Highly recommend! Very responsive, friendly to schedule with, received an alert when they were on their way along with precise arrival time. Eric arrived and was very courteous and professional. My second time using Patriot Plumbing was just as good as the first. My hot water heater went out yesterday and I immediately called Patriot and spoke to Mark, the owner. After sending some photos, they sent a quote (very reasonable), and Gene arrived at my house THE NEXT DAY (today) to install the new equipment. In a few hours, everything was done and we had hot water again. Gene was personable and patiently answered my questions, did a great job, and cleaned up so well youd never even know he was there. This was as painless as an emergency repair can be. I cant praise them enough, as both times Ive needed emergency help, they responded promptly, fixed the issue, and gave me a little education in the process. Im happy to give them five stars!

Patriot Plumbing is top notch. They replaced an old boiler with a new Energy Kinetics boiler and replaced the baseboard heaters in our living room. Our boiler stopped working and the temperature was dropping. Within days Patriot Plumbing had the new boiler installed which was very much appreciated. Patriot Plumbing did an excellent job at communicating with us throughout the install, they arrived every day on time, all of the technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We are extremely happy with the end result. We will be utilizing Patriot Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

We had a major leak in our kitchen after a freeze and a pipe burst on Christmas Eve. We called many plumbing companies who either werent available or didnt answer, but patriot plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the burst pipe. They were professional and courteous, and only repaired what was necessary, they didnt try to add in extra work to make more money. We trust them and will use them again!

Our water heater went bad on a Sunday and I called and left a message. Lisa called me back within 1 hour and told me to send pictures of what was going on and they would have a plumber come out Monday morning. Gene came out first thing Monday morning to confirm we needed a new hot water heater. He was super nice and really checked out the water heater to make sure it did infact need to be replaced. They ordered the new one and came back that Tuesday (today for me lol) and Gene came back with Eric and they replaced the hot water heater. They both did an exceptional job and were very neat and cleaned up anything that was left over. I am very happy with this company and the 2 plumbers that came out were friendly, respectful and and did a fantastic job!! Thank you again for getting this done so quickly!!! Highly recommend!!👌😃

I had a very pleasant experience with Patriot Plumbing from beginning to end. The woman that answered the phone was very helpful, thorough, and straightforward with pricing. We have an older home with OLD plumbing, so the owner made a pit stop to check everything out before the service call just to make sure that they would even be able to help us. Then the plumber came, within the allotted time, fixed the issue, cleaned up, and was on his way. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, pleasant, and we will absolutely be calling on them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Once again Mark and the team came through - water heater decided to dump its water in our basement but Patriot got the information they needed over the phone so when they arrived, they were able to replace the old unit with a new one and set it up so leaking with never happen again.
