    Ted and his team were fantastic. Great pricing and very friendly/ helpful staff. Always ensured things were properly covered and cleaned/mopped floors after their work was done which I have never seen others do.     The crew came on a Friday to power wash the deck and prepare it for staining. A 10 ft. section of deck board was found to be rotten. The crew came out on SUNDAY and repaired the board and stained the deck. They cleaned up and left everything better than when they started. I would definitely hire them again for any painting needs I have.

Ted got back to me right away, he appraised the jobs I needed there on the spot and provided me with an estimate, even suggested the best way to price my job so I got the best deal. Who does that? Ted does!! He was flexible in getting my job scheduled and came on time and got the work done in the expected timeframe and with excellent quality. I had not ordered enough wallpaper, but once it arrived he had someone to my house within 2 days to finish the job. I only had wallpaper done, but would assume based on the quality of this job, that ANY service he did for you will be as excellent quality. Highly, highly recommend.

    We had a very extensive paint project in our new home we purchased March 2023. Vaulted & cathedral ceilings, trim on the walls, wall paper that had to be removed, tray ceilings with trim & much more. The owner Ted and his team were professional, efficient, took great care and attention to detail with our project.     Ted and his team at 360 Painting of West Chester did an amazing job painting my new photography studio located in a beautiful but very old building. They had a good amount of paint repair to tackle, and they handled it perfectly. They were very thorough when painting, even getting into all the tight spots like the fins of a large vent grate, so everything looks cohesive and polished.I was on a very tight timeline to have this place painted so I could move in and start using it for my photoshoots, but they were able to fit me in and got my studio up and running in just two business days. They used high-quality paint that Im confident is durable and will hold up for many years.Ted was super communicative throughout the whole process, making everything from the initial walkthrough to inspecting the final product painless. He even checked in afterward to make sure I was happy with the results, which I totally am! I wholeheartedly recommend 360 Painting of West Chester.

The deck needed to be sanded and stripped prior to the application of stain, as it had previously been painted and not stained. I highly recommend this necessary step if you find yourself in similar circumstances. The deck did require 3 coats of stain for consistency in coverage. What was so nice about working with Ted is his commitment to ensuring that his high standards are met and that makes for very happy customers. He even came back a week later to help move the furniture back on the deck. I highly recommend this company and I intend to work with them again when its time to paint the exterior of our home.

    The owner, Tim, did a very thorough and systematic evaluation for my project: all ceilings, walls in two rooms and a basement stairwell. He pointed out issues that other painters did not and was frank about the pricing and quality he could offer depending on my goals. Tim is serious, collected, and really knows his business. It was easy to discuss project details leading up to the start date. At that point, he arrived to kick off the project with the crew. The crew lead, Ben, was great to work with over the next day and a half, and Tim followed up and stopped by constantly. Im very satisfied with the quality of painting, repairs, and price I paid.
