Palmer Electric was easy to contact, and I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Carter came on time, and the job took as much time as the scheduler estimated it would so there were no surprises re: the bill. Work was done in a professional and friendly manner, we will definitely use them again.

I had to have a couple of 220 outlets added to my house. After calling 4 or 5 different electricians and leaving messages and not getting called back, or finding out they are not taking on new customers, I called Palmer Electric. Surprise, they actually answered the phone! I told them what I was looking for, and scheduled the electricians to come out a couple of days later. The crew showed up right on time. I showed them where I wanted the outlets added, and what they were gong to be used for (new appliances). Rather than just slapping in a 220 outlet and calling it a day, Steve, the lead electrician, asked about the appliances I was putting in. I had the spec sheets and showed him, which then prompted us to call the appliance store and ask a couple of additional questions. Basically, he took the time to understand what the outlets were going to be used for so that he could make sure he installed the lines and breakers that I needed.The job was done neatly and professionally. I also had an outside breaker box near the meter that was either never attached properly or the screw had come out of the top and it was leaning away from the house. Steve took a few minutes and secured the box to the side of the house so that there would be no future problems.Overall, Im very happy with the work that Steve and Carter did at my house. The next time I need electrical work done, Im calling Palmer Electric first.

Palmer delivered. One of the big box stores screwed me on an appliance installation and my electrician, Steve, stuck with me to make things right. Such a great guy. Great service. Great customer care. Much appreciated.
