BEST OF THE BEST!!! Came in with super competitive pricing and work was quick n painless. super professional and friendly staff couldn’t be happier with the results. Very happy we chose MLSI for our parking lot lights. They’ve also done a number of odds n ends for our facility on the inside. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Fantastic company. When I called in and spoke to Corey, I was pleasantly surprised with the knowledge and choices I was provided to update my building. We switched everything to LEDs and it has made such a different. Our power bill has reduced and the building looks so much better.

Excellent job on the exterior painting of shutters and front porch. I love how it all turned out. I appreciate the ease and expediency of the job. In addition, the painter Stanley was punctual, courteous, professional and had a great work ethic. The customer service was also great. I was able to communicate with Corey to ensure my project went smoothly. I will definitely be using MLSI for future projects and will definitely refer people.

My friend really needed some lighting installed on his property and was hesitant to find somebody who would be able to do this kind of work for him. They did a fabulous job painting the outside of my house! Its an old house, all frame, with lots of detail, and they used the most effective process, for each area, i.e. spraying/rolling/brushing, with great results. They went above and beyond and I couldnt be more pleased.

I have used these guys several times, every time they are on time, professional and get the job done. They have done painting, repaired floors, fixed a leaky skylight, cleaned my gutters, installed a garbage disposal, moved and hung large art works. No matter the project big or small they always send the right guy out to complete it.
