Randy was very professional and courteous. The issue was found quickly and was actually diagnosed correctly before he even started the job. It was an easy fix that involved faulty breakers that were on recall. So no charge for the breakers, only for the service call.

Shopped around 10+ electricians, received some outrageous quotes, MIA electricians, and some did not have the ladder to install second story height ceiling. Randy and his assistant were on time, super nice and patient as we adjusted and readjusted a very drapey chandelier. Yes I waited because I hate getting taken advantage of but Alpha Team was not only reasonable, really reasonable, and professional. They even fixed a botched ceiling fan installation. Had I called them first I could have saved some money and a headache.
