    Dustin from Daniel Smith Plumbing and Heating in Flemington did an amazing job today in pulling out my leaking hot water heater and installing a new. Dustin was friendly, courteous, fast and efficient. He went the extra mile to get and install oversize tubing, best hot water heater, and double checked that ALL systems worked before leaving. BTW he came on Saturday ! :-) I highly recommend this amazing company. Five Stars *****.

    I want to recommend this company. They are REAL PEOPLE - Very educated. Since the moment that I made the appointment with Mary and then with the visit from Jason and Cristian.     Dan, Jason, Tom and Dustin are all outstanding. After a simple replacement of a vanity went wrong, Dan and the crew ALL responded to help us on an emergency basis to make sure our customers were not inconvenienced at all. They worked right away for 3 days to replace pipes that were nearly 100 years old and failing fast. Their professionalism throughout the process was incredible. We even had clients who mentioned they had never seen such nicely dressed plumbers before! I would recommend Dan and his crew to anyone - you wont be disappointed.

    We had scheduled a service and estimate for a big project.     Had a leak under the sink in my bathroom. Jason came to the house and was polite, professional and punctual. He diagnosed the problem right away and replaced it with a brand new faucet.     We had a 3 main line clog unexpectedly. We called them the next morning and they were here later that same day! They did a beautiful, highly-professional job of jetting our main drain lines throughout the house and out to the septic tank. Everything was great and they left it as clean or cleaner than they found it.Jason and Saul were the fellows who came here. They were very respectful of us and our property. They wore booties when in the home. They brought many dropcloths and towels with which to protect our floor and to clean up. They even sprayed down the entire drain stack with windex and wiped every inch. It was truly excellent.They had the best equipment Ive seen - a very serious water jetting system which was towed behind their truck, and a drain inspection camera which allowed them to see everything.We are so glad we went with them! It was well worth the money. Very thorough!

    I have been a customer of Daniel Smith Plumbing & Heating for several years. They have done some installations (new hot water heater, a new faucet, two new toilets) and some repairs for me (unclogging drain lines, repaired leaky pipe in ceiling). I have never been disappointed with the quality of the work provided and I always knew in advance how much it would cost. Jason was my technician my last two service calls. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and very professional. After diagnosing the situation, he provided me with options to consider to address the problem and kept me updated on the progress of his work along the way. Jason took care to protect my floors while working and cleaned up well after he was finished. Tom and Dan have also done great work for me and Mary is always so pleasant when you call. They keep me returning as a customer each time I have a need. I highly recommend their services.

    They came on a Saturday within three hours of placing a call for a backed up, overflowing main sewer line. From the beginning, Mary in the office was delightful and helpful. Jason performed the service and was nice, professional, and did an awesome job. He even left my basement floor and walls cleaner than he found them!     Woke up in a panic after our ejector system alarm was going off. Having just purchased this home, this was terrifying to say the least as we were didnt know much about the system yet. It was even more stressing having a house full of kids, guests on their way, and not being able to use the water or toilets. After calling around to find that many do not even service ejector pumps, I finally called Daniel Smiths. They should have been my first call! Mary was so helpful right from the start. She had me sit tight while she made a phone call. She called me back immediately. I wanted to cry when she told me someone would be out asap. Jason was here within 1/2 hour with his partner Skyler. After already having several mishaps with the new home, Jason was truly a breath of fresh air as it was 100% apparent that he knew this system inside and out. We finally had someone that was able to explain the workings of the system which helped put us at ease. Jason quickly assessed the situation and found the problem. He was able to get it up and running while we wait for the parts to come. Jason was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and most of all had this calming way about him. Skylar was a big help as well. He stood guard and took safety measures to protect my family and dog from the open pit as we went about our day while they worked. When your stress level is already maxed out, and youre ready to literally throw in the towel, Jason provided a sense of everything was gonna be ok, we can get this fixed way about him. There is no better feeling to know that we now have someone to help us with this system should we have any further issues. I cant thank Daniel Smiths Plumbing enough literally saving the day!     We hired Daniel Smith Plumbing & Heating to move the plumbing in our bathroom to accommodate a smaller sink. Jason and Dustin did the job and they were fantastic. Not only did they do a professional job, they were so polite and friendly. They tracked in no dirt and cleaned up well. Jason also checked out our hot water heater and advised that it was old and should be upgraded before a catastrophe occurred. On his expert advice, we are having that replaced as well the fixtures associated with it. We highly recommend this plumbing service.

    Jason was the technician who came to my home and analyzed and assessed multiple issues that had to be resolved. He and his assistant provided options for me to have the work done at the best and most cost effective manner. All of the work was completed in one day which was the same day that Jason came to the house. It took several hours because there were multiple fixtures and plumbing work that needed to be done and installed. The service was extremely professional, they were absolutely meticulous and extremely professional in the manner’s information support and anything else you can think of that reflects a positive experience particularly when you have to spend a bit of money. I would recommend them highly to anyone and I will continue to use them going forward as I have in the past, as well.

    We had an issue with our water heater. We saw them across the street at our neighbors house and they were extremely polite and came over right away. They were extremely efficient and did an amazing job fixing an issue that was not their fault in the first place. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.     We had a septic system back up that required piping replacement. Jason and his crew arrived within an hour of our frantic call on a Saturday; they fixed the problem for the weekend and did the full repair on Monday. Jason is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The company has all of the most updated equipment/cameras to diagnose and fix the problem. We were shown all of the video footage of the original problem and the resulting repair, which was of the highest quality.

    I was sitting behind a beautiful pink truck at a red light and saw it was a plumbing company. It made me smile and I had just found out my toilet was leaking in my restaurant. I called the number on the back of the truck at the red light. Best call ever! Jason came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options. I chose an option to save some money and then he called me back to tell me in the end, it would be more expensive than his other option. He was professional and very knowledgeable and I knew what he was saying was accurate as I had lifted the cover the day before and saw what he was referring to. By the time I got to my place, the toilet was replaced, the area was clean and it was perfect! He even looked at another issue at our prep sink and quickly fixed it! I have a great resource and would have Jason back anytime we need a plumber. He even followed up with a solution to drain flies!

    Let me just ask, Where do you find a plumber after a holiday(4th of July)?Basically, no where unless its Dan Smith Plumbing! Yup, 9:30pm Wed. July 4th water heater goes. After calling around (unsuccessfully) to numerous plumbing companies I eventually got hold of one, however, he was already committed to another job for the day. Luckily he referred me to Dan Smith Plumbing. After leaving a message, I received a return call within 10 minutes from Mary. After explaining our situation to Mary, she assured me that Dan Smith Plumbing would get us up and running that day. Boy, did they rise to the occasion! Within one hour Dan Smith and Tom were at our front door and they immediately started laying drop clothes along their path of travel. After checking the situation, Dan quoted me a fair price. He thought the job would take approximately 2 1/2 hours and he and Tom immediately went to work. Both worked non-stop and worked seamlessly together.     I first learned about Daniel Smith Plumbing through a friend on Facebook and I am glad I did. Dan came over himself to assess what my house needed. I had contacted other companies who were cheaper over the phone but I was skeptical because they did not see my existing set up. Dan was polite and very informative as to what I needed for my house. He collected water samples to better understand the filtration system. Scheduling was accommodating and effortless. Dan brought a bunch of workers to help with the installation. All of them were courteous and polite. They rolled out drop cloths to protect the floors as well as put boot protectors on. They were efficient and focused on completing the installation. After everything was installed Dan and another worker helped me understand my water softener and arsenic system. I would definitely recommend Dan Smith to anyone.

    The original furnace installation by another company left joints on gas pipes loose. Gas was leaking. Daniel Smiths team showed what was incorrect and showed where the gas was leaking. They replaced the union joint and checked all joints of the gas pipes. Additionally they consulted on sink smells and were prepared to use their See Snake to check the PVC pipes from the street to the house, giving reassurance. Great job by the team.

    My Water pressure tank burst. I was able to send pictures of my issue to him via his website. Some pics were not clear and he called and came to actually see the problem. Dan gave me a written estimate as well as accommodating some future attachments to the water line in my home. He arrived both times- the initial estimate as well as the actual repair ON TIME!Very professional, clean and courteous. Great work too! Price was fair and in the end came a bit under the estimated written proposal.I will definitely use him again for emergencies as well as any upgrades.

    We had a toilet in our office that wouldnt unclog. Dan quickly sent out Jason and Dustin to get it fixed and after unclogging our main septic line the toilet works like new!     I had Tom from Daniel Smith Plumbing install a kitchen faucet. I have to say in dealing with all types of services done to my residence over the years, Daniel Smith plumbing exceeded my expectations in work performed. Tom was between the time window he was expected, was respectful and extremely clean in performing the work. This was the second time I used this company and Tom was also my technician on the first visit. During the first visit Tom had looked at my faucet and made some suggestions, sure enough he was right. If I had listen to him I would not have had water leaking under my sink. The work performed on the first visit was water coming into my basement, since Tom did the repair no water has made it into the basement since it was fixed. Prior to Tom leaving I had asked him questions in reference to a water purification system that is installed in my residence, still being somewhat new to the residence Tom took time to explain how the entire system worked.Would I Recommend Dan Smith plumbing - ABSOLUTELY!

    Jason, a technician with Daniel Smith Plumbing, did a splendid job on a variety of plumbing tasks at our 45+ year old home in Flemington, NJ.This included the installation of a new faucet and drain in our bathroom sink, new water supply valves and the replacement of two leaking hose faucets with new exterior hose bibs. He was friendly, professional and thorough as he did a complete inspection of our entire plumbing in the house.     My wife and I had just purchased a new home on 6/14. Septic system originally failed from the access point (for a hydraulic load test) to the septic tank. Previous owners had it repaired. On 6/21 our 12 year old son noticed a puddle of water in the back yard next to the foundation. I went out back and sure enough there were remnants from the toilet floating on top. Jason & Dustin came out 1st thing on 6/22 Saturday morning and worked well into the evening to get us back up and running. They replaced pipe leading out from basement to the access point.     We recently had a pretty bad misfortune in that out sewer backed up. We had terrible flooding on our first floor and basement. We used Daniel Smith Plumbing to remedy the defective pipe that sadly ran underground from our basement, underneath our front yard out to the street. They completed that Herculean task in one day. They did it with respect, efficiency and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them if you should suffer the same, very difficult type of incident that we did. This was a terrible situation for us with financial ramifications and more importantly, emotional ramifications.     Jason came out and repaired a hot water leak for us. He was polite and punctual and he did a great job. Answered all my questions. There was a lot to be done. He had to use a jack hammer under the kitchen cabinet to get to the problem area. All done without destroying the cabinet or surrounding area. Within a few hours of contacting it, Dan was here going over everything we considered doing, was honest about work that did not need to be done, and offered a fair price. Two days later, a very friendly, motivated crew of four spent 10 hours replacing a hotwater heater, nearly everything in four bathrooms, and a few other pipes and valves inside and outside of our house. In one day, much of what had been here for 27 years had been replaced! When they left, every work area, cabinet, and vanity was cleaner than when they arrived.

    Ive used Daniel Smith Plumbing for 3-4 years now, from small jobs to huge ones - changing a faucet to replumbing a bathroom with fancy Italian gadgets, to a massive exterior drainage project to replacing all the lines to the septic tank (ick). All superbly done. My favorite was a recent one where one of the basement sub pumps gave up the ghost in the middle of a torrential downpour. My flood alarm went off at midnight - I called and left a message, hoping for a call back the next morning. Instead, Mary called me back within 10 minutes and Dan was there the next morning as soon as the supply house opened, and replace the sub pump! Dan and Tommy and everyone who works for Dan are great people - so nice, polite and put up with my hysteria. And Mary rocks!!
