I needed a meter box replacement immediately. The power company cut my power due to a bad meter box that caused a power loss and safety issue. The next day they responded and passed county inspection. I highly recommend this company.

Backup Generator System Installation:I have been wanting for a long time to install a generator interlock access on the outside of my house for a few years now. I called Jason Autry of Midsouth Electric on a Sunday and to my surprise he called me back within the hour. Employees Sam and Jack arrived two days later and just before the storms of Hurricane Dorian impacted the Raeford, NC area. I am extremely glad for their attention to detail and service oriented business. Sam and Jack even took the extra time to demonstrate and test out my new generator for my wife.

Amazing experience with this company this past week — and Sam in particular. I had an electrical issue and called a work order through American Home Shield. Sam contacted me promptly, and remembered coming to my home years ago for the same issue. He offered to come out again but recalled that the issue was a tripped GFI in my garage (easy fix). He was correct and it saved me a service call fee. Such customer service was refreshing and I think this is indicative of a reputable business that values enduring customer relationships. We are grateful. Thank you!

Had an excellent experience with Sam P. I had an electrical issue that had been plaguing my home for months. I hired a handyman who was able to temporarily fix the issue and then it returned worse as ever. We ended up contacting MidSouth who was able to put us in on the schedule within one business day. Sam came out and spent nearly 2 hours chasing the electric map to figure out where the real problem was. He answered questions, was polite and extremely knowledgeable. After figuring out that the whole problem started with a short I’m a garage light, he was able to restore power back to the house and tested everything prior to leaving. He was awesome and a great representative of the company. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a real electrical issue in their home.

Sam, from MidSouth Electric, came the day I called, because he was able to fit me in. He was a whizz at switching from one chandelier to the new one. And, he was friendly and smiling the whole time. I was extremely impressed and Midsouth won me from my previous electrician that I felt took advantage of me because of their connection to my chosen HVAC company. I was told what it would cost before Sam came out. I felt it was more than fair, since there was a lot to getting this up and would have taken me an inordinate amount of time because of the lack of instructions provided. I would highly recommend Sam of MidSouth Electric. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly disposition.

In November, Midsouth Electric ran a dedicated breaker in my home for a microwave installation. Not only did they install the breaker (and the microwave), but they also made arrangements with the county inspector to come sign off on it. Also, in December, I used their services once again to remove light fixtures in my bonus room.I will be calling Midsouth Electric for all my future electrical needs--they are professional, timely, and fairly priced. In a town like Fayetteville, those traits are hard to come by.

Only because of the second guy that came out to solve my electrical problem. I forgot to get his name, but he was awesome. He refused to stop until he solved my problem.
