    Safe Shelter did a great job for tge best price. They found the best place to locate the system inside and out. Outside if I didnt know better Id simply take it as a rain gutter. As a Realtor Ive seen some systems installed in ways that make you think they wanted the whole neighborhood to know what it was and to see it everyday. Couldnt be happier with your work.

    Everything was quick and smooth. An appointment for radon fan replacement was set for day after initial phone call was made. The serviceman Joe arrived at the beginning of a two hour window. The installation took less than one hour. And finally, the price was reasonable, and the product came with a five year warranty. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire process. Safe Shelter was easy to do business with.

    Appointment scheduling was easy and appointment was within a week to replace our radon fan. Technician was on time.     Easy to schedule, and arrived after the promised time window (my home is an hour and a half from their home office and traffic happens). Having said that, they did very professional work, and respected my home and property, cleaned up after the work was finished, and answered all my questions during the installation.     Got the Radon mitigation done from them as part of community wide initiative. Appreciate for providing a special pricing when going with larger number of installations. Installation was barely 30 minutes and test kit is provided to test nd send it to labs with a shipping label. Unfortunately the site to register the test cannister is down and unable to proceed further.

    We hired Safe Shelter to put in an exterior drain and regrade the side of our yard where we get a massive amount of water intrusion. We live on a natural spring and have battled the water for years. The work Joe and his team completed seem to have rectified the issue so far! They were very communicative, professional and got the work done very quickly. I was very impressed by Bill and how quickly and accurately he was able to excavate around the house. Joe was onsite every day to check in and make sure we were happy with the work and kept informed of what to expect every step of the way. Highly recommend Safe Shelter!4 months later and after a few good storms with flood watches, etc. and the basement is still bone dry!

They showed up right on time, was mindful of our property and explained what they are doing and confirmed with me prior to proceeding. After the mitigation, the radon levels started to come down(was at 10pci/l prior on the meter) and after a 4 days came down to 3.4 pci/l. I have an automated radon detection system and you could see the change almost immediately. They also stayed on budget!! Invoice was as estimated even though we had some tricky setup in the attic.     Great experience! I just bought an old home that hadnt been maintained well and found high radon levels and black mold during our inspection process. Safe Shelter made it very easy to book remediation services, had great pricing, and made it very simple start to finish. The worker who came to do the work was on time, very nice, and made sure the solutions did the least disruption to our house while ensuring that the issues were fully resolved.     I received a quote from them for installation of a Radon removal system and ended up selecting them over a couple other companies. Their quote was in detail, and the lady that provided the quote explained in detail what all would happen, and answered all of my questions. Once I had approved the quote, I was kept in contact with regularly. They had an issue with the tech that was supposed to come out calling in sick and asked if I could reschedule, and when I said that day was my only day off they were able to move another appointment around to accommodate me. The techs that showed up called about an hour ahead of their arrival, and did an excellent job once they got here.

I call to book an appointment for an remediation system install and got one in less than a week.Two gentlemen came out to install the remediation system. They had to drill a hole in the concrete floor to do this. In five hours time, the work was completed. No mess! Their work looks great.I held off my review until I could get some experience and current radon readings. They were the most knowledgeable, professional, and the most transparent about the whole process. I didnt feel like I was being forced into buying a service I barely knew about. So, after a long conversation, we decided to give it a shot.My home tested 8.3 for radon and we felt comfortable moving forward with the mitigation because of the attention to detail and their assurance that aesthetically the system would blend well with the architecture of our home (we l have copper gutters and downspouts).     Safe Shelter Environmental installed a Radon Remediation system for our home. They were extremely responsive and professional. I was able to get a quote online and discuss everything via text in terms of what we needed done and scheduling an appointment which was extremely helpful as time on the phone during work day is not always easy to find time. The installation of our system was flawless. The installer worked with me on a good location so as to fit in with our basement design plan while also providing optimal remediation. The installer knew what he was doing and completed the job perfectly. Our tested radon was over the 4.0 pCi safe limit (6.6 via professional test) and now with our system in place our home app is showing average readines of 0.2 pCi which essentially indicates there is no radon getting into our home. I would highly recommend Safe Shelter Environmental for radon remediation or other services if our experience is how they handle all of the work they do. Should we need future work well definitely be inquiring with Safe Shelter Environmental.

    When we listed our home for sale, during the home inspection an initial test revealed high levels of radon gas. I shopped around for a radon mitigation system and one of the first estimates was from Safe Shelter. Aside from being genuinely kind people, the team at Safe Shelter was extremely thorough in their evaluation of our home, noting concerns that no other contractor even mentioned. Communication through the process was great. Safe Shelter also offered the best prices in town!  The day of the installation, the team showed up on time and let me know exactly what was happening throughout the process.  Other contractors wanted to route the vent pipe up the outside of the house, but Safe Shelter proposed a solution that hid the pipe in the corner of a closet and went up through the attic.  I couldnt be happier with the installation, and it lowered my radon levels well below the EPA action level.

    Safe Shelter Environmental sets the standard for professional service.I called 1/2 dozen companies to arrange for radon testing. and Safe Shelter was the first to response to a message I left on a weekend. They set an appointment for the following day (a Monday) and had the electronic report available after the 48 hour testing window.I was very impressed with the detailed review that Safe Shelter performed of the basement area, in selecting the optimal location for the sensor. One of the company owners was the person setting it up and he is clearly very knowledgeable. He was able to give an accurate assessment of what would need to be done if the results came back above the action limit.I would highly recommend Safe Shelter for anyone who needs to do radon testing or remediation. I give them an A+++ for prompt and professional service.too bad they dont also do internet service, cable TV, car repair, etc. Maybe those guys should take a lessons from them!!

    My radon level was a 30 when we bought the house. Safe shelter environmental came out and installed a radon removal system in the basement. This lowered the level a little bit. They came back about 4-5 times to modify the system and the fan used until the radon levels were below the allowed limit of 4. My radon level is now 0.8. They stand behind their work and will keep coming back at no extra charge to complete the job to your satisfaction. All of the technicians who were in my home were respectful and professional.
