I have used twice now for big leaks in front yard, and they were fantastic both times. They show up when they are supposed to, which is important to me. In fact, JJ called early and said he had a cancellation and could come earlier if it was convenient! Very nice guy, and I could tell he really cared about the situation. In this case it was more of an irrigation system issue, so they couldnt really fix it but referred me to an irrigation specialist. However, I did get a follow-up call from home office offering a potential work-around if necessary. There is a reason these guys have such high ratings, I recommend them for your plumbing needs!

They cleaned up after themselves (to be expected) but they also cleaned up the mess I had left while trying to stop the leak (wiped out the drain pans, hung up the wet towel to dry and replaced a cover that I had taken off) Excellent service Larry and the helper!

Needed a plumber during the recent hard freeze due to a leak at my water meter. Been having problems with this leak on and off since I bought the house 15 years ago. Always fixed it myself. This time I decided to call a plumber to get it fixed right and for good. Called me back and said it would be a couple of days because they were slammed. Perfectly understandable. He called and had an opening a day earlier than promised. Michael was polite and so professional. Had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes and charged us just under $200.
