I recently had the pleasure of working with AMS on a home renovation project, and I couldnt be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. Andrew and his team were so great! Andrew was a great communicator and super flexible with our timeline. The team worked quickly and efficiently! We have a 1970 basement that was unfinished in some parts and outdated in others. The guys created a beautiful laundry room, installed lighting, fixed drywall, replaced floors, and painted all over. It was a lot of work and the basement looks SO GOOD!! The guys were also super great with our dogs and all around just nice people to be around. I HIGHLY recommend this crew to anyone looking!!

Andrew Smith and his team were absolutely outstanding!I needed to have existing hardwood floors refinished and lay in new hardwood where carpet had been. Had multiple estimates, but went with Andrew based upon a personal recommendation. Although a bit pricier than some, I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for and I am quite pleased with the result. Quality of the work and material, professionalism and courtesy of his people are second to none. Would absolutely recommend AMS Construction to anyone who asks.

We have had AMS complete two projects for us, and their work in both has been wonderful. They listen carefully and we have no complaints with their work. It helps to be as specific as possible about what you want since you are the designer, but they are very helpful with us novices.

Andrew re-did the siding on the back of our house and rebuilt our deck for us. We were having water issues for years and no one could figure it out but he did! So thankful we fixed all of the damage and can rest easy knowing the problem is fixed. Thanks AMS. Would highly recommend!

My HOA has contracted with AMS Construction for many years now. Andrew and his crew manage the outside maintenance for 192 townhomes in Fairfax. When emergencies creep up, he is responsive, courteous to homeowners and most importantly does excellent work at a very reasonable price.Personally, I’ve used Andrew multiple times both in my home and a house I was flipping. His attention to detail is what sets him apart. I know that he will complete the job to my satisfaction and he and his crew are very trustworthy. I don’t feel the need to supervise in them in my home. He has renovated a bathroom, foyer, and floors in my home and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the end product. I really can’t say enough good things about AMS Construction. There is not anything Andrew and his crew can’t do. I will continue to use him and recommend him for any project you may be considering.
