Needed to have our great room rewired for LED lights and AMS sent out Evan to evaluate the issue and then Evan and Chad to do the project. They had to crawl through our narrow attic to do the work. They were courteous and efficient, and cleaned up everything after. I would highly recommend AMS and Evan and Chad in particular.

We needed to have three old outdoor wall fixtures rewired and replaced, plus a new outdoor GFCI outlet installed. We called and Phil the owner came out and gave us a very clear and reasonable quote. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. They immediately came out on time, completed the job, did a thorough cleanup and the job was beautiful! We highly recommend them, they are professional, efficient, and do high quality work.

We recently had Chad from AMS Electrical at our house doing some alterations to our lighting in the kitchen. Not only did Chad do a great job, but he was also a delight to work with. He made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and was super friendly and diligent in his interaction with us and his work. The company were excellent in their courtesy, scheduling and the final invoice was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend AMS to anyone.

Everyone I spoke or emailed with were great. Professional, honest with high quality workmanship. I had AMS electrify my garage for a new electric vehicle and they worked with me providing guidance on best approach. It wasnt an easy job because of the distance from basement panel to garage and subsequent additions to the original house preventing an easy path. Highly recommend them for your electrical work.

I initially consulted AMS to install an EV charger. They are part of the DTE rebate program. They also quoted a generator backup. Their quote was affordable, so they were hired to do both. They did a great job communicating. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They went above expectations, taking care of some other small issues along the way (such as removing an unused cord). Ive been looking for a trustworthy and reliable electrician for a while and my search is over.

Yesterday the absolute worst happened when a power surge came through my house, erupted the sump pump, fried some outlets, and completely KOd my stove. Chad came to the rescue and helped restore the calm to my home while I tag teamed interacting with both him and the plumber at the same time lol. He was knowledgeable, patient in answering my endless questions, worked cleanly and as efficiently as possible. He and Beth were both very clear in regards to the pricing, and were able to give estimates for future work. I will definitely be using AMS again for our future electrical needs. Thanks guys!

Mark at AMS recently installed recessed lighting, new switches, and some ceiling fans. He did a great job, making sure everything was just right, asking clarifying questions to ensure every detail was exactly the way we wanted the job to be done. AMS Electrical responded same day we called when the electricity went out the night before only in the upstairs portion of our older home. Mark, the electrician, was very professional and worked diligently to locate the issue, which was that the wiring to an outlet downstairs had burned out, shutting down the electricity to the upstairs of our home. Thankfully it did not start a fire. He insured that the breaker box was fully functional, cleaned the area, installed a new outlet, and gave advice to avoid future incidents - all for a reasonable price. Would definitely use AMS Electrical in the future.

Seth Yaekle and another apprentice electrician from AMS came out to diagnose an electrical short problem at my home. Very quickly they determined what the problem was and were able to correct the problem temporarily. They are now going to give me a price on installing a new electrical panel which they recommended. I have used AMS for various electrical projects within the condominium that I manage for the board and theyve always provided excellent service.

I called AMS to have a ceiling fan removed.It was in the living room where the ceiling is 16 feet high.They sent 2 technicians, Mark and Evan, to do the job.They were great!They made sure the floors were covered to protect it from dirt and dust The job required a scaffold which they assembled fairly quickly and the fan was removed.Care was taken to make sure the electric wires were capped off.After the scaffold was taken down they cleaned up and took the fan away.I will continue to use AMS for all Electrical work

I contracted AMS Electrical for three projects and Phil and his team exceeded my expectations all three times. Phil arrived promptly to provide a quote for an electrical fireplace outlet and also provided same day service when part of my house lost power. Phil gave us options when installing recessed lighting and also installed smart switches that we provided. Beth their office manager replied promptly to my messages and was easy to work with. I have AMS electrical on my speed dial and would highly recommend them!

AMS Electrical is by far the best company to go to when electrical work is needed in my home. Mark Fouts and his apprentice Evan installed recessed lights, pendants lights and ceiling mounted fixtures along with dimmers throughout the lower level of our home and its BEAUTIFUL!! He was very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. AMS has been our electrical company since 2018 when Phil and Brayden installed outdoor recessed lights in the soffits. Phil and his workers have provided very professional service. We were very pleased with their work from the time of the estimate through the dates of service. They were able to add a dedicated circuit to a sump pump that was installed in hard to access conditions. They also corrected code violations from previous work that had been done by other companies. Added a new 50amp panel in my garage, Job involved a lot of fishing and snaking wires through the house from one end to the other. Had the job evaluated a couple years ago and was told I had to dig a trench all the way around the house, Phil was able to figure out a path to snake the wires through the house instead. Several small drywall cut outs were required, they save the pieces and replace them making taping/mudding repairs much easier. They left the site clean, hardly knew they had been there. Will definitely use them again, friendly, on time, professional.

AMS was very professional and A+ quality. I reached out to them about adding some new CAN lighting for my basement. AMS quickly replied with a reasonably priced quote with the break down of costs.Communication was great! I would receive a message saying when someone would arrive to start the job. Brayden and Mark arrived on time and we went over the scope of the project. These two guys worked hard all day to get 16 lights installed, working and looking great. I would recommend AMS to anyone looking for electrical work done because I know I will be calling them back for more electrical projects.

We connected with AMS to replace/upgrade our homes electrical panel. Their professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy were top notch. Nate responded and arrived within a couple days of our online estimate request. He completed a thorough inspection of our homes electrical system and offered repair/upgrade suggestions. Two days later, his electricians were at our home starting the work. Within a day and a half, they replaced the electrical panel, replaced several outlets, and installed four new outlets in the basement (as well as some other wiring/grounding work). Their prices were fair and their electricians were respectful, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this company.
