I’m very pleased. They responded reasonably promptly, Mogi was courteous, professional and efficient. Gave an honest assessment of the condition of two problem areas and distinguished between things representing an urgent risk (which in my case it was not) and those things that needed attention within the next few months. Had the leaky faucet part in the tub fixed and finished in just a few minutes. Recommended!

I highly recommend Pro Crew Contractors. Mogi (the owner of the company) came to repair my tankless water heater. His attention to detail and technical knowledge was excellent. I did not have success with other two contractors and Mogi identified the issue , ordered the parts and resolved the problem in less than 1 hour visit. I’m very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

The guys that came by from ProCrew were great. We had to file a claim through our home warranty and were assigned to ProCrew for our water heater. Their communication was great, they were on time and were able to diagnose our issue. I really appreciated their willingness to be upfront about the problem and the warranty repair process. Mogi was very friendly and knowledgeable. Needed some emergency work done with water leak, showed up on the same day, fixed the broken pipe, explained every step before starting the job. Had an issue with my water valve, and had knocking noise for a while, had a plumber came over but couldn’t find the issue, I called Procrew and Mogi came over on the same day, he figured out the problem within minutes, and he even had the valve in his truck, he replaced pressure regulator valve, and haven’t had ghost knocking issue again. Great service, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Very reasonable price, strongly recommended.

I am very happy with the service of ProCrew Plumbing Contractors. I called Mogi when my water heater has suddenly stopped working. I appreciate that he came right away even though it was Sunday, thoroughly investigated the heater and told me that it needs to be changed because the mechanism inside it has burned (he opened it up to show me). Mogi went to Home Depot, bought and installed a new water heater – all on the same day. The new water heater works fine. I would recommend Mogi/ProCrew Plumbing Contractors for plumbing work.

Superb work! ProCrew installed a new cooktop and hood in our kitchen. Their services were amazing, and the quality of work was outstanding. During their installation of our cooktop and hood he noticed defects in the units being installed. Because he pointed that out we were able to quickly exchange the defective units and have him install one free of defects. We found ProCrew to be extremely dependable and trustworthy, their prices seemed reasonable and fair, and we strongly recommend their work. Well definitely look to them as our first choice for work in our home in the future.
