I cannot express enough how grateful we are for Nate at Burt Mechanical. He came out immediately when my grandparent’s house flooded this past weekend. He quickly found the issue, gave us thorough feedback and instruction, worked with us to determine what our next steps are and did all of this with so much kindness and compassion. Even though the restoration company is going to use their own plumber, Nate will be our first choice in ANY plumbing needs for all of our homes. Thank you, Nate, for your excellent service, speed and precision and most importantly for treating us so kindly during a very difficult time.
