I needed help with an exterior wall that leaked and destroyed the wall, subfloor, and part of the floor joists. I had some reimbursement from the insurance, but had to pay the rest on my own. Swank worked with me to allow me the option of cutting some costs by doing the finish painting, trim work and staining the exterior wood siding myself.The Swank team was able to schedule my job much quicker than most other companies had quoted. They assigned a Program manager, a Project manager, and 2 others to go over every detail of the project and projected timing, including me in the discussion. Once the building team arrived on-site, they worked fast and the entire day with out giving up. They got the job done in 3 days. They returned after the job was complete and did multiple follow-up calls to make sure I was satisfied with every detail.

I cannot say enough to do this team justice. They were always right on time, incredibly respectful, and the work is stellar. I worked with Darryl, Jeremy, Terry, Garrett, Jim and Laura. They were fabulous from start to finish. We LOVE the finished work. Darryl even returned Dominic and Steve to move some exercise equipment for me. I think this illustrates the extra mile this company will go to earn your business. Everyone is so polite. Most importantly is that Brett Swank built our home, and he has earned our trust in always standing behind is work and his word. Truly, his reputation is everything, and clearly, he hires teams that represent his values of integrity and honesty.

Swank is extremely prompt for every appointment meeting and work schedule. They are very professional and straight forward with information. The work crews are very knowledgeable and polite. They are willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. I would have them back for any future home projects without calling anyone else!

The Swank team helped build a great house for my mom and her partner on a tight budget. We are very grateful. They did a wonderful job, and were a great team to work with on the construction. They listened inventively and took many factors into consideration. They did much more than other contractors were able to do in a quicker turnaround time than expected.

Excellent Customer service long after the install. I had a slight issue I had mentioned in a survery from a third party and they responded very quickly. They went way above and beyond to make sure we had nothing but the highest respect for them and made sure we were 100% happy with the job. I Highly Recommend them.
