    On a cold January night on a Saturday my heater died out.I called Horn Plumbing & Heating emergency line and Philip responded to the call.His assessment resulted in the need for a new system.Todd Horn located the proper replacement unit and had it delivered within two days from upstate New York. By the time the unit was delivered the head technician, Charlie, with Brad, had the old unit removed and had assembled all the gauges for the new control panel.Within 4 days I had a brand new cast iron heating system in an area that was cleared and organized with glorious heat throughout the house.I commend Todd, Charlie, Brad and the entire crew for their professionalism and thank them for the personal care and respect of my home.

    The pipe that led from the house to the street collapsed, causing water to back up into the house. We called four different plumbers for quotes. Horn was easily $2500 cheaper than anyone else.They were able to schedule us within two days. They were professional, fast and performed with high quality. They had to dig up our flower bed, they pulled everything out and put everything back perfectly. I was expecting to see exactly where they completed the work but they reconstructed the flower bed as if it was never touched. I was very impressed with their work. Highly recommend.

    My water heater broke so I called multiple plumbing companies to quote the replacement. Horn was one of the companies who provided an estimate really quick. They were not only reasonably priced but also provided additional comments regarding their quote that helped me understand it better.Once I confirmed that I wanted them to replace the water heater, they scheduled it within that week.On the day and time scheduled, a technician showed up with all the equipment and tools necessary, explained the process and replaced the water heater in less than two hours.The technician was professional, kind and knowledgeable, and the main office kept excellent communication with us.A job well done!Thank you

    We are seniors and have lived in our home for 46 years, and having had so many disappointments with contractors and home services, we hold our breath each time we need some kind of repair, either minor or major. This time we lucked out with Horn Plumbing. We needed a substantial sewer repair and were given Horn Plumbing as a recommendation from friends and neighbors who were satisfied customers. From the very beginning we were impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism, from multiple trips to diagnose the problem, to explanations of the work that needed to be done, to the actual process of repairing and replacing the damaged sewer piping. Horn took care of procuring the necessary permit and inspection as well. Our work was scheduled right away so that we were never without water. To start the day a large work crew arrived with all manner of machines and equipment, and the two main workers who spent the entire day here, Jesse and Johnny, were knowledgeable, professional, extremely hard working, and a pleasure to have on site. We could not believe how hard they worked to leave the property perfectly graded, leveled and seeded, even removing a wheelbarrows worth of stones. And the cost quoted to do all this work was more than fair. We will call Horn Plumbing again and will recommend them highly to others.

    I had Horn plumbing replace my water heater and 2 outdoor spigots. Ryan and Colby were friendly, professional and dependable. Even though the spigots were more work than expected they still came in near their estimated price! Plus, they came back for no charge to help me figure out why my kitchen faucet had low pressure which I was able to fix myself! I will definitely call them first for any work I need in the future!

    I have been a customer of Horn Plumbing for 27 years. They did all my plumbing, heat, and water heaters on a large addition including two others in the basement. They did regular maintenance all those 25 years. They also fixed a large sinkhole in our front yard which was very complex because it was close to my house.They also did all the maintenance like sewer and standard maintenance for all three years at the Office Bar and Grille which I owned. If they don’t fix the problems you can lose a lot of revenue. Always on time with a sense of urgency.They have great technicians and management you can talk to with total transparency.We are in a smaller place and had a problem. They came back and made good on their promise.I hope to have Horn Plumbing for the next twenty years.

    I had Horn Plumbing & Heating replace a hot water heater a year ago and an HVAC system (electric heat pump) earlier this week. The company is always quick to respond and follows up after the work is done to make sure everything is working as it should be. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. I had one small issue after the HVAC install and the technician came back that evening outside of normal working hours to investigate and address the problem. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone that needs heating and/or plumbing work done.

    I can not say enough good things about Horn plumbing! Our hot water heater went this weekend and i called Sunday and whoever answered was so kind helpful and easy to talk to. Since it was the weekend i didnt think i would hear anything but they called back within an hour and set us up first thing monday morning. Pete came and installed our water heater, he was awesome, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. They did an amazing job and did it very quickly. I highly recommend Horn Plumbing!!     Cant say enough good things about these guys. We had a water main break on our side of the meter the week before we were to leave for our honeymoon. The owner Scott came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed for us within a few days. Everyone I interacted with was professional and made a point to leave my house in the same condition, or as best they could, as when they got here.     I cannot say enough good things about Horn Plumbing. We had a major water line leak under our slab and Scott and team fixed the issue quickly and less expensive than anyone else around. A few other plumbers we met with did not have the equipment nor the expertise to resolve (and were priced much higher). Great company to work with. Everyone very friendly and accessible.     Had an emergency after 11:30 PM with our sump pump. 2 plumbers I have used in the past couldnt help until after 8 the next morning. I called Horn. A plumber got back to me in less than 10 minutes. He was at my house in less than 25 minutes. He was very nice and professional and fixed the sump pump. Have become my new go to plumbers.

    Five stars for Jesse, Bill, and their crew at Horn Plumbing, who replaced my sewer line with speed, efficiency, and good humor and at a very reasonable price. They were amazing from start to finish; their creative engineering saved me the ordeal of jackhammering my cellar floor. They excavated gently and precisely around gardens and stairs.     It took the plumber less than an hour to fix all the problems we had in one bathroom. He had all the right parts in his truck and was very helpful in explaining what the problems were and how he was going to correct them.When we called for help they asked for a credit card and an email address. They emailed the bill and said if it wasnt paid in 3 days theyd charge our card. The bill came to less than $200.00 so I called them and told them to charge the card. The paid bill came via email that same day. We will definitely call them when we need plumbing services again.

    Just had my hot water heater replaced by Norm and Scott. Called first thing in the morning for same day service and they were here a couple hours later installing it, in the middle of a snow storm no less. The initial invoice over was very transparent and accurate to the point of installation (i.e. no hidden costs or fees). The entire experience was very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone.

    I called in the morning about an shower issue. The girl was extremely nice on the phone and said they would have someone out within a couple hrs. The man who showed up was extremely nice and helpful while also explaining what he was doing in case it happened in the future. Will be using them again if I ever have an issue.

    Horn answered the phone immediately with a water heater leak issue I was having later on a Friday night. I got a call from the tech who would do the work and the owner of the company within minutes making sure I had the assistance I needed and they offered to come out that evening if I couldnt get the water drained from the tank on my own. By 10 the following morning they had installed my new one and fixed all the gas lines that were previously incorrectly installed. Awesome service!

    Entire staff is excellent and attentive and professional. Very friendly and knowledgeable When they appear at your door to solve the problem. They never let you down and they always figure out what’s wrong with whatever you call for. I’ve had them for leaks garbage disposal is clogged toilets air-conditioning heating maintenance sewer problems outside my house. It doesn’t matter what you need they have the latest technology and equipment. They are superb and Above par.

I called several other firms, but nobody was available for a week.Horn sent a technician over on short notice, who diagnosed the problem and fixed the compressor (he replaced the capacitor so the fan could start). Good service and knowledgeable advice.

    I have been trying to update my previous review, to no avail, so updating my review of Horn Plumbing this way. I want to reiterate in my previous review, I stated that the service we received from the Horn Plumbing team that came out on Saturday to assess our initial problem and the team that fixed the sewer problem did an outstanding job! We could not have asked for a more professional and reliable team to get us back up and able to use water again, all within 2 days of calling them! Although Horn may have a few issues with how the office staff responds and follows up on inquiries, dont let that deter you from calling them. As I have learned ask to speak to the owners. I thank Todd Horn for calling and working through this issue with us. We will be a repeat customer.

    My township forced me to tie into public sewer despite having a perfectly functioning and maintained septic system (which had to be fully repaired before I bought the house five years earlier.) Needless to say I was extremely frustrated which is why Im glad I called Horn Plumbing after having them recommended. Not only were they quick, inexpensive, friendly and professional, Scott was super reasonable and kept in touch the whole way through. I had another plumber give me an estimate before I called Horn that was substantially more expensive.When they started digging to access the tie-in they came across an unknown pipeline and lost a whole day waiting on my township to figure out what it was (they only determined it wasnt anything they knew of, I dont think we ever got an answer on that one.)Despite this, Scott didnt charge me for the lost time. I highly recommend them for any project large or small.

    I’ve used Horn for many years for plumbing issues at my homes and my business/office in Exton, they are always helpful in getting technicians out to do the job, they’re very knowledgeable and competent and their rates are reasonable, especially for the service and attention they provide. A great choice for a local, solid company to do plumbing work. (I’ve never used them for HVAC, so can’t comment on that.)

    I cannot say enough great things about Horn Plumbing!! We had MAJOR issues with a broken terracotta pipe under our building. Being a small nonprofit, it can be challenging when large scale issues pop up like this, but Scott really cared about helping us and making sure the work was done right. He and his team got to the bottom of the problem and found the most cost effective and minimally invasive solution (especially considering how big the problem was). Horn was there every step of the way, took our operations into consideration, and made sure we could get through the end of our program year. They advised on other issues they found while working and took care of everything with such attention to detail. They made sure every room was cleaned up when they were done, you wouldn’t even know we just had major construction done. AND they got everything done way faster than expected, their team is unbelievable. So grateful for all their hard work and generosity, thank you so much!

    Horn Plumbing did a great job doing the rough in plumbing for a main bathroom remodel back in March. They performed everything to my satisfaction and the price was very reasonable.I decided to use Horn again when my AC unit was not cooling in July. We told them that it was not an emergency, but they were able to bring a technician within 2 hours! Technician Daniel was able to identify the issue (mouse chewed on some wires in the Air Condenser causing the capacitor not to work). He fixed the issue in 1 hour and again, the cost was very reasonable.I would recommend Horn for any plumbing or HVAC service!

    I am so happy that I chose Horn Plumbing & Heating to repair my sewer. Scott, Jesse, and their crew were fantastic. I got several quotes, and Horn was the only company that thoroughly diagnosed my problem with a camera before preparing their quote. The location of the sewer issue in need of repair was closer to the house, so they didnt dig up as much of my yard as other companies wanted to do. They took very good care of the yard during the excavation and were the only company that offered to seed the lawn afterwards. The sewer repair was flawless. It turned out that my homeowners insurance covered the damage, and Scott and Jesse were very helpful in communicating with my insurance company. I give my highest recommendation for Horn Plumbing & Heating!

    I recently got hooked up to city water supply. Of the plumbers that looked at the job, Horn was the only one that gave me confidence to get the job done so I contracted them. Good choice. They coordinated everything with Aqua PA. Start time 8:30am, well disconnected a few hours later and I was taking a shower with the job done by 2:30. It was all hands on deck, Jesse and his crew were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of plumbing service and installation.
