A large local custom home builder recommended them to me recently. That’s always a good sign that a respectable home builder is recommending a plumber. Several weeks later our shower cartridge failed and we couldn’t turn off the shower. We had to shut off the main water to the house. I decided to call them instead of our usual service. They came immediately and turned off the water at the shower so we could turn the main back on and have water in the rest of the house. They ordered the cartridge and returned to install it with no hassles and a fair price. Staff was great. Personable and really fast (which saves money when paying by the half hour).

Jose just came to my house this morning and did an excellent and efficient job reattaching the electric box to the siding. He was professional, quick, and very kind. He also took time to explain to me the issue and answered all my question. He represented Chandlers well. Thank you!!The electric meter was left unattached from the siding 12 years ago by the contractor who changed the siding. I had called around to other electricians and either they would quote me an exorbitant amount or decline the work, but Jose did a great job!

Yesterday we experienced an outage in our upper HVAC system. Chandler arranged for an HVAC specialist to swing by after completing another stop. We learned that a loose electrical connection resulted in a burned-out power connection. We also learned we didnt have fuses in our Heat Pump installation. Chandler was completely done within the hour. They installed a new disconnect box with fuses. Great job!

We had contractors walk off our bathroom job and left us without a working shower faucet. The person they sent from Chandler’s was able to identify the problem and we ordered the part and he came back and fixed it. I had about seven people come and were not able to identify the problem. This is going to be our go to place from now on. Everything from calling to being on time and professionalism was 100%.

Really good experience. Great communication on a system replacement quote and very quick schedule of AC install even at a time when summer demand is high. Guys did a thorough and careful job getting me operational, working in a tight attic with a can do attitude. They pride themselves on making sure things are right and the customer is fully satisfied. Back their work with a nice labor warranty too. All around attentive, reliable, and very easy to work with.

I needed to replace my 50gl natural gas water heater from 2005. I’ve got 4 different quotes (including one from Home Depot) and Chandler’s came out cheaper, for what I think is a superior water heater. They provided an estimate over e-mail, did a quick drop in to confirm the quote, and finished the job quickly. Everyone that I engaged with at Chandler’s was responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. I’ll most likely be sticking with them for my other plumbing needs from now on!

I just use Chandler’s to help me out with two bathtub faucets that were dripping. One had been going on for a few months and it was just a little drip and when I had a different local Business out they quoted me over $2000 just for that single repair and told me that they were going to have to gut the whole thing. As a daughter of a plumber, who’s not local to help me I found this crazy and opted to defer on dealing with until my dad could help me out with it. My kids bathroom faucet started tripping, but it was more like a stream so I had to intervene. Chandler’s had great reviews on Nextdoor. Initially sent an email outside of business hours on a weekend and I received an almost immediate response from Kathy. They were able to be here within two days of me calling. They were transparent of their pricing. K’Noy, the plumber, was timely, professional, kept me informed about what was happening and showed me what was going on an explained everything to me. He completed the jobs in a reasonable amount of time. He was able to fix BOTH faucets for less than a 1/4 of what I was quoted by the other local business. I will absolutely use them again if needed and can’t recommend them enough.

I just signed a service agreement for my HVAC system with Chandlers, based on my realtors recommendation. The tech who came out, John H., was OUTSTANDING. So knowledgeable, so professional, so honest. While thoroughly inspecting our unit, he also rectified an exhaust issue outside and gave me a very good price for the repair. I also wanted to give a shout-out to Renee at the home office who helped me with a separate issue over the phone; she, too was UBER PROFESSIONAL, honest, and customer-friendly. I should have signed up with Chandlers years ago! So glad, though, I have finally done so now.

After 4 quotes from reputable vendors, I chose Chandlers to install 2 high efficiency HVAC systems in a rental I own. The sales process was low pressure but very responsive to my questions, including providing multiple quotes for different options i wanted to consider. Chandlers ended up coming in with one of the more compatative bids. The systems being replaced were antiquated and had a convoluted duct configuration in a tight space. The team Chandlers sent did a marvelous job, great communication, respectful, cleaned up after each day. They also helped facilitate applying for rebates via Washington gas. The systems were installed in December, when we experienced an issue with one of the hvacs at the beginning of the cooling season, Chandlers came out the next day and resolved the issue. Overall, a great experience with Chandlers, I would definitely recommend them for Hvac replacement/repair.

Simply cannot recommend these guys enough. They do great, affordable work, and more importantly they are as honest and trustworthy as they come.Last year, our AC started having problems. Chandler’s came over and diagnosed the problem and prescribed the necessary repairs. A few days later, the manager gave me a call and explained that one of the two repairs would cost almost as much as a completely new AC. Given the age of our system, he recommended we just do the cheaper of the two fixes, which would buy us a year or two, at which point we could have enough saved to just fully replace the whole AC.Lo and behold, a year later that time came! We wanted to use Chandler’s because our experience last year very much earned our trust. Still, we knew a whole new AC was going to be expensive, so we decided we ought to get a few quotes. We figured as long as Chandler’s was within $500 of anyone else, we’d go with them. Three quotes later — all from highly recommended HVAC technicians — and Chandler’s was actually the cheapest option by about $1,000! (And $3,000 cheaper than one of our quotes!!) This doesn’t even mention that Chandler’s was the fastest at getting out to see the problem AND had the fastest turnaround on producing the quote.Today, they made the repair. Our technicians, Zach and Nate, were professional and friendly, bantering with each other throughout the day. In the end, the price came out to exactly the quote, and away they went.Again, simply cannot endorse Chandler’s enough. Great, fast work, and through their competitive pricing and honest business practices, they probably saved us $5,000 or more.

If you ever need a plumber this is the company to hire. I had several items that needed work (water main valve replacement, copper pipe replacements, relocation of laundry sink shut off valves, install stovepipe for washer) and Chandlers came out to give me a no cost estimate unlike other companies that just quoted me an hourly rate. The team that came out to do the work (Chad and Alex) were professional, clean, and took the time to explain the work they did when they finished. They ended up billing me what was estimated even though they ran into a couple of issues. Highly recommend if you need plumbing services.

I had my AC/Heater installed by Chandlers Plumbing & Heating. Although there were recurring issues with the thermostat, Brian, part of their management, has does his best to solve them quickly. I do not believe this was part of the installment issue but rather the thermostat itself since it was fixed after they replaced it with a new one. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good support after the job is finished.

We contacted Chandlers and they came promptly, specifically Daniel Mcsorley. He not only found the problem quickly but made a temporary solution that held us over to the next day before they could finish the work. Daniel explained the problem and guided us through everything he was doing and what we needed to do going forward. He was honest and very clear with our needs and answered all of our questions perfectly. I would go through Chandlers for any needs we might have going forward and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cant say enough good things about Carlos from Chandlers Falls Church. My HVAC system in my attic was leaking water to the point where it was dripping into my ceiling and into the walls. I was ready to be told I needed a new HVAC system or pay for a very expensive repair. Carlos literally diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds. The pipe in which water that drains out the way its supposed to had one joint, Carlos saw, was not glued shut - and thats where water was leaking. Carlos glued it and stopped the leaking, and he was more attentive to sticking to one 30 min interval of time to save me money more so than I was. He could have easily worked more slowly and bill me for double the time. He could have easily said my HVAC is too old and needed to be replaced and I wouldnt know better. Instead, Carlos saved me thousands and did so with a smile. Chandlers has always been the most highly recommended on the Next Door app for my neighborhood of 2,000 houses, and other neighbors nearby, and today I see why. Ask for Carlos at Chandlers for your plumbing and heating needs!

We have had them out twice for two different emergency repairs. They were professional, prompt and easy to work with. Also, very affordable considering they were emergency calls and both had to be done on weekends on late in the day. They replaced a valve that was leaking gas, wash gas actually turned our gas off in Feb. ouch! It ended up being no big deal. Then the following year we had the pressure valve on our gas water heater dumping water all over the place. That was on a weekend and the person who came was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again. (Hopefully no more emergencies for us though)

Our hot water heater would not heat water; pilot light would not stay lit. We thought we might need a new water heater. We called three or four plumbing companies for estimates. Each of these companies wanted to install a new water heater plus other work to be done.We then had Chandler Plumbing come over. Dean, the plumber, said he had a pilot ignition in his truck he could put in. He did put the part in although he did not know if it would work. The pilot came on and the burner started. In less than an hour we had hot water.Chandler Plumbing is professional and efficient. They do not suggest work that is not needed.We highly recommend Chandler Plumbing.

My HVAC blower motor died and so many HVAC companoes just want to sell you new systems and they scare you about CO poisoning to get you to bite. A broken blower motor doesnt produce CO. Chandlers arrived first on the scene of several HVAC repair companies, diagnosed the broken part, quoted it fairly, and got it fixed. Would def use again!

I originally called Chandlers for a plumbing repair (the main drain valve snapped off inside the basement walls at the foundation - presumably from the earthquake we had in 2011). They were the only company that said it could be fixed without jack hammering open the basement. They did an amazing job at a fraction of the price everybody else wanted. Because of that I decided to continue using them for my heating and cooling as well. I have an old plaster house with radiant heat and a small duct high velocity (SDHV) air conditioning system. Chandlers installed baseboard radiators in my finished basement as a 2nd zone in my house. OMG...that made all the difference in the world! Now my basement has its own thermostat and can be comfortable without boiling up the rest of the house. A few years back I let my maintenance contract lapse and I spent 2 days without heat during a cold snap when the igniter died on my furnace. Every company, including Chandlers, gives customers with maintenance contracts highest priority for emergency visits. Chandlers was still the first to respond, but it was a COLD 48 hours. I will never lapse on that contract again!

We used them to install a waterline to our refrigerator. Previous installation was sloppy- poked hole in tile and ran a line from a poorly placed valve. Chandlers installed a valve box behind the fridge and ran a new copper line. Install is clean and easier to service.

I called Chandlers after my normal plumber quoted almost $7k (which I knew was way overpriced) to replace my leaking water heater. Chandlers did an amazing job and I am so happy I called them. The process was incredibly easy, and they emailed me an estimate within minutes of me calling, rather than forcing me to pay them to come out and tell me it was dead (which I already knew). Other plumbers that I called insisted that they had to send a plumber to me to look at it before giving me a price. Chandlers price was less than half my normal plumber.Kathy in their office was super responsive, and they were able to schedule my installation the same day that the water heater was delivered - mine had to be special ordered since it was a unique type.On the day of the install, Nathaniel arrived and was super professional and friendly, and did a very efficient job. He and his helper didnt waste any time getting to work, and they worked diligently the entire time. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and didnt leave any trash or mess behind.
