    Kevin and his team were great. He tracked down a roofing leak and leaks caused by old weathered siding. They fixed the roof leak and replaced the old siding. They were prompt, neat and did excellent work.

    The recent storms did major damage to the roof of my home in East Falmouth. I got estimates from three companies and chose Lord Exteriors to do a new roof based on my discussions with Kevin, the quote offered, and the Google reviews. Im very glad I did. The work was done in a timely fashion and to a very high standard of quality and professionalism. Would highly recommend Kevin and Lord Exteriors.

    Kevin did a great job fixing a roof leak and replacing peeling and rotted corner boards and trim with PVC. He provided quote quickly and completed the job in a few. From quote to finish in a matter of weeks.Highly recommended!

    Let me start by saying that if I could give more than five stars I would. I hired Kevin and his crew to replace the siding on my home. They stripped and dispose of the old siding and installed new vinyl siding. Kevin is very easy and accommodating to work with and his crew is very professional and efficient. The quality of their work is outstanding. Kevin and his crew are very respectful while at my home and did a great job of communicating. They also did a AMAZING job of cleaning up EVERY DAY, knowing that they were children and pets in the yard. I would HIGHLY recommend Lord Exteriors .

    Kevin did a great job. He communicated clearly the work that would be done and the cost. He is very easy to work with. I have done enough roofing to recognize quality work.     Kevin came to do some roof repairs originally and then I hired him to clean the gutters and install a leaf guard because he was so thorough with his work. Kevin and his crew pointed out problem areas and offered reasonable solutions. Kevin goes beyond the job and offers advice, explanation and solutions for problem areas on the exterior of the house. I was very happy with the service, response and price. I have him pricing out more work! Thank you Lord Exteriors.

    I contacted Kevin to replace an old roof in Falmouth. He was very punctual in getting back to me and gave me a very fair quote. Once it was set, He and his crew did an excellent job and did a very good job cleaning up after. I also had him quote out some windows since I was happy with the work. He gave me different options and replaced all the windows in the house. Great company, great owner. Will be using them again Im sure.

    Absolutely outstanding work by Kevin and his team. After contacting several roofers for quotes, Kevin came through at the best price and was the easiest to work with. Roofers use an application to look at satellite pictures to determine the square footage of the roof. Apparently, it wasnt possible on our house due to an older picture with trees blocking the full roof. Without hesitation, Kevin went up on our roof to get us an accurate quote, something the other roofers did not do.His team was quick and thorough and there was no residual debris from the old roof left behind on the property. The roof looks great and Im very glad we chose Kevin for the work.I am now asking him for a quote on painting and staining the house based on his work on the roof.

    My roof lost a lot of shighles during the Riley storm. My roof was leaking and I needed help right away. I googled roofers on Cape Cod and found Kevin Lord in the search results. I looked at the reviews and decided to call. Kevin answered his Saturday afternoon of the storm. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to come right over to look at the damage and make a plan to fix it. Within a 10 minutes, Kevin showed up at our house. He inspected the damage and agreed that it would be best if he came back I the morning (Sunday) to replace the missing shingles.Kevin arrived, prepared to replace and repair the roof. He was very helpful by explaining why my shingles blew off in the storm. He corrected the issue from another contractor so we wouldnt have the failure again.Kevin is very polite, knowledgeable, hardworking, clean and reasonable.I recommend using lord roofers and siding.You wont be disappointed.

    I hired Lord Exteriors for a roof replacement on our vacation home on the Cape. Roof was two layers, with original layer from the 50s, about 13 squares. Kevin offered a good quote and warranty. Weather held us up for a couple days but Kevin and crew came on a Sunday to start. Took two days total and the result is great. I am very pleased with the work. Kevin answered all my technical questions - a straight shooter. I honestly have no complaints with this job, hard to say that for any construction job!

    Called Kevin for a quote to repair a chimney and re-side front of home facing the ocean in Falmouth Heights. Got a quick response, he came to the home for an inspection and I found him to be very knowledgeable in exterior repairs. I hired him and he performed an excellent job at a reasonable price. I followed up with another call to hire him to repair some roof shingles damage in a bad wind storm two months ago. he called back, ordered matching shingles and repaired the damage. Excellent service, will keep him on my service list!!!!Great work Kevin!!

    Great experience dealing with Kevin and his team replacing the cedar shingles on our home in Brewster Competitive quote followed up with great craftsmanship. He even upgraded the shingle grade without charge because his supgplier had an overstock at no additional charge. Id highly recommend the firm for your improvements..

    Kevin Lord dba Lord Exteriors is a craftsman, talented and reliable. I had Him replace our roof, siding, and entry doors all completed per the contract with no shortcuts or any change in price for unforeseen problems. The jobs where completed on time and all areas where cleared of debris. His pricing was reasonable especially for the quality of his work. I will hire him for work on my other properties. Highly recommendable. One last note He memorialized the progress with pictures sent to my phone, if I was not available to be on site.

    We hired Lord Exteriors to repair a leak around our chimney. We hired them because of their excellent reviews on Google. They did the initial repair which helped the leak, but did not correct it. I reached back out to Kevin Lord and he came out again to work on the chimney. This time the leaking stopped. However, Kevin was not satisfied with that and came out a third time, when it was raining heavily, just to make sure that the leak was properly repaired. Anyone that has ever dealt with leaks know tahe they can be notoriously difficult to troubleshoot, and Lord Exteriors had the persistence to make sure that the leak was properly repaired. If there was one downside, it was that it took them several weeks to complete our job. This seems to be universal among the best companies, as many people want their services. We will certainly hire Lord Exteriors again and strongly recommend them.

    I noticed extensive damage to the flashing around my chimney and called Kevin (based on reviews). He did not disappoint. He stopped by within 24 hours, carried out repairs and gave me a full report, charging an extremely reasonable fee into the bargain. Excellent service, and the timely response and great communication (texted me before-and-after photos, advice and bill, which made this really easy to deal with) were a major bonus. I could not be more pleased.

    I hired Lord Exteriors at first to re sidewall my ex wifes house, roughly 1600 square feet of siding. The price was the best of 5 quotes. I am a carpenter myself and know quality work. They did a very good job, kept the jobsite clean and organized, and completed the project in a timely fasion. That was back in April 2016.     I needed help immediately as the roof was leaking in several places into an apartment that I own. This was the day before the tropical storm was supposed to hit the Cape on Sept 19, 2017. He came right over got new shingles and flashing and put them on. I checked the next day when the storm hit and not a drop of water could be detected. I would absolutely hire Kevin again.

    I needed bathroom roof vents upgraded from 4 inch to 6 inch and the guys that came did a fantastic job. They used high grade exterior water and ice shield as well as proper flashing. They also caulked several nails that were exposed and fixed my vent stack which wasn’t properly flashed without me even prompting them to fix it. These guys were great. Highly recommend!
