Professional, efficient, and straightforward! If you’re looking for an easy company to work with, you have found one! I will not, and would not go to anybody else. They made working with them and getting the job done so easy and understandable! I cannot stress enough how I would never go to any other company!!! Matt was so helpful and understanding when I had questions so that I could understand what was going on. I’ve never had someone explain in detail what’s going on so that I could understand as a customer! Matt was so straightforward, and great with customer service! I can’t stress this enough I wouldn’t recommend anyone or anywhere else!

We used Big 3 for the installation of a whole home generator. It required coordination of a number of steps - permits, inspection visits, equipment delivery, working with other utilities. Big 3s office manager coordinated everything as though it was an everyday occurrence. They were explicit about what I was responsible for and making sure that all of the steps in the process were in coordination. During installation they showed knowledge of zoning laws and coordinating with the inspectors. After installation, they walked us through all of the setting and what to expect from the generator. It was top notch.
