Chris and Miguel came the next day at noon and were quickly able to replace the faulty part and purge and check the system. They took the time to explain the parts and functions of my system to me. In todays day, I feel like it is easy to complain just about every company out there about something. Thankfully, Plumbwell reminded me that there are still reputable old school companies that just out-right do the right thing. From the beginning Bob made me feel comfortable with an in-person visit explaining exactly what needed to be done and recommendations on which way I should go to on an oil to gas burner conversion. He made the conversion seamless, without a single issue, including permits and all. All the workers were polite, clean, and precise with their work. I couldnt recommend them enough, remember you get what you pay for they are worth every penny!

Life Savers...Actually 12 lifesavers!Early August our oil heating system in our factory went down and to our shock the parts needed to repair the system were no longer available in the entire country! Four months left for winter and we had no heat and 12 nervous guys thinking what the heck are we going to do this winter?!?After countless phone calls to heating guys begging for help with getting our heating system repaired we came to quickly realize our only option for heat is converting our factories oil heat to gas. Easier said then done, almost September at the time with only 3 months until winter and needing to do a full oil to gas conversion with no gas coming into the building!!!This is where Plumbwell comes in to save the day!Let me say i must have called half a dozen companies and hated all the responses i got. Some companies didnt want to take on such a large size gas conversion, some companies wouldnt return phone calls and some truthfully i didnt get a great feeling after meeting with them when they came to the shop.This all changed when i met Bob...Bob came in to the shop and from the minute he and i started speaking i felt comforted. Hes years of experience and knowledge just gave me a sense of peace...i knew we were in good hands.In one day he had a proposal written up outlining every single detail that involved our 1.5 mil btu conversation. The girls in the office took care of all paperwork and permitting! Two weeks later the entire crew was in the shop going over preliminary install. Both Bob & Andrew were calling on all their national grid contacts pushing getting gas to the buidling...it was all hands on deck!The install crew of guys were all incredibly accommodating and professional.Long story short Bob, Andrew, Jack and the entire team truly went above and beyond and completed a huge undertaking. in 8 weeks we got gas to the building they removed 5 huge old oil heating units, removed the oil tank and hundred of feet of oil lines...then they installed 5 brand new highly efficient gas heating units hundreds of feet of new gas lines and completed the gas meter hook up and install and we got heat!!!I cant stress enough how challenging of a job this was given the time constraints Plumbwell went above and beyond to make sure we got heat before winter. Just an amazing company whos actions show they dont just say they take care of their customers they truly put customers first!!If you got to the end of this review look no further and be confident in knowing you found the best plumber on long island!!

I had a frozen water pipe on Christmas Eve. Bob the owner was one of the only plumbers than answered. He sent Chris who was extremely patient with me explaining why it happened and he fixed it. After running the water and thinking everything was fine, they left. 30 minutes later a pipe burst, I called them, and they were back in 30 minutes. They fixed the burst pipe and we’re extremely reasonable regarding the price given the circumstances. They definitely earned a long time customer, thanks Bob and Chris.

During the Christmas weekend and cold we just experienced, I can only imagine how busy plumbers were. I was not able to get hot water (still had heat in the house) and called Plumbwell on Saturday. Not only did Bob answer, he was courteous and sympathetic to my situation. I acknowledge it was not an emergency as I had heat and it could wait until Monday. They were able to restore my hot water Tuesday morning and were apologetic for the delay. What really impressed me was that if I felt it was an emergency, they would have expedited the repair. Great service and follow-up on their part. I was also impressed by getting a call from Lauren to make sure everything was okay!! Hopefully I dont need them often, but if I do, I know I will be taken care of!

These guys are the best!!! Trust me, dont even look elsewhere. My husband and I bought a home recently and needed to get some urgent plumbing work done. I had a new hot water heater installed. They took care of all necessary plumbing work and charged a very reasonable price. Job was completed with an inspection approval. I rarely write reviews but Ive had to call on Plumbwell three times over the past few years for plumbing emergencies in my house. Each time I called them I was very satisfied with their services. The latest emergency was for a leak in my Hot Water Boiler Heating System . I had no heat and went to check boiler room and found water all over the floor. I called Plumbwell and spoke to the owner Bob. He told me he would have a truck to my house ASAP. Within two hours Jack from Plumbwell arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the leaking valve. Unfortunately some of the electronics in the boiler had gotten saturated and had to be replaced. Fortunately Jack was also able to replace the necessary parts. Jack ran and tested the entire Heating System before leaving my home. I would definitely call on this company again and would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Safe to say Robert’s professionalism and friendly demeanor created loyal customers. Would recommend them for any needs, routine or emergency.

This company has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Sabrina was helpful and quick to respond whenever i had questions or needed to schedule. Bob did a very thorough estimate that was emailed within 24 hours. The staff that was here for almost 10 hours completing everything necessary, were pleasant and neat, which was amazing during a busy day at a diner in the Hamptons. They are definitely our only call, from now on, when it comes to any plumbing issues. You guys were amazing, thank you.

We had an issue with a Navien tankless water heater that was breaking down every year due to design flaws. Bob and his team had serviced this for two years, but it became clear that we were throwing good money after bad with that water heater. Bob and Andrew were amazing at working with us to get hot water back and installed a new Lochinvar water heater the next day. Not only did they do an incredible job installing the new heater quickly, they went out of their way to make it as affordable as possible. Bob and Andrew go above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy plumber.

Cant say enough! Everyone was so helpful! This weather has been freezing! Bob spoke to me personally and was so nice and Sabrina his secretary amazing too! I had a pipe burst and after shutting the main, they knew an approximate time they would get here and told me that instead of me losing pay, to go to work and make some money and that they would text me or call me personally when on their way here and not to worry. The plumber arrived exactly on time, was very nice, was confident, professional, and got everything fixed extremely quickly! Just completed a fairly major renovation of 2 very large bathrooms and some serious plumbing and precise plumbing had to be moved, roughed -in, and some really critical dimension finish work had to handled.Roberts crews were truly terrific ! They are so well-trained, work super-clean, old school respectful to the customers, show up on time, leave the job cleaning up after themselves - it dont get better !The 2 crews I encountered, never backed down from some of the challenges that were presented and even better, showed up each dayclearly in gear, ready to tackle the work, never complaining or whining.I have dealt with many trades and construction companies (and other plumbers) and I have rarely met a better group or more competent groupof men & women. Bob and his team just finished doing an oil to gas water heater installation in my home in Massapequa. I cannot praise them enough. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a seen their ad in Newsday and made an appointment for Bob to give us an estimate. To my surprise, on the morning the estimate was scheduled I received a call from his office letting me know that he may be a few minutes late. I thought that type of courtesy had gone out of style a long time ago. Apparently not.The installation was done flawlessly even though this was not a typical install - Bob was able to move the heater to the opposite side of our laundry room which required routing of water and gas lines. I have never seen a more meticulous job!Highly, highly, recommended

We had a plumbing nightmare Friday of holiday weekend. The phone staff watched video of the problem and scheduled us for Saturday. It was a difficult situation both diagnostically and technically. Bob didn’t give up until it was done- which was quite deep into holiday weekend. Another plumber had tried and failed during the week. This man may literally be best plumber EVER. Can not recommend highly enough. We have a new plumber! A++

After a cesspool company discovered a leak in my main house trap, I contacted Plumbwell for a replacement. I was asked to text pictures of the trap and work area to Andrew, and I had an estimate by the end of the day. The team arrived the next day and replaced the trap. Although the work went well, the original trap was severely decayed and the team (Jack and Walter) found additional decay and holes in the adjacent fittings. They patched the holes as best they could and decided they needed to plan how to repair the additional drain pipes without causing unnecessary damage to the house.I scheduled time to meet with the owner, Bob, to talk about our options. After deciding on a plan, Plumbwell was patient as I ordered new materials and coordinated with my contractor for the extensive pre and post work. We scheduled a date to do the repairs, and the team returned as planned. They worked tirelessly over two days to replace the pipes and ensure I’d have minimal time without water. They did their best to protect the other areas of the house, and they did excellent work. They also spent a significant amount of time cleaning up both inside and outside the house.Overall, I am very satisfied with Plumbwell and I highly recommend them. This was a big job and I am very happy I had the right people for the job.

My son fell into a hole in the lawn. Called Saturday, got an appointment to visit on Sunday by the owner. He looked at it and said hed send a crew Monday @ 8:00. They showed up before 8AM, started digging. and ascertained there was no sewer leak. We asked where we could get dirt to fill it in. They said theyd get it. They camd back, filled in the hole and put the original grass on top. Swept the driveway of any dirt and presented us with a bill that did NOT break the bank. Get these guys. They are THE BEST

I’ve used Bob’s team for all our plumbing needs since moving to Port Washington 1.5 years ago. They’ve been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable every time. At this point, they’ve replace our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, found and stopped a leak (on New Year’s eve…), provided expert advice when our pipes froze, replaced two bathroom sink faucets, stopped dripping in a bath faucet, and modified the shower temperatures to make it hotter. A great experience every single time. Highly recommend!
