Zoom Drain Services was an absolute pleasure to work with. The day before a bbq one of my toilets stopped working, I called Zoom and Samuel and Stanley arrived about an hour later. After clearing the drain line Samuel asked me how old the toilet was (20 years), he gave me a few recommendations to help with the calcium build up but recommended I replace it.After seeing that it still was not getting enough water pressure to properly flush I asked how soon they could come back and replace the toilet if I picked up a new one. After checking their schedule they said they could do the work now! They followed me to HD loaded the toilet on their truck, installed it, and cleaned the bathroom. The toilet now flushed like a dream and won’t have to worry about my guest at the bbq.I cannot say enough about the level of customer service and attention to detail from both Samuel and Stanley, you both are amazing. Thank you both so much.I plan to replace my other toilet and will be calling Zoom Drain Services to do the work. It’s not often you find a company with great customer service and honesty, at fair prices who does above and beyond.I will recommend Zoom Drain Services to everyone I know.

What an incredible company! We had a backup in our drains and Zoom Drain SD North County came out ASAP and did an incredible job. Jin and Yeanmay were responsive, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Sam did a great job and he knows his stuff! They cleared out our drains with a hydro flush, camera in the pipes with analysis as well. All for a great price! Thank you so much!!!

Zoom drain was very professional from the moment I called until the moment they left. Josh and Stanley arrived right on time and cleared a drain pipe underneath my kitchen sink. They were very professional and polite and explaining what they needed to do and what the cost would be. They got the work done very quickly. They were careful to wear booties in the house and wipe down all surfaces including the floor where they had done work. I give them a big thumbs up and a high recommendation.

Sam, with his very nice and capable helper came to clean out the bathroom sink drain, but they didn’t stop there. I know nothing about plumbing, so they adjusted and fixed a lot of issues I wouldn’t have a clue to fix. What stood out was how quickly they worked, their expertise, and the outcome. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call on Zoom Drain and ask for Sam. Fast work, perfect outcome, very kind, along with explaining what they were doing so I could understand. Never pleasant when you have a sewage backup, especially after hours, but Zoom Drain San Diego North County got Jose out to my house in less than an hour and he was so kind, addressed my concerns, and explained everything in a manner I could understand. He got the problem taken care quickly and gave me recommendations so that I didn’t have this problem in the future. One of the owners even showed up to see how things were going! I am really impressed by their professionalism and thoroughness. I highly recommend!

Thank you so much to family-owned Zoom Drain SD North County for helping us with your clogged drain! Samuel Medina and the team went above and beyond for us when our home was flooded thanks to a clogged pipe. We called them and they were here helping us early the next morning. They hydrojetted our pipes and cleaned out our septic area as well. They went above and beyond to help us, even checking other areas of our home to ensure there was no further potential for clogs. They were informative, and patient, walking us through the next steps for how to handle this with our home. We have never had to experience a flood before, and we are so grateful we had a competent, kind, patient, and integrous company to help us for our first time. Jose And his team did a great job of troubleshooting my drain issue. Problem had to deal with the mainline being clogged by massive root intrusion. Their team was able to try everything needed to dislodge. They ultimately had to excavate the mainline to resolve the problem. This was done in timely manner and service was restored. They were very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I cant rave enough about Zoom Drain. I hope I am leaving it for the correct branch as I understand this is a franchise. I asked my service technician which location they are based out of and he said Escondido.I had a shower clogged in my house and I usually just hand snake it. My snake is 25 feet long but the clog was beyond that. I visited Angis List and it recommended several plumbers. I got several but the most courteous was Zoom Drain. They offered to come out in the morning and take a look with a no obligation quote.They told me they did not know what it was but a service technician would come out and quote it. Sam M. came out and he arrived on time exactly at the time they said they would be here. He sent me a text 30 minutes when he was on his way.He arrived with an apprentice and they were very neat and put on booties before they entered my house. They diagnosed it and quoted me $291 to unclog it. He said they would also guarantee the work for 30 days. I was under no obligation to accept it. It was more expensive than some quotes I got via text from Angi but he was already there. It seemed like a no haggle price and I wanted to be respectful of his time.I accepted it and Sam immediately got tools from his van and cleared the clog. He said it was hair all clogged about 35 feet down which explains why I couldnt get it with my snake. He also put some cleaning fluid in it to clean the drains.Very quick and efficient. I sent in the email at 8 PM and he arrived at 9:30 AM. All very quick and efficient and professional. Id highly recommend this company to anyone.

First , let me say the level of customer service that I received from May was above and beyond. She truly cared about helping me with my problem and Even though couldnt schedule me for the weekend ensured I got the first appointment on Monday morning. Samual showed up right at 9 AM, he was more than knowledgeable and thorough at taking care of my leaking pipes and clogged drains. He was fast and efficient and did not leave a mess at all. Truly amazing team. Zoom dreams will be the only company I call going forward.

My bathroom sink was clogged deeper than any DIY snake from the box store could provide. Couldn’t reach the clog and ZOOM Drain came to the rescue in less than a day. They sent out Samuel and Christian. Together, they diagnosed the location of the clog in 10 minutes and gave a quick solution. Less than 1 hour later, all our sinks were unclogged and running smooth. They replace the piping under the sink and the water stoppers above so that this would happen again in the future.Very professional, fast, and a great cost value.
