Called Proper Plumbling for an issue with our water heater. They sent someone out the next day. The worker was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was presented with 3 options for the fix that was needed. I selected the option I wanted and he left to get a part and then promptly returned and did the repair + the flush that I requested. He verified that we had hot water before I even paid. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

We found Proper Plumbing by chance seeing one of their vehicles at a stoplight. We’re very glad we did decided to call them after getting estimates from two other well known companies. We were very impressed with the professionalism, thorough inspection, and estimates provided. As for the work, it was top notch. From the estimate through delivery, Scott and his team were phenomenal. We needed our sewer line replaced, and the Proper Plumbing team did fantastic work AND educated us through the process. When we ran into new issues as they began work, Scott took time to talk me through the what and the why and, in many cases, suggested options for me to think through. I didnt feel pressured or upsold at all but his intention was making us happy with the end result.It was clear from day one that the Proper Plumbing team cared deeply about getting our lives back to normal and minimized complexity wherever possible. Original call to Proper told me that they were too busy for a week and a half. This was unacceptable because it was for hot water heater replacement. After trying another firm, I received a call from proper telling me they had a cancellation and could come that afternoon. Two men arrived (on-time!). They examined the situation and gave me a quote with three choices at different price points. We opted for the best, a tankless system which required a four-hour installation. The men arrived the next morning (again on-time!) and had the job completed in three hours and 45 minutes.Absolutely great work! The men were more than courteous and respectful. They were fun. They also included a new pressure regulator for the house at no charge.

We had a leak underneath our sink which I attempted to reepair myself with no success. I phoned Proper Plumbing & spoke with Brittany. She was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and was ensured that she asked all needed questions to get the information to our technician.Scott arrived at our home early the next day, and had our problem diagnosed and fixed within minutes. The drain hose from our dishwasher had slipped off the garbage disposal, causing the leak. I was ready to pay my bill, when Scott said I really didnt repair or replace anything. Theres no charge.My wife and I were shocked, and we both agreed that with ethics like his, Scott now had us as life long customers. Kudos to Scott and as we later found out, his wife Brittany for such exceptional service.

An unmarked sewer line was struck on one of our job sites and required repairs immediately. Proper Plumbing was able to meet our two major concerns, time and cost. Proper Plumbing was able to complete the sewer line repair in half the time for half the cost of other plumbing contractors we had contacted. There were a lot of unknown factors during this repair and they were able to adapt quickly when faced with difficulties. They also worked very well with our safety requirements and our safety representatives never had any concerns when observing their activity. I would highly recommend Proper Plumbing if youre looking any type of plumbing scope of work.

When it comes to plumbing you have to act fast! I had gotten an emergency quote from another plumbing company... Not only did they want to drill through my epoxy floor and charge $20,000. to re connect a pipe the technician charged hourly & worked as slow as a snail * In-between his smoke breaks*WE CALLED Proper Plumbing, Scott actually came up with a new solution to reroute the pipes above instead of below ground like our old house was...I saved THOUSANDSSSSS & only had to repair drywall at the end of the day..Highly recommend Proper Plumbing for any fix needed BIG OR SMALL!Have also used Proper Plumbing to add drains throughout our backyard that was having severe flooding during rain storms!

Monday I called Proper Plumbing and was cheerfully assured by Brittany they could absolutely help me with this small job. As this was not an emergency, she scheduled me for a morning appointment that Thursday. Tuesday she called to let me know they had an opening for this Tuesday afternoon if I wanted it. Once accepted, Scott called immediately to get the details of the job and let me know the process. Within 1/2 hour of our conversation Clint arrived. Clint was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous, graciously waiting for me to finish up a work call. He quickly assessed the situation, explained my options, and let me decide what I thought was best for my situation. Scott called with my option pricing, and explained the work that would be done. Clint graciously let me take care of the paperwork so I could go back to my work. Everything was completed just as promised, and I could not be more pleased. Absolutely amazing! They came out within a week to lower the gas line behind my stove. While they were here they put on a longer line on my dryer and discovered that the valve was bad and replaced that too! They did it all for a super reasonable price and even stayed a little late to make sure it was completed correctly. I will definitely call them again when it’s time to work on the plumbing in my upstairs bathroom reno.
