Wow! Fast service response! Great technicians! We had a clogged bathtub. Worried ot was a tree in line. Called for service...a few hours later Quinn arrived and removed the clog! He even suggested way to prevent clogs. Super friendly and professional! Highly recommend Benton Plumbing to all. They saved the day 🙌

As long time residents of Falmouth, we have relied on Bennett for all of our HVAC service. They’ve always responded in a timely and professional manner. This year we needed to overhaul our entire HVAC system as the vintage 1979 equipment could not handle the space. Dan was always patient with us as he explained what we needed, considered a number of options during multiple visits and finally submitted a proposal that met our needs. Bennett’s crew, led by Steve, was courteous, meticulous and thorough in their installation and clean up. We couldn’t have been happier and their follow-up visits to fix some punch list items were just as cheerfully addressed. These guys are great and we’d definitely recommend them.

Bennett plumbing is top notch. These guys bailed me out more than once. Like many homeowners, I failed to do my Fall inspection and wouldnt you know it on one of the coldest days of the year my furnace wasnt working. Bennett plumbing came out the next day (as I had requested--I didnt want to pay for emergency servicing and we had plenty of electricspace heaters on hand). The technician was very knowledgable and had the needed parts with him to do the repair. They were very respectful of our home, very polite, and very competent. They technician even pointed out that my water heater would need to be replaced soon (not a pressure sale or tactic to get more money). He simply showed me the signs of wear and tear and said we should start planning to have it replaced. The technician was finished with the repairs in 15 - 20 minutes and Bennett Plumbing will be billing me. I havent recieved the bill yet or I would include their pricing. Im expecting around $150 - $200 for labor and $50 for parts (including their mark up). I will post the bill when I get it. I would definitely recommend Bennett Plumbing. They are a great company.UPDATE: my bill arrived...see photo. It was only $176! I was expecting it to be much higher.

This is a local business, since 1965. They are very competent and they treat you like you would hope a business would. All of our business with them has been top notch, very competent, excellent work, honest, fair prices. Even likeable people! :o) Very very highly recommended.

We had a leak and it was so inconvenient especially because my wife was scheduled to have surgery the day after tomorrow. We wanted to take care of it all before. We called Sam from Bennett plumbing and decided to go with the emergency service. He was so efficient, polite, and courteous. He made us feel safe in these times of covid by having his mask on. However he also made us feel comfortable by his friendly demeanor. He quickly solved our issue at a reasonable cost. As he was leaving he even said have a safe surgery to my wife. After he left my wife and I couldnt stop talking about how nice, polite and efficient he was. It is people like him that make a company stand out from the rest. Bennett Plumbing I assure you the way Sam represents the company is a treasure. And because of that We will 100% go straight to Bennett for all plumbing needs in the future. For now we can rest easy knowing there is no more leak and we dont have to worry about a thing. I just had a total knee replacement and had an aide at the house overnight. After she left I went upstairs to use the shower and the gizmo that regulates the water temp went around and around without doing anything so I called Panton Plumbing. The guys were here within a half hour. Amaaaaazing! Ive used them in the past and have always been very satisfied.

Plumber arrived on time and followed all COVID protocols (mask, gloves, distance). Was professional and polite. Leak was repaired and area cleaned up. This is the second time we have used them and have been very satisfied.
