Wow! Greg was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time explaining in detail the operation of my furnace and all of the super important parts. I wish that all people in the service industry treated customers the way he treated us. I’ve decided to purchase a new furnace and I hope he’s available for the install. On a side note- This is about the fourth time I’ve used Terry Allen and I’ve always been more than satisfied with the service. 10 Stars for Greg and Terry Allen.

Terry Allen saved the day!! We were without heat and Greg (the technician) arrived at our home within 20-minutes on a Sunday night! Greg was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our 28-year-old furnace needed to be replaced, and Greg offered the perfect solution that fit our budget. Greg and Tristen (another tech) arrived 1-day later and installed a full system, leaving us warm and comfortable once again. Pro tip for anyone who contacts Terry Allen - Ask for Greg and Tristen! They work extremely well together - both extremely polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, and respectful of our home. It took longer than we were initially told (by 3 days), but the work was done well and Joe was diligent, staying past 5 p.m. most days. Joe answered all of our questions and never seemed to mind us asking them. The units (mini splits) themselves are sleek and do a great job in the room they are mounted in, but we were told (by salesman and installer) having one at either end of our 2,300 SF ranch home would be enough to cool the entire house, although it would be a few degrees cooler in the middle. So far, that has not been our experience at all. The cool doesnt really leave the rooms the units are in, but in fairness, our house is not open concept, so well put up a few fans and cross fingers. I believe its as good as it can be. We also installed a new boiler/water heater, and the water heater is great - were loving it! Again, I want to commend Joe on his hard work and diligence. Hes a very hard worker, and we appreciated that! :)

Greg did a great job working on our air conditioner. Knowing we hadn’t had it checked in at least a couple years, plus the fact the A/C unit had a whine to it, led us to finally make an overdue appointment with Terry Allen to have it checked out. Lucky for us we did, as the inside of the unit was caked in dust and dirt, leading to little air moving through it. Plus the whine was due to another part that was starting to fail, and another was starting to rust out, Greg was sent out to deal with what turned out to be a much larger job than expected, had to make a run to get one of the parts we needed, and he did a fantastic job all the way through, He kept us in the loop as he worked his way through cleaning and checking the A/C unit and patiently explained everything to us along the way. I would highly recommend Greg and Terry Allen to anyone who needs their A/C serviced and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the great job Greg did with our now super-quiet air conditioner. As a result, I also now have “Schedule annual A/C appointment with Terry Allen” on Google Calendar for next year, because we won’t be skipping an annual A/C check ever again. Thanks, Greg!

Had Christian C. come out to get pilot light on water heater started. He cleaned all the dust and dirt clods from around the bottom drip pan, pulled out the filter (which I never knew about), vacuumed it out and brushed dirt off, then put it back on, was very difficult to get it off but went on easy putting it back in. Then hit the restart buttons maybe 3 times and whoosh it began working again...YAY!! I now will have hot water again!! Thank you Christian C.

Hi, I live in California and have a vacant home for sale in Flint. I called Terry Allen to have a tec. go out and check the thermostat because it was difficult to for my agent to operate. Tec. was on time and very helpful and showed my agent how to adjust it. Then checked out the heater. He found the heater burners were clogged with a lot of dust, hairs and debris. He did a super job on the cleaning. He was very professional and only charged me for the cleaning on the heater and waved the trip fee. How great is that! Always cleaned up afterward and got the job done.Not sure what OP are reviewing, but Ive never had any problems with them and Ive had 2 ACs installed in 2 houses, a sewer line/tiles replaced, and sewer line fixed inside (not to mention a few small jobs)Cost is high as with other plumbers, but competitive.Customer support has been good to great the few times I needed it.

If you need any HVAC work done I HIGHLY recommend Gregg with Terry Allen Plumbing & Heating.We had our AC break over 4th of July week. They came to give us a quote the evening of the 3rd. Terry Allen got us on their soonest available after the holiday. When we started getting into replacing the AC we found out our heating coils were cracked in our furnace and it was causing it to not work correctly and was costing us tons for it to run without actually heating; not to mention it could leak carbon monoxide into our home. Gregg was extremely professional and answered all of our questions and was able to get both our furnace and AC replaced only adding on an extra half day after discovering the issue with our furnace. In getting quotes from HVAC companies, Gregg was also the ONLY company employee that didnt pressure us into using their company and pull the we cant guarantee price if you dont choose us; telling us do what option was best for us and our familys needs. The technicians Christian and Dennis that worked with Gregg were also kind and professional. They also were very clean and made sure to leave no mess behind!! We are extremely grateful to have our furnace and AC fixed and cant wait to see the cost of savings having new, properly working and efficient equipment!!

I had a problem with my furnace only blowing cold air. I kind of had an idea about what was wrong but as far as fixing it, it was all Latin to me. I called Terry Allen the next morning and had them come out and take a look. A serviceman named Roy showed up and immediately went to work checking my Goodman furnace. I told him that I thought it was one of the limit switches and he helpfully agreed. He then checked every switch with me and we finally found the source of the problem (the hardest switch to get to of course). During the whole service, Roy was very helpful and open minded to the whole situation. He could have easily tried to sucker me into replacing each switch or replacing the circuit board but instead he simply reset my existing switch. I appreciate good, old fashion, straight to the point service and would highly recommend Terry Allen for any furnace repair in the future. Thank you very much

Awesome customer service from the call to the tech him showing up the same day only 1 hour after phone call. He explained my problem (Sump pump) was fixed and gone within an hour I recomend highly always get THE BEST SERVICE!!!
