Had to have some fixtures repaired in a bath and shower. Nathan was prompt and arrived to give an estimate on time. He was through about what was needing to be done and listened to what we wanted. He was prompt on the day to do the repair and did it as we discussed. After he finished the did a very good cleanup and showed us what he had done and explained about what he couldnt do because of the way the builder had routed some water lines. I would highly recommend CR Plumbing for any repair needed for plumbing they are on time and do a great job.

My water pipeline had to be replaced due to poor quality of the brand, it was a big project. I’m so glad that I found CR plumbing on Yelp. I chose them because I read their reviews and seems everybody was happy with their work. And it turns out to be such a right move.Andrew and his team mate showed up in a timely manner just like they said, and I could tell from the way they inspect and explain everything that they are professional at what they do compared to the first plumber that I called. Even though their quote turned out to be higher than the first one, but I eventually decided to go with CR plumbing because the way they do things looks a lot more professional and trustworthy. When it comes to big project like this, I’d rather have someone do the job right than saving some money but end up with issues to worry about frequently later on.Jarrod the manager also showed up and trying to help out. He had offer me a reasonable price with financing options, which really helps in my situation.Even with a big project including digging and cutting the driveway, they managed to show up early in the morning and had the water back on running for me by 5:30.I’m a very impressed and satisfied customer. I would highly recommend CR plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. They are pros and trust-worthy.

Just had Austin with CR Plumbing out today (9-17-24) to repair a leaky toilet. Austin did a great job! He was on time, communicated everything well, fixed my problem quickly & was very respectful. It was very easy to call & set up the appointment. We will definitely use CR Plumbing/Austin in the future.Updated 11-20-24:I cannot say enough good things about CR Plumbing. My silly toilet wanted to be a mystery and decided to continue with a leaking issue. CR Plumbing was quick to send Austin back out (10-2-24) & Nathan (11-7-24). It’s very refreshing to work with a company who stands by their work and comes back out free of charge till the problem is corrected. CR called me on Monday to make sure that everything was going well. I let them know that the leaking is fixed, however the toilet was rocking a smidge. We were able to quickly set up an appointment & the rocking is fixed. As I said before, we will definitely call on them for future plumbing needs! CR scheduled our rental properties clogged kitchen sink the very next day after contacting them. Our service technician -Michael M. was great; found the problem clog and showed me an additional situation that involved our older 40’s era house’s kitchen sink not being vented. I appreciated him staying to drain rest the sink and explain the nature of our siphoning style sink and the possibility of adding a Studor valve to alleviate this problem. Courteous and efficient. They don’t start the clock until the tech starts working which is appreciated. Reasonable rates and quick phone response from the ladies I spoke with setting up the service.

They were so patient with our three big dogs who hounded them all day long, and with my tons of questions and complete ignorance of plumbing! Excellent service. This is the second time weve used CR Plumbing. This time it was to replace a toilet. The space was a bit snug and they had to measure and test that everything would fit before installing. In addition to the good work ethic (Andrew), I really liked the upfront pricing and that they checked in with the owner (Clayton) after the job to describe the job and any issues. We will get them back soon to replace some faucets. I also recommend looking at their Platinum plan if you have bigger jobs. You get a maintenance checkup and a discount that could more than pay for the plan.

I have a Flo by Moen, which I bought about a year ago from CR Plumbing. About a month ago, it showed that I was using small amounts of water, but I could not figure out what the source was. I called CR and Andrew came out. He figured out the source of my leak and it was a tiny hole on the hot water line (inside the wall of course) for my washing machine.Today, I replaced my water heaters and added a Halo water system. We called CR at about 7am about an issue with our tankless water heater. By 8:30 we had an appointment window of 9-1pm. The stars aligned and a tech, Peyton, was in the area and was able to make it by 9:30 AM. At the time Peyton arrived, I had two contractors here giving me bids for some foundation issues-seriously bad timing for a plumber to stop by. But, Peyton was very flexible, began his diagnostic work independently and allowed me to tend to the foundation contractors. By the time I was finished (30 minutes), Peyton had completed the job! After we tested the hot water throughout the home, and everything was working perfectly. I want to thank Peyton and the folks at CR for a great customer experience!

Amazing work from Nathan and Pascal converting our tank to tankless as well as installing a recirculating pump to keep hot water around for us. Any little hiccups that they encountered, they were very quick to clean up thoroughly afterward...and that is saying a LOT for plumbing work altogether! This company was referred to me highly by a home inspector I became close friends with. And my buddy was right. Autumn from the start was so informative and kind and calming under an issue no one ever wants, a leak along the baseboard in the wall between the shower and laundry room. But Autumn took notes, got pictures, scheduled next day appointment and Gary and Christian were there bright and early. Both were clean and respectful greeting and communicating so well through each step of the process. The leak was quickly found and the repair was fairly quick but done well and the work was super clean. They did all the testing after to ensure the pressure was right and all was what it should be. Really grateful I was referred here and Gary and Christian, thanks for doing such a great job!

Neil and another technician came out to clean the drains with some super dooper equipment. Took almost two hours to clean all the drains under our house. The house smells a bit but that was expected with what they were doing.Windy day, opened the windows and all that bad air went away. We had a nightmare when a water line burst at 3am in our Attic and water began to seep to the 2nd floor and continued to the first floor. After shutting off the water, as soon as possible, we needed a plumber promptly to fix the busted pipe prior to hiring people to dry out the house. Plumbers were scheduled for days, but, we asked CRPlumbing for the them to come out and their next opening wasn’t for 3 days. I explained our crisis, but, 3 days it is. Five minutes later CRPlumbing called us back and said one of their plumbers would be at our house within 30 minutes. Praise God they felt our urgency. Of course the plumber was extremely helpful, considerate, professional and got it all done even though they had to get a special filter as well. In the end Thank you CRPlumbing for helping us in our hour of need. Anyone that needs a plumber we highly recommend CRPlumbing and we will call them whenever we need them again.

Nathan came out as a second opinion after we had called another company in an emergency. The other plumber (different company) used scare tactics, broke a pipe and then and tried to overcharge us for the damage he caused. CR Plumbing was professional and responsive from the first phone call and we can’t say enough positive things about Nathan. He was on time, he answered questions, he explained everything incredibly well, and he was honest. He did the work quickly and the price was very fair. Many of our neighbors had recommended CR Plumbing and I would absolutely recommend them too!

Clayton’s team responded right away when we called about a hot water heater that was working intermittently. They presented two solutions - fix the existing hot water heater or install a new one. We opted for the new hot water heater for absolute peace of mind. Another local company had quoted us 6,000 but we went with CR Plumbing and saved 2,500. That’s a huge savings! Not to mention the overall experience was top notch, with excellent communication between the CR plumbing technicians, dispatchers, us and our tenants. We had a small job for an outside hose bib replacement. There was no urgency but it was completed a day before it was scheduled. CR really performs with he best interest of the customer in mind. That became very evident when we had a broken commode that needed to be replaced. Hannah Knox spent the best part of the day helping me find the exact system I was looking for. Having recently had a stroke, I was not able to find and pick up a commode but through theabove the call of duty effort of Savannah one was located and delivered to CR so they could install the next business day. The installation crew of Nathan Latham and his apprentice James came in and did an excellent, clean and thorough job. I was impressed by the training that I observed as the job was being completed. Nathan was very understanding and shared tips, tricks and techniques with James who was a very eager student. I will never use another company when it involves plumbing needs. CR offers a complete service and cares about making customers happy. They will do whatever is necessary until that happens.

The representative, Savannah, called back today to let me know that an inspector was not required admit is an unincorporated area. He then turned the gas on and tested that everything was working correctly. He and the company did not try to gyp me: they came in under the estimate.
