    The technician was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived earlier than expected and was here close to two hours installing the dishwasher. I thought the cost was high but we are paying for his expertise as well as his on-site time.

    We called MT after a well known area plumber misdiagnosed our plumbing issue (said our basin was cracked and needed to reglazed). We called MT for a second opinion. Scheduling was easy and fast.     Josh and Steve replaced our old water heater with a new Hybrid Heat Pump heater and did a fantastic job. They also disconnected our old oil furnace and arranged for removal. It consisted of an initial call to assess work (there were several projects), and provided an on site oral estimate, followed by a written one. As well, it was easy to arrange a work date as there were several follow up texts to arrange a convenient time.. Nick, my plumber, was very timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate ( tried to keep noise from disturbing me).     I was impresses with the young plumber who came from Master Tech Plumbing. He looked VERY young. But he knew what he was there for and proceeded to identify the problem we had -a leaky bathroom bathtub faucet and knew what to do. He did it, went to a supply house to get the part we needed, came back and fixed the problem. He was friendly, kept us advised of the problem and the solution and, as I said, repaired it. Everthing was done quickly and cleanly. As I stated above, we were very pleased with the young man (Tom) and Master Tech Plumbing.

Ill include my experiences in this 5 star post.1. 2022: Water heater let go and water was all over my basement...called master Tech Plumbing and they literally had someone at the house in 15 minutes to assess the situation. They had a new tank onsite in 1 hour and the new tank was installed less than an hour later. very professional staff. Would highly recommend for all local Cape Cod plumbing needs !!2. 2023: Water pipe leak in basement- again, a courteous and reliable team member was out to the house in no time to fix the problem.3. latest: Master Tech Plumbing helped us out again!     I wanted to share my experience with anyone looking to hire Master Tech Plumbing. I wanted to upgrade our drainage system in our home because the previous owners had done some patch work to the main cast iron pipes leading into our septic system. I wanted to renovate our basement and I knew that it was only a matter of time that something horrific would happen if I did not fix the problem. The original builder recommended an outside plumber who came over and took a look at the job. He seemed friendly and professional but I wasnt quite sure that he was the right plumber for me. He wrote up a simple proposal with hardly any info and after reviewing his quote, I decided to go online and check references which he did not have any. I came across Master Tech who had a huge following of 5 star reviews. I read some many of their reviews, and I finally decided to give them a call. After leaving a voicemail message, someone in their office got right back with me. They sent over a technician and he asked me several questions and by the time he left the company sent out a very detailed proposal and I was most impressed. The job itself was extremely difficult and I have to say Master Tech did a fantastic job.Dana

    I had a 10 year old boiler that had been leaking. As a snowbird, I didnt trust it for the winter season given it current state so I reach ed out to a plumbing company that I had used and they came and gave me an assessment and I waited 3 weeks for an estimate of repair or replacement. When I did not hear back from them, I called Master Tech and they came and gave me their opinion and I chose to replace the entire heating system. they scheduled me and showed up on time with a professional crew and began the work.The next day all they had to do was a few minor adjustments and my system is up and running.As a former business owner, I can say that Cliff runs a well oiled machine.     Master Tech Plumbing has completed a few projects at our home, from installing a new gas fired hot water tank to repairing of a drain pipe that was causing odor in the house. Each time Ive scheduled Master Tech, they have been professional. The day of service, you get a text saying technician is on his/her way. Its fantastic. They have always been punctual, knowledgeable, and professional.     I turned on the water on in my summer house after our winter shutdown. My wife turned on the kitchen faucet and water flowed into the cabinet under the faucet and all over the kitchen floor. The faucet was shut off and the flood of water stopped. The spray hose on our faucet was broken most likely because it froze in the winter. I had used the excellent services of Master Tech Plumbing for installation of 2 toilets and a garbage disposal unit replacement. I called and advised what happen to the faucet. Early the next day the team came and changed the faucet. Every job they have been done for us has been professional. On this faucet replacement they were responsive and punctual. The employees make a company and the team at Master Tech are fabulous in all that they do.

    Hello, I Called for service for a leaking heating pipe. Tech arrived first thing the next morning. The pipe was in the wall partially and a lower-level ceiling. Andrew explained the ceiling needed to be curt open and then the repair could be completed. The tech repaired pipe with pro-press, no welding involved which is safer, Tech communicated the whole time letting me know what they were doing. The repair was completed in a timely fashion, and they also added a shut-off to isolate pipe so if it happens again on that loop will be easier to repair. Highly recommend their service!

I dont know how to post a new review date is current.I used Master Tech Plumbing in early 2021 after arriving home to find that the heating system was not functioning. They responded quickly and was at my home within the hour. The tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. He was professional and friendly. The heat source is old (I bought the house in Sept 2020 and the home inspector said then that it was due to be replaced). The tech did not try to talk me into replacing it immediately. He gave me the confidence that it is a good system but agreed it is old and should probably be replaced within the next 5 years.Well, Ive been lucky up until now. Last month (Oct) I had no heat. MasterTech responded quickly and discovered it was just the pilot light. It is definitely time for a new system. Instead of talking me into a replacement gas boiler, the technician suggested I look at all options, including one that would exclude his company from doing the work. Imagine that. A company helping the homeowner do what is best for them (the homeowner). I trust this company to do the right thing.March 2024. 5 Stars and more. The service and the communication and the professionalism of this company and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend Master Tech.

    I first used Cliff and MasterTech to connect a new generator. They were extremely responsive, listened well, came when they said they would, and managed the inspection process. Soon after i used them to run a gas line under a new deck, to connect to a firetable. They were again extremely responsive, and managed a difficult inspector. They even came back at the end of the day (a very hot day no less) to finish painting the pipe completely, to make sure we had no issues with the inspector. Finally, Cliff gave me very helpful advice about replacing my Navien boiler, which i am going to use them to do. I have been through 3-4 plumbers on the Cape now, and feel like i finally found a good one! UPDATE: I had my new Lockinvar boiler installed, and was again super-pleased with the quality of the work, and their professionalism. Their rates are not the cheapest, but after using a few other plumbers over the years, I would prefer to pay a premium for professionals who can make good recommendations, and then do the work properly. Very pleased with their work to date.UPDATE: had a minor leak from the base of my toilet, Steve came out and diagnosed the problem, a leaky wax ring, and he replaced it. Steve was early, I received a text telling me his ETA, and as always he was super helpful, professional, and thorough. Super happy to have finally found a great plumber on the Cape!UPDATE: I had a leaky shower head. They came out and replaced the valve, and cleaned it out. Very professional.2024 Update: I had them service the new boiler which they put in a few years ago. Showed up on time, Josh is great, and knows the unit. They finished quickly.     I often hear people talk about calling a plumber and getting no call back or that they dont show on time etc etc.This has never been the case with Master Tech.I called and was immediately given an exact date and time for my appointment, That was followed up by a confirmation email then another reminder email the day prior to the appointment and yet another to say they were on the way.Once here the plumber, in this case, Mike was friendly, efficient and professional.Todays appointment was for a new dishwasher install but I have used this company for leaks, a new outdoor shower and for a bathroom remodel in the past.Always happy. Always pleased.I highly recommend them.

    Joshua was quick to attend to our needs in getting a heat exchanger replaced in our Navien 240A water heater.I got an error code the next day and could not get hot water. He responded quickly and it turned out the house painters had covered the vent forcing the water heated to shutdown🫣.They didn’t even charge me a house call service charge for wasting their time.     I cant say enough about how fantastic these folks were to work with. Needed a relatively simple water line hookup to a new fridge. Made the appointment online, got an immediate call from Jeannette to confirm, and Michael came out and did the work at the scheduled time.     I was extremely pleased with my experience with Master Tech Plumbing. I had outreached at least a week ahead of my new gas stove delivery and was told hed do his best to fit me in. Days after stove delivery and no commitment from my existing plumber to come out, I finally called Master Tech who was able to fit me into their busy schedule within a few days of my outreaching. The licensed plumber who came out was professional, a pleasure to work with, and the install (former electric stove - tied into gas line) went beautifully.

    We initially called because our boiler was not firing up consistently. The plumber came on time and with a helper. Very polite, explained our options clearly and let us know what to expect. He went above and beyond and tackled refreshing our well filter, servicing our water heater and fixing our boiler. Everything is working seamlessly. We have used several other plumbers on the cape in the past and since finding Master Tech plumbing last year, they are the only ones we would recommend. Great work guys and TY!

    Our house is going on 30 years and our water heater decided to retire without notice. It served us well. We talked over several options with the Master Tech crew. I had to call a few times to review the plus and minus of each, and every time they were patient, and helpful. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Service was timely, the crew professional. In the process, they needed to update some aspects of the boiler to work with the new system. An older boiler, one part had to be researched and the parts needed to be ordered from some retired plumber who had the outdated part. These folks went out of their way. Throughout, they were helpful, stuck to their price and made the process easy.
