    Outstanding service, done in less than one day, at very reasonable price. Service technician, Mr. Joel Rosado, replaced gas-powered water heater in just a few hours, saving us from another day of cold showers, and gave us a further $75 off for contributing to a canned food drive! I’m so very grateful to him and Roto-Rooter for doing so much in such a short time. He worked alone and only let us know when the job was done!

    Joe worked so hard for us right before christmas to clear a clogged sink drain. This clog was about 60-70 feet down the drain and joe snaked it two times for us to ensure we were going to be as good as possible given the situation. This was all done on same day notice and joe arrived within 2 hours if original call. Greatly appreciate his efforts.

I was able to get the first appointment and Robert the technician came promptly. I explained the situation and within an hour he was able to get my kitchen sink unclogged and running. He was not only courteous and professional but also was able to give me some tips and tricks on how to hopefully avoid another clogged sink issue! Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter services!

    We started noticing the putrid smell around 10:00 PM and by 11:15, someone had already arrived on the property. The young man, Adrian, was very informative and talked us through what he suspected the issue might be. He answered all of our questions and returned the following morning to assist further. He inspected every room with water access to rule out pipe leaks. Providing the hefty estimate to repair the problem (sewer pipe), he gave us practical options to mitigate damages until we could make the repairs. Adrian gets a 10/10!My only suggestion is that the company inform the customer that following a suspected pipe leak, they will receive a visit from an inspector. The inspector showed up after we had already gone to bed as we didn’t know he was coming. 😕 We had to call the company to confirm the inspector was who he said he was.Besides the exaggerated cost of repair (estimate), we are satisfied with the services provided.

    I gotta say hands down the best service I received. Not only was service punctual but communication was on point. My problem was with my upstairs bathroom fixed my shower (I called another service and they did a temporary fix). Now I can take long hot showers like before.     Sump pump quit working and needed it fixed on a Sunday. They were able to send someone out in about an hour. Wojclech was friendly and professional and was able to locate in the issue quickly and fixed it. He explained what happened and how to mediate the issue in the future. He let us know of some features we could add in the future and let us know that the pit was in great shape. Will definitely reach out in future.

    I had a 2nd floor leak coming through the ceiling of the 1st floor. I called roto-rooter and they were able to send a technician out in 40 minutes.
