I could not be happier with the well thought out design, layout & engineering for my smallish kitchen. We had to move walls , plumbing & upgrade electrical panel to accomodate my state of the art appliances. Marianne was able to work miracles getting me everything I asked for, including a larger window. Just amazing! She and her team did a full gut to finish renovation. Marianne’s energy and attention to detail is like no other. I strongly recommend Falmouth Kitchen Korner, Marianne Sansone and her experienced and friendly team for your kitchen remodel . Marianne is a long time MA Licensed Construction Supervisor with many years of experience delivering beautifully remodeled kitchens and baths on Cape Cod. My challenging kitchen project came in on time and on budget. And finding a phenomenal kitchen designer and licensed contractor all in one is a no brainer and certainly a “win-win” for me!

Kitchen Korner did a complete remodel of my kitchen. It involves a total gutting of the old kitchen, removal of a wall and complete install. I couldnt be happier with the work they did! Marianne was fantastic in designing a beautiful kitchen, and the work was done meticulously. The job was done professionally, on budget and on time. I highly recommend Kitchen Korner!

Kristin, Jason and team did an OUTSTANDING job with our kitchen renovation in the Spring of 2021 at our house in New Seabury. We received numerous estimates before choosing Falmouth Kitchen Korner for our remodel, and we could not be happier with the result. The initial design process was seamless, and the renovation was flawless. Jason provided near-daily updates, and the project was done on time and on budget. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work (kitchen or otherwise!).

Falmouth Kitchen Korner renovated my kitchen, moving the stove and refrigerator, installing an AGA (heat storage) stove and adding new cabinets. They worked hard to match my existing cabinets and change the lighting to work with the new layout.Their work was excellent. They were easy to work with and did what they said they would do on time and on budget.

Very professional work, with a terrific crew. Work was performed in agreed time period with care and precision. Apart from several meetings with designer, we had the opportunity to meet with all of the crew, electrician, plumber and contractor individually. Very satisfied with results and process.

We were doing a total rehab of our old house. We hired a contractor to do all of the carpentry. Then we hired Marianne Sansone of Falmouth Kitchen Korner to design, and provide all the cabinetry for our new kitchen and bath. The finished results were impeccable. Both the kitchen and bath were designed with a definite eye towards beauty, however being passionate about cooking, I was also ecstatic to see that all the functional aspects of that kitchen were also in place. Our contractor raved about Mariannes professionalism and attention to detail saying that he looked forward to their next job together.Our next project with Marianne was our summer place in Provincetown. Due to the fact that the location was too far a distance for our contractor to travel, the entire job was given to Marianne and her installation crew. The results in both our kitchen and bath down there were equally beautiful and functional.When the projects began, Marianne knew the right questions to ask so that she could gain insight into our personal style. She really wanted to know our vision for the end product before she sat down to design. Suggestions were made on both jobs, but never forced. We enjoyed our time with Marianne, and we were crazy about the final outcome from both projects. The price was fair and much less that the added equity value provided to our properties.Whether it is a rehab using our own contractor, or a project from the ground up, we wouldnt dream of doing another kitchen or bath without Marianne and Falmouth Kitchen Korner by our sides!

Falmouth Kitchen Korner designed and installed a new kitchen and bathroom for our condominium. Outstanding sources for materials were provided so we could select tile, hardware, etc that we needed and that would enhance the results. Mariannes deep knowledge guided us in creating beautiful and functional rooms. Everything was on time and on budget. I recommend her without reservation for your next renovation project!

After getting a plan from our local architect who told us that was all we could do, our builder introduced us to Marianne who completely redid it todo exactly what we were looking for and for 10% less and used higher quality cabinetry. She was professional, courteous, and very responsive working with us while we were in Florida Really cant say enough good things about her Highly recommend
