I had a plumbing emergency at my rent house in Flint. Lane with Carroll Plumbing came out within a couple of hours of the call. It was a Saturday and I expected the bill to be high. It was not. Lane worked with my renters, trusted me to pay, and got everything fixed up quickly. I hadnt worked with Carroll Plumbing before, but they are the only plumbing repair business I will call in the future.Great service! Excellent customer service! Quality work at an affordable price.

When I called Carroll plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they arrived to fix my problem toilet. I received a text confirming that they were on their way. It also had a picture of Lane so I knew who to expect. Both were pleasant and quiet. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I will suggest that they have available booties to cover their shoes when servicing homes that have carpet.

Excellent Service! I had a few plumbing situations to involve a clogged kitchen sink and a leaking outdoor water hose connection ….! I called and spoke with Lane… he was so nice and also busy today, but said he would try! I accepted that since I was wanting today service. He sounded honest so I knew he was gonna do his best! And he did! Also his helper was very courteous and helpful! They got to my home within a reasonable time and we couldn’t me more grateful! I contacted Carroll Plumbing after being completely disappointed and frustrated with the services of another local plumbing company (not returning calls, not able to solve the problem after 4 visits). He listened to my problem, requested photos and asked questions. He suggested a fix that I could do myself or hed come do it for me, which worked like a charm! After over a month with 2 out of 3 showers being inoperable, I now have 3 working showers! Carroll will be my only go to for any plumbing issues! Thank you!

I called Carroll Plumbing to get an estimate on installing a Kohler cast iron shower base and align the drain pipe. They came after finishing up a job and told me the cost, then they offered to do the job now. I was remodeling my master bath and couldnt move the 200 lb. plus shower base, another company could not give me an estimate for six days.I am a retired maintenance engineer and had a business doing commercial and residential maintenance, and remodeling. I would recommend Carroll Plumbing.

These guys are proffessional and very knowledgeable!! They came out to give an estimate and were able to come by the next day to do the job. If you need a reasonably priced plumber near the Flint, TX area give these guys a call. It never hurts to get an estimate... They also offer military, veteran, first responders, and teacher discounts. So if youre in that category there is more of an incentive to call them. They may do more discounts, but thats all I could remember from the conversation. So be sure to ask...

This is a excellent plumbing company.everything was very professional from beginning to end and i was very glad with the quote too ....i had busted pipes. Throughout my house..due to the freeze..Lane Carroll quoted a great reasonable price better than the other plumbing companies i called .. ..i did my research on all the plumbers in the area and I decided to give Carroll plumbing a try. And I was not disappointed..
