    The ServiceTech, David Poston did an excellent job diagnosing the electrical problem. David was here in a timely matter. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and what was needed to get the problem fixed. He was great helping to get everything in order with the electric company to come out and do there part. Excellent job David!!!! I would highly recommend Mister Sparky’s Electrical Services.

    Jerry Andrews of Mister Sparky is an amazing electrician. He is highly skilled and a true professional. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Andrews on two home projects, indoor electrical wiring for bidet and most recently outdoor landscape lighting/ backyard pavilion lighting. He and his assistant blew this job out of the water in just 2 days at a cost better than the competition out there. Mr. Andrews has truly help bring our backyard oasis vision to life and I couldnt be more happy. Will definitely always request Mr. Andrews to help out with any future electrical projects.

    Had to pay a premium for Saturday service, but it was fast and the work on two problems was done quickly and correctly. My service tech, David Poston, was super professional and friendly. All around great experience.

    Mr. Craft was VERY knowledgeable, personable, and considerate. He provided great advice and we have decided to move forward with our service. Will provide an update later.UPDATE: Unfortunately, we were not able to have the service we decided upon completed. We were informed that the part, a 50 amp breaker, would not arrive until Friday and we all agreed that the service would be performed the following Monday. Monday came and went, and as of today (7 October 2024) we have yet to hear back from the company. There appears to be a discrepancy between words and actions. In the meantime, well keep searching for another electrician that is responsive and can perform the needed service.

    Brian and his trainee were super. Were on time and very knowledgeable. Explained everything about our problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. These guys were super nice and very friendly. Did not rush the job but made sure everything was done properly and worked as it should. Would highly recommend Mister Sparky and these guys. Will be the only electrical company I will use should the need arise again.

    The young man was great, Mr. Gerry took his time and did the work. I showed him and told him what my problem was. He was a pleasure to have visiting my home. He was in uniform and I received a picture of who would be coming, before he got there. When I look through the peak hold, he was dressed in uniform with a ID and the name of the company on.     Our experience with Brian Craft from Mister Sparky was truly remarkable!! Our home was hit by lightning on a Saturday & we lost power to some areas in our home including our HVAC unit. & stove. Needless to say ,I was a werck, & devastated! Mr. Craft encouraged me to stay calm & allow him to access what happened. Mr. Craft was very professional & patient as he explained what happened & he worked diligently to get our problem solved! He provided estimates for the work needed & made necessary repairs to get our HVAC running. Mr. Craft went above & beyond by explaining where we need to start with getting our 2 breaker boxes replaced. We will definitely use Brian Craft with Mr. Sparky for the replacement!     When Jerry took a look at the breaker panels, he told me that he (or anyone from Mr Sparky) could work on them due to them being outdated and deemed hazardous.He worked up an estimate to replace all the breaker panels (there are three) and wire everything into one panel.     We were having electrical issues with our hot water heater circuit. We called Mr. Sparkey early in the morning and they said they would work us in today.
