    We hired Safe Air Systems Radon Mitigation after several other companies were not able to bring our level down to an acceptable number. They were prompt, professional and considerate.     Fantastic professionals to deal with. I called on a Thursday after failing a radon test. They scheduled for Monday morning. I was first impressed with that quick scheduling. Two professionals arrived 8 am Monday morning, examined the situation presented. They explained everything they were about to do, how much it will cost. Cost was very, very reasonable. Had the remediation completed within an hour. Cleaned up completely.They had to drill a new 3 inch hole in the concrete floor to reroute the active radon systems piping and sealed the floor and the piping and the old hole. WHAT a PROFESSIONAL job!! Beautiful. The original hole we had was not functioning any more. Retested for radon, it was almost non-existent. I went from failing badly to almost 0. They know their profession.I have recommended them to all I know that have radon issues. If you are a new customer, as I was, look no further than this company. They will take care of you and youll be confident in their work and the clean air youll be breathing!

    We called Safe Air Systems to help with our radon mitigation system. We had work done by a previous (highly rated) company, but the system didnt seem to be doing much better. Rob came, diagnosed the issue with the other companys work, and fixed the problems completely. We were only charged for a basic service visit despite the extent of the work performed.Recently, we had the team back to replace our broken sump pump and install a fresh air exchange system. As the old pump had broken, Safe Air made our visit a priority. Rob, Joe and team completely redid the sump pump basin, installed the new and backup pump, and ducted the fresh air system. Prices were more than reasonable, all team members were helpful and polite, and the work was top notch. Highly recommended.

    My first contact with Safe Air Systems was with Diana who advised the need for a short-term radon test and suggested several ways to obtain the test kit. After testing, my next contact was Rob who conducted an on-site survey explaining what he was going to do and answered all of my questions regarding specific exhaust location requirements. Rob and his two-man crew arrived on-time, and I can easily see they obviously have worked as an efficient team for quite some time since the installation was completed in less than three hours. The amount of cement dust from drilling several holes was much less than what I expected and I agree with the many other reviews that the Safe Sir Systems personnel were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m recommending Safe Air Systems to my neighbors looking to have their Radon systems upgraded and to my daughter who needs a new system installed.

    Joe at Safe Air Systems has been my go to Radon Mitigation Co since he opened for business. He does all on site estimates so there is no up sell like some other radon companies do when they quote you a fee on the phone and then when they get to the house they up sell you if your home doesnt meet the min requirements for their lowest fee. No, Joe or one of his reps will come to the property to do the inspection to determine the proper system needed to mitigate the radon and there is no up sell! Safe Air Systems provides a 5 year warranty on the system. Thats a plus, especially for new home buyers. Give S.A.S a call for your radon mitigation needs.

    5-star rating well deserved. They were 10 mins early, friendly, polite and professional, never seemed bothered by any questions, quick and clean. Their plan was clear, much more knowledgeable than Google/YouTube, and made more sense than what I was thinking. All their work was neatly done (piping was perfectly tucked with existing work) and their materials were quality. They proved adequate flow under the slab and showed me how everything works. Their pricing was on higher side but fair for 2 zones. It’s only been a day but my AirThings detector has already dropped from 3-5 to 0.67. The basement off-smell has also improved further (I had already capped/sealed my sump). I’m all for DIY, but this was well worth the price to have done professionally with these guys. Highly recommended.

    Safe Air Systems has been amazing to work with from start to finish. A recent pre-sale inspection detected radon in our house that required remediation within two weeks of our intended closing date and Joe came out within days to scope the job.     Owner personally came to my house initially to design a system that would work for my needs and the cost was as expected. Installer was extremely knowledgeable. Of the 3 estimates I received it was clear Safe Air was the best option. They were the only company that suggested installing one unit to handle two areas instead of installing two separate systems which was a big cost savings. The system works perfectly and seems to be very efficient as the Radon throughout the house has dropped to levels I was only able to achieve by opening windows. Clean install, very friendly. Couldnt be happier and Im not the easiest customer.

    9/15/21 - Update to my review from back in April 2021. Had Safe Air out to install a sump pump in my basement today. Had some issues with the recent excessive rains and decided it was time to put a pump into the existing pit. Requested Rob and Eli to do the install. Another great job by these two guys. On time, neat, efficient and a good quality job! Recommend highly. Just an update to my radon system. Has been running for a while now and levels have been down in the .30 to .50 rangebased on two separate meters Ive got located in the basement. Working well!Cant say enough good things about this company. They just completed an install of a radon remediation system in our home today. Chris did the estimate and answered all my questions and explained how the system would work. He actually had to come back twice to do the estimate since we had some HOA issues. He was great. Rob and Eli did the install today. If I could give 5+ stars I would. They were on time, neat as anyone could hope for, knew exactly what needed to be done and did an amazing job with the install. Im a perfectionist and they exceeded my expectations on every level. Once the install was finished they went over everything with us. Diana was great with scheduling and filing for the permits. Just great service all around. So rare to find service such as this these days. Highly recommend this company. Will have to wait a few days to see how radon levels fair once test is completed and sent out but have confidence they will be good.

    Joe performed an on-site evaluation of what work was needed. He explained code requirements and possible options. He answered all my questions and provided an estimate that was fair and reasonable.Alan came to do the repair and explained what he was going to do. A shrub impeded access to part of the work area but Alan tried multiple alternate means of access until he succeeded in completing the repair.     I highly recommend. After getting a continuous monitor, I realized my older system needed some repairs. My levels were under the EPA recommended limit, but I still wanted to bring my radon levels further down. The owner Joe spoke to me for a half hour and we brainstormed. They gave me a firm time and were early. Their two radon technicians, Chris and Alan were awesome. So knowledgeable, no non sense guys and very hard workers. They know this business! 5 stars easy.

Im glad that they did, as the construction of my house makes radon remediation a little difficult (I apparently have two slabs, which requires a second pipe).     I needed a radon retest for a house that was being sold. The initial test that was done by the buyer’s company came in slightly over the acceptable threshold, and before I invested $1500-2000 in a remediation system I wanted to have another company do another test. Time was short as we were within 2 weeks of the scheduled close, but they scheduled for early the following week and I had results by Friday that indicated no remediation was necessary.     Used them for radon remediation, they were very professional, on time for the quote, and the day of the job. Process was explained clearly and work was done very neatly to have as little impact to work areas as possible.     They did an excellent work. We had to replace an old Radon Mitigation fan. The technician was excellent. Replaced the fan with no issues. He then went to the basement and assured the fan was drawing suction to the slab, sealed the sump and assured the second draw point was also sealed. Through the process, he explained what he was doing. He also explained how to set up the test after the fan was operating for a few days.
